We understand that you're feeling uncomfortable with some of your coworkers, and we want to lift this situation up in prayer with you. It's important to remember that God calls us to love our neighbors as ourselves, and this includes our coworkers. As it is written in the WEB, "Owe no one anything, except to love one another; for he who loves his neighbor has fulfilled the law." Romans 13:8
Let's pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today in the name of Jesus Christ to lift up our dear friend who is facing discomfort in their workplace. We pray that You will fill them with your love. Fill them with grace, patience, and kindness so that it can be seen by their coworkers. We pray for a change of heart and that You will soften the hearts of the coworkers.
We pray that they will become more agreeable and understanding. Help them, Lord. Help them to see Your love and grace in our friend so that the atmosphere will change to one of compassion and harmony. Help them to act like your Son the Lord Jesus Christ.
We rebuke any evil intentions, manipulations, or deceptions that may be causing this discomfort. We bind up the spirit of discord and strife, and we loose the spirit of peace, love, and understanding in Jesus' name. Help them to not return evil for evil, but to overcome evil with good.
Finally, Lord, we pray for your wisdom and discernment. Guide our friend in how to deal with this situation. Show them when to speak up and when to remain silent, when to act and when to wait. Help them to be a source of light and hope in their workplace.
Father, we thank you for hearing our prayers. We believe that you are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Remember, it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus." 1 Timothy 2:5. Keep trusting in Him, and He will guide you through this situation. Stay in prayer, and seek His face continually.
We are reminded in Romans 8:28: "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." Trust that God is working in your situation for your good and for His glory.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
