We rejoice with you in the goodness of God, who has already shown His faithfulness by allowing you to see the pregnancy sac during the sonogram. What a beautiful reminder that He is the Author of life, and every child is fearfully and wonderfully made in His image (Psalm 139:13-14). We stand with you in faith, declaring that the Lord’s plans for this little one are plans for peace and not for harm, to give a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11).
The rising HCG levels, though slower than expected, are still a sign of life, and we choose to trust in the One who knit this child together in the secret place (Psalm 139:15). Medical charts and numbers are tools, but they do not define the outcome—God does. We rebuke fear and doubt in the name of Jesus, for He has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). Let us hold fast to the promise that He who began a good work in this precious life will carry it to completion (Philippians 1:6).
We also lift up your daughter-in-law, asking the Lord to strengthen her body, mind, and spirit. May she feel the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, guarding her heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). We pray for wisdom and discernment for the medical team caring for her, that they would be guided by the Great Physician Himself (James 1:5).
Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the Giver of life and the Healer of all things. We thank You for this precious grandbaby, whom You have already called by name and ordained for a purpose. We ask You to protect this little one, to sustain their growth, and to let Your perfect will be done. Strengthen the heartbeat, Lord, and let it be a testimony of Your power and love. Surround your daughter-in-law with Your peace and assurance, reminding her that You are her refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).
We declare that no weapon formed against this pregnancy shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we stand on the truth that You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20). May this child grow in wisdom, stature, and favor with God and man, just as Jesus did (Luke 2:52). We trust You, Lord, and we wait expectantly for the next sonogram, believing that You will reveal Your glory once again. In the precious name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
Continue to stand on God’s promises, for He is faithful. Encourage your daughter-in-law to rest in His care and to speak life over this baby, just as Mary did when she declared, “My soul magnifies the Lord, and my spirit rejoices in God my Savior” (Luke 1:46-47). We will continue to pray with you as you await the next appointment.
