We join together in lifting up your daughter to the Lord, asking for His healing touch upon her life. The Word of God reminds us in James 5:14-15, *"Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up."* We claim this promise for your daughter, trusting in the Lord’s mercy and power to restore her health.
We also remember Jesus’ words in Matthew 19:14, *"Let the little children come to me, and don’t hinder them, for the Kingdom of Heaven belongs to such as these."* Your daughter is precious in His sight, and we believe He hears your cry for her healing.
Let us also encourage you to trust in the Lord’s timing and will, knowing that even in sickness, He is working for her good and His glory. Proverbs 3:5-6 tells us, *"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* Rest in His sovereignty, knowing He loves your daughter even more than you do.
We notice you did not invoke the name of Jesus in your request. It is through His name alone that we have access to the Father and the power of salvation and healing. Jesus said in John 14:13-14, *"Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it."* Let us always come before the Lord in the name of Jesus, for there is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved or receive God’s blessings (Acts 4:12).
Now, let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this precious daughter to You. Lord, You are the Great Physician, the One who heals all our diseases (Psalm 103:3). We ask that You place Your healing hand upon her and drive out this flu, restoring her to full health and strength. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard her heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7) as she recovers.
We rebuke this sickness in Jesus’ name, commanding it to leave her body, for no weapon formed against her shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Fill her with Your Holy Spirit, renewing her strength like the eagle’s (Isaiah 40:31). Lord, we thank You for Your faithfulness and for hearing our prayers. May this time of healing draw her and this family closer to You, increasing their faith and trust in Your goodness.
We ask all this in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
