Praise the Lord, O my soul. O Lord my God, you are very great; you are clothed with splendor and majesty. He wraps himself in light as with a garment; he stretches out the heavens like a tent. Psalm 104:1–2, NIV
Lord our God, our Father in heaven, with all our hearts we want to thank you for giving us joy on earth and for sending us your radiant light from heaven. We praise you for the light you give our hearts, the light that lets us find great joy together because we become one in you, one in your Spirit, one in awaiting your promised good. Grant that we may be your children. May we always find the paths where you can go with us and give us what we cannot give ourselves. May our whole life glorify you and our every breath belong to you. Through communion with you may we remain in your safekeeping in body, soul, and spirit. For all you have done and for all you will do for us, we ask you to accept our thanks. Amen.
I pray for whoever is watching this prayer will get their spirit back. I pray that you guide your soul. I pray that you die to Their Hearts. I pray that you help them remember what Jesus stands for us. I pray that whatever struggle you're going through, whether you don't have money or arms, Jesus is always making stuff better for you even if you don't have those stuff. Whatever you never give up; if you lose everything, get back up. But one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead…” (Philippians 3:13, NIV) “Do not despise these small beginnings, for the Lord rejoices to see the work begin, to see the plumb line in Zerubbabel’s hand.” (Zachariah 4:10, NLT) “Then he placed his right hand on me and said: “Do not be afraid. I am the First and the Last.” (Revelation 1:17, NIV)
Dear Heavenly Father, I come to you in the name of Jesus. Father, I need a new beginning in my life. I need to begin again in ………… (fill in the area you need a new beginning). I ask you to empower and motivate my heart to believe that a new beginning is possible. You are the Alpha and Omega, the First and the Last, the God of new beginnings and the God who writes all ends. Everything starts and ends with you, Lord. Everything is from you, through you, and for you. Thank you for being the Lord of fresh starts. Help me forget what is behind me and strain toward what is ahead. Give me a fresh vision for the future and help me trust Your goodness and love. Help me cultivate a joyful expectation that goodness is coming. Help me not to despise my small beginnings but to rejoice in them, knowing that the small steps I take towards renewal bring you joy, too. Give me wisdom to discern which first steps I need to take, and power to carry them out. I pray for your provision — give me the resources and support I need along the way. I know that you want me to succeed, move on, and grow. I thank you for the vision and provision. Help me know you as the God of my new beginning. Amen.
