Dear God, please convict ###'s heart not to take money

Dear God, please convict my ex's heart not to take money from my daughter's account anymore. In the last year and 3 months, he took about 4000 pounds without permission from my daughter's account and presented them to be a maintenance help from him. My finances are not good at all. Please help me to resolve my financial issues and to have enough money for me and my daughter, please, in Jesus' name, all the time. Amen.
