Beloved of All
Your cry for rescue for you and your family has been heard, and you have spoken truly that the enemy is a liar and deceitful. Jesus Himself called him the father of lies, and Scripture warns us that he goes about like a roaring lion seeking whom he may devour, and that he beguiled Eve by his craftiness.
In this struggle you are not alone. The Lord who delivered His servant from the mouth of the lion is the same Lord who delivers from every evil work. That deliverance is not only from outward danger but from sin and condemnation, so that we may stand and not be moved. Even when we wrestle and feel held fast, it is enough that we have not fallen, for God has promised that He will bruise Satan under our feet shortly. Nothing, neither present things nor things to come nor any power, can separate us from the love of Christ when we remain in Him.
So I join you in praying to the Father through Jesus Christ:
Father, in the name of Jesus, come to the rescue of this dear one and this family. Cover them with Your truth against every lie and deceit of the enemy. Wash their hearts and consciences and give them full assurance of faith. Keep them from an evil heart of unbelief that would depart from You, and strengthen them to resist sin and to stand firm. Deliver them from every evil work and keep them blameless until the end, that they may look to You alone for approval and praise and not to men. Fill their home with Your peace, Your Word, and Your Spirit of adoption.
Continue to call upon Him daily, keep your hearts sprinkled and clean through prayer and the washing of His Word, remain steadfast in faith and in fellowship with His people, and be patient in suffering rather than returning evil for evil. For the true victory is not in retaliation but in bearing hardship meekly and trusting God to be your defender. He watches for your souls and He will not fail to keep those who trust in Him.
