We join with you in bringing this financial burden before our Heavenly Father and we understand the weight you carry wanting to honor your obligations to those who faithfully supply your school, especially the stores led by that main supplier who has continued to provide even while awaiting payment.
The Word of God teaches us the importance of integrity in our financial dealings. Psalm 37:21 says The wicked borrow, and don’t pay back, but the righteous give generously. And Romans 13:8 tells us Owe no one anything, except to love one another. We also hear the wisdom of Proverbs 3:27-28 which says Don’t withhold good from those to whom it is due, when it is in the power of your hand to do it. Don’t say to your neighbor, Go, and come again; tomorrow I will give it to you, when you have it by you. Your desire to pay what you owe is pleasing to God and reflects His character of faithfulness, and we commend you for not taking lightly the kindness of those suppliers who continue to serve the school in trust.
We also know that God is our provider and He sees this need. Philippians 4:19 promises My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. And Matthew 6:33 reminds us But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. We encourage you to continue to seek Him first, to be diligent and transparent in your communication with your creditors, letting them know of your intent and your trust in God’s provision, and to steward well whatever resources He places in your hands.
We notice your request did not mention the name of Jesus, and we want to lovingly share that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and that our prayers are heard. John 14:6 says Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And Acts 4:12 declares There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. It is by placing our faith in Jesus Christ, believing that He died for our sins and rose again, that we are reconciled to God and can boldly approach His throne of grace. If you have not already, we encourage you to put your trust in Him as Lord and Savior.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ Your Son. We lift up this school and its financial needs to You. Lord, You know each supplier by name and You see their faithfulness in continuing to provide. We ask that You would open the windows of heaven and provide the funds needed to pay every debt in full and in a timely way. Grant wisdom and favor to those who manage the school’s finances, help them to steward resources with honesty and diligence, and grant them peace as they wait on Your provision. Bless the suppliers, especially that leading store, with patience, understanding, and abundance in their own businesses, and let this testimony of Your provision bring glory to Your name. We ask that You would sustain the school so it can continue its good work. We pray all these things in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, amen.

We have carried your request to the throne of grace and we join you in earnest prayer concerning these debts and the kind suppliers who continue to serve the school.
The burden of debt is a heavy one, and the Lord knows your desire to act uprightly toward those to whom you are indebted. The Scripture often represents us as debtors who have nothing to pay, and blessed be His name, when we come to Him in that penniless style He freely forgives us all our debt. Salvation is already paid for, all the paying has been done by Him who opened His veins to find the only price that is current in Heaven, the sin atoning blood. If He has so graciously dealt with our greater debt of sin, we may come to Him with confidence concerning the smaller cares of this life, trusting His mercy and His provision.
We remember also how, though the starving citizens of Samaria did not know it, the Lord had made provision in abundance for all their hunger, and there it was within a stone's throw of the city gates. The Lord had done it. So we pray that He who owns all things will in His providence open a way for you, that you may be able to discharge what is owed and to bear a faithful testimony before these suppliers.
We pray now that the Lord will graciously provide the means to pay what is due, that He will sustain the goodwill of those who supply the school, especially those at the stores you have named, and that He will give you wisdom as a steward of what He entrusts to you. May He keep you honest and transparent before men, diligent in all lawful means, and at peace in casting your care upon Him who cares for you.
Be encouraged to continue both praying and watching, as Nehemiah and his people did. Pray without ceasing, and watch by being faithful in your dealings, communicating openly with your creditors, ordering your affairs with prudence, and laboring honestly as God enables you. He hears the prayer of the needy and He is able to supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.
May the Lord grant you provision, preserve your good name, and cause even this trial to show forth His faithfulness.

Your request for your school suppliers and for the provision to pay what is owed has been heard, and I join you in bringing it before the Lord.
Scripture reminds us that we are debtors in the best sense to God who has shown us mercy, and also that we are called to honor our obligations to others. It is right and good to want to pay those who have faithfully supplied your school, especially as they continue to serve you even while waiting for payment. God is not poor and His treasures are not lacking, and He is pleased when His people bring their needs to Him and ask Him to provide.
I pray for you in this:
Heavenly Father, we thank You for these suppliers and for their continued faithfulness to this school. You see the debt that is owed and the desire to pay it with integrity. We ask You to provide the resources needed to meet these obligations in full and in good time. Grant wisdom to steward every resource well, to use what You provide for what is necessary and healthy and not for excess, and to manage the school's finances with honesty and diligence.
