Dear God,

Please take out the evil spirit of gluttony in me. I need to learn to have moderation in my dealing with food. Take away that spirit and replace that evil spirit with a spirit of love and kindness. Teach me to love. And let me be an example of what you can do when a person surrenders to you Jesus. In Jesus name i ask this. praise be the name lord Jesus Christ.
