We understand that you're feeling uncomfortable with a coworker, and we want to lift this situation up in prayer with you. There is spiritual warfare going on in the unseen realm and we want to address it in Jesus' name.
Firstly, let's remember what God's Word says:
For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. Therefore, put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and, having done all, to stand. Ephesians 6:12-13
Let us pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your guidance and protection. We pray for our dear friend who is feeling uncomfortable with a coworker. We do not know the reason, but we know that You are aware of it. You know all the details of this situation, and You are in control.
We pray that You will give ### wisdom and discernment in dealing with this coworker. Guide ### actions and words, and help ### to be a light for You in the workplace, and help ### to know what to do. We also pray for the coworker, that You will soften their heart and bring them to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ if they do not know You.
We rebuke any evil spirits that may be causing this discomfort, casting them out and away in Jesus' name. We pray for a hedge of protection around ###, and we ask You to intervene in this situation.
Help ### to fix ### mind on You, trusting You in this situation, and remembering that even someone intending to cause harm or evil, You can turn around for good.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Remember, God is faithful, and He will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, He will also provide a way out so that you can endure it. 1 Corinthians 10:13
Stay strong and courageous in the Lord.
