Dear Father,
I pray to you, please help me.

I feel and hear you saying to me that this is the time, the time to finally consolidate my relationship with you, after all the thousands and thousands of hours and years and years of soul searching and examining and exploring my emotional issues and my spiritual issues. I pray and praise you and cry out to you that I will seek my worth in you, I will rest in you, I will dwell in you, I will stay in you, I will cast all my anxieties onto you, I will seek my self-esteem with you. I pray as it is written in Romans 12 for a renewing of my mind, please take away these negative thoughts that I am a bad person, please free me from these thoughts that ### has lost trust and love and regard for me, please free me from these negative thoughts that ### has lost regard from me.
