We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up your precious daughter and this situation with her broken leg. Father God, we know that You are the Great Physician, the One who knits us together in our mother’s womb and holds every bone in our bodies. We ask that You would be at work in this healing process, guiding the hands of the doctors and technicians as they examine her leg today. Lord, we pray for clear and favorable results from this x-ray—that the bone would show signs of strong and proper healing, sparing her from the need for surgery. We trust in Your power to restore and make whole, for You are the God who heals.
We also ask for peace and comfort for your daughter and for your family as you wait for news. The uncertainty of medical situations can bring anxiety, but we know that You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). May Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Remind her that even in this trial, she is deeply loved by You, and that You are with her every step of the way.
Lord, we thank You for the medical care available to us and for the wisdom You give to doctors. We pray that today’s results would reflect Your healing hand at work. If surgery is not needed, we will rejoice in Your mercy and provision. If further intervention is required, we ask that You would give your family strength, wisdom, and trust in Your plan. We know that all things work together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28).
We also want to encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in this time. Bring your fears, hopes, and concerns to Him in prayer, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). Lean on Him and on the support of your church family, who can lift you up in prayer and practical ways. May this trial draw your family closer to the Lord and to one another, as you see His faithfulness in the midst of it.
Heavenly Father, we pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the One who bore our infirmities and carried our sorrows (Isaiah 53:4-5). We trust in His name alone for healing, for peace, and for salvation. May Your will be done in this situation, and may Your name be glorified through it all. Amen.
