We lift up your daughter and her upcoming board exams with great earnestness, seeking the Lord’s wisdom, peace, and favor over her in this season. The pressure of exams can weigh heavily on the heart and mind, but we know that God is our ever-present help in times of need. We declare that the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard her heart and mind in Christ Jesus as she prepares and sits for these tests.
Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, asking that You grant her clarity of thought, retention of what she has studied, and calmness in the face of any anxiety. Your Word tells us in Proverbs 2:6, *"For the Lord gives wisdom. Out of His mouth comes knowledge and understanding."* We pray that You would open the eyes of her heart to understand and recall all that she needs to succeed. Strengthen her memory, sharpen her focus, and fill her with confidence that comes not from her own abilities, but from You.
We also ask that You would protect her from fear, doubt, and discouragement. The enemy would love to steal her peace and cause her to stumble, but we rebuke those lies in the name of Jesus. Instead, we speak life and truth over her, reminding her that she is fearfully and wonderfully made, and that You have a plan and purpose for her life. Jeremiah 29:11 assures us, *"For I know the thoughts that I think toward you,” says the Lord, “thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future."*
Lord, we pray that You would surround her with Your presence, giving her strength when she is weary and peace when she is overwhelmed. Help her to cast all her cares upon You, knowing that You care for her deeply. May she find rest in You, even in the midst of her studies, and may she experience Your joy as her strength.
We also pray for her teachers, examiners, and all those involved in administering these exams. May they be fair, just, and guided by Your wisdom. Let Your favor rest upon her as she steps into this season, and may the outcome bring glory to Your name.
Finally, we encourage you and your daughter to trust in the Lord with all your hearts and not lean on your own understanding. In all things, acknowledge Him, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6). This is not just about passing an exam—it is about growing in faith, perseverance, and dependence on God. May she come out of this season stronger in her walk with You, knowing that You are her provider, her peace, and her guide.
We pray all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, for it is only through Him that we have access to the throne of grace. Amen.
