We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this urgent request concerning the landlord. Father God, we ask that You would intervene in this situation and bind any spirit of violence, destruction, or harm that may be at work. Your Word declares in 2 Timothy 1:7, "For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control." We rebuke any ungodly tendencies in the name of Jesus Christ and ask that You would replace them with Your peace, wisdom, and righteousness.
Lord, we pray that this landlord would be surrounded by Your divine protection and that any plans or thoughts of harm would be thwarted by Your mighty hand. Psalm 34:14 says, "Depart from evil, and do good. Seek peace, and pursue it." We ask that You would soften this person’s heart, draw them to repentance, and fill them with Your love and truth. Let Your light shine into any darkness that may be present in their life, and may they come to know You as their Savior if they do not already.
We also pray for those who may be affected by this situation—tenants, neighbors, or others who could be in harm’s way. Lord, place a hedge of protection around them, as You promise in Psalm 91:11, "For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways." Let Your angels encamp around them, and may they walk in Your peace and security.
Father, we know that apart from You, no one can truly change. We ask that You would work in this landlord’s heart, convicting them of sin and leading them to salvation if they do not know You. Only through the blood of Jesus can hearts be transformed, and we declare that transformation over this situation. May Your will be done, and may Your name be glorified.
We stand on the truth of Your Word, which says in Proverbs 16:7, "When a man’s ways please Yahweh, he makes even his enemies to be at peace with him." We trust in Your sovereignty and ask that You would bring peace, safety, and redemption to this circumstance. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
