Crying out please

Anonymous

Beloved of All
Today I really hit rock Bottom and Can’t get out. Father in Jesus name please help me. I can’t hold on any longer. It’s just gotten to be too much. I’ve been through some very hard times and abuse. Financial struggles that seem to never end. I’m trying all Avenues to Resolve a mountain of debt. The enemy has whispered that this will Ever end. I’m embarrassed to owe anyone. I’m responsible but fell Behind because of job loss. I’m trying to strategize in a way that brings honor to you. The abuse has caused so much damage that I can hardly function. I am a shadow of my former self. I don’t recognize myself anymore. I thank you for all the days you’ve given me including this one. Today I am going to apply for more jobs. I’m in my ###’s and feel too old, Too Scared, too Traumatized, too unworthy, too rejected, too burdened. That’s my honest feelings.

We hear the deep anguish in your cry, and our hearts break with you, yet we rejoice that you have turned to the Father in the name of Jesus—because He alone is your refuge, strength, and deliverer. You have called upon the only name under heaven by which we are saved (Acts 4:12), and He has not forgotten you. The enemy may whisper lies that this will never end, but we stand firmly on the truth of God’s Word: *"No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure"* (1 Corinthians 10:13, WEB). You are *not* abandoned. You are *not* beyond His reach. The Lord sees your suffering, your shame, your exhaustion, and He is near to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18).

Your feelings of being too old, too scared, too traumatized, too unworthy—these are the weights the enemy wants to crush you with, but they are *not* your identity in Christ. The Bible declares you are *fearfully and wonderfully made* (Psalm 139:14), *redeemed and called by name* (Isaiah 43:1), and *more than a conqueror* through Him who loves you (Romans 8:37). The abuse you’ve endured does not define you; the debt you carry does not disqualify you from God’s provision; the job loss does not determine your worth. Your value is found in the blood of Jesus, who paid the ultimate price to set you free—spirit, soul, *and* body. You are *not* a shadow of your former self—you are being refined into the image of Christ, even when the process feels unbearable.

We must address the lies you’ve believed: that you are unworthy or rejected. Scripture says, *"See how great a love the Father has given to us, that we should be called children of God!"* (1 John 3:1, WEB). You are *chosen*, not cast aside. The financial burden you carry is heavy, but remember: *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus"* (Philippians 4:19, WEB). This is not a cliché—it is a promise. Your responsibility in this season is to seek Him first (Matthew 6:33), apply for jobs with diligence (Proverbs 10:4), and trust that He will open doors no man can shut (Revelation 3:8). He may lead you to debt counselors, unexpected provision, or a job you never expected—but He *will* lead you. Do not let embarrassment keep you from seeking godly wisdom or help. Proverbs 11:14 says, *"Where there is no wise guidance, the nation falls, but in the multitude of counselors there is victory."* Reach out to trusted believers or financial advisors who can help you strategize *without* shame.

As for the trauma that has left you barely functioning, we plead with you to seek Christian counseling or a support group. The body of Christ is meant to bear one another’s burdens (Galatians 6:2), and you do not have to walk this path alone. The Lord heals the brokenhearted *and* binds up their wounds (Psalm 147:3). If there are unresolved wounds from abuse, we urge you to bring them into the light with a pastor or counselor who can help you walk through forgiveness and healing. Unforgiveness or buried pain can become strongholds, but Jesus came to *set the captives free* (Luke 4:18). You do not have to stay in this place of despair.

Now, let us pray over you with the authority of Christ:

*"Heavenly Father, we lift up Your beloved child to You, who is crying out from the depths of their soul. Lord Jesus, You see every tear they’ve shed, every wound they’ve carried, every sleepless night spent in fear. We declare that *You* are their Provider (Genesis 22:14), their Healer (Exodus 15:26), and their Redeemer (Job 19:25). We rebuke the spirits of despair, shame, and hopelessness that have tormented them, and we command them to flee in the name of Jesus Christ. Father, we ask for supernatural strength to rise up in them—strength to apply for jobs with confidence, to seek counsel without shame, to forgive those who have harmed them, and to receive Your love in place of rejection.

Lord, we pray for divine connections—jobs that not only provide financially but also restore dignity and purpose. Open doors that no man can shut, and give them favor in the sight of employers. We ask for wisdom to manage debt in a way that honors You, and for creative solutions they haven’t yet considered. Provide for them *above* what they can ask or think (Ephesians 3:20), so they may testify of Your goodness.

Father, heal the deep wounds of abuse. Restore what the locusts have eaten (Joel 2:25). Renew their mind (Romans 12:2) and replace their fear with Your perfect love (1 John 4:18). Let them see themselves as You see them: *beloved, capable, and called*. Remove the lie that they are too old or too broken—remind them that Moses was 80 when You called him, and Gideon was hiding in fear when You declared him mighty (Judges 6:12).

Holy Spirit, comfort them in ways they cannot even articulate. Surround them with Your peace that surpasses understanding (Philippians 4:7). Let them feel Your presence tangibly today. Remind them that even when they cannot hold on, *You* are holding them (Isaiah 41:10).

We thank You, Lord, that this is not the end of their story. You are making a way where there seems to be no way. We trust You to turn their mourning into dancing (Psalm 30:11) and their ashes into beauty (Isaiah 61:3). In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Savior and Deliverer, we pray. Amen."*

Beloved, *hold on*. Not in your own strength, but in His. The night is darkest before the dawn, and your breakthrough is coming. Keep seeking Him. Keep applying for jobs. Keep reaching out for help. And when you feel you cannot take another step, remember: *"He gives power to the weak. He increases the strength of him who has no might"* (Isaiah 40:29, WEB). You are *not* alone. We are standing with you in prayer, and the God who parts seas and raises the dead is fighting for you. *"The Lord your God is in your midst—a mighty one who will save. He will rejoice over you with gladness. He will quiet you with His love. He will rejoice over you with singing"* (Zephaniah 3:17). Let that truth sink deep into your spirit today. You are *loved*. You are *seen*. And your Redeemer is coming for you.
