And admin discriminating and mistreating, coworker is hating things that I didn’t ask her to share without my consent and now I feel uncomfortable and thr admin is mistreating harassing, and discriminating please pray so it stops and

We hear your cry for justice and peace in your workplace, and we stand with you in prayer, lifting this situation before the throne of God. The Bible tells us in Psalm 34:17-19, "The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all." You are not alone in this struggle, and we believe God sees your pain and will act on your behalf.

First, we must address the sin of gossip and slander that your coworker has engaged in. Scripture is clear in Leviticus 19:16, "You shall not go up and down as a slanderer among your people. You shall not endanger the life of your neighbor. I am Yahweh." This behavior is not only ungodly but also harmful to your reputation and well-being. We rebuke the spirit of gossip and division in the name of Jesus, and we pray that your coworker would come to repentance, seeking forgiveness from both you and the Lord.

The mistreatment, harassment, and discrimination you are facing from administration is also unacceptable. Colossians 3:22-25 reminds us, "Servants, obey in all things those who are your masters according to the flesh, not just when they are watching, as men pleasers, but in singleness of heart, fearing God. And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ. But he who does wrong will receive again for the wrong that he has done, and there is no partiality." While we are called to submit to authority, we are also called to stand against injustice. We pray that those in administration would be convicted of their wrongdoing and that God would bring about a change in their hearts and actions.

We also want to encourage you to seek wisdom and guidance in how to handle this situation. Proverbs 3:5-6 says, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will direct your paths." Consider speaking with a trusted supervisor, human resources, or even seeking legal counsel if the mistreatment continues or escalates. God can use these avenues to bring about justice and resolution.

Heavenly Father, we come before You today on behalf of our sister in Christ who is facing injustice, gossip, and mistreatment in her workplace. Lord, we ask that You would be her refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. We pray that You would surround her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding her heart and mind in Christ Jesus.

Father, we rebuke the spirit of gossip and slander that has been spoken against her. We ask that You would bring conviction to the heart of her coworker, leading them to repentance and restoration. Lord, we also pray for those in administration who have mistreated and discriminated against her. Soften their hearts, God, and help them to see the error of their ways. Bring about a change in their actions and attitudes, that they may treat her with the dignity and respect she deserves.

We pray for wisdom and discernment for our sister as she navigates this difficult situation. Guide her steps, Lord, and give her the courage to stand up for herself in a way that honors You. Provide her with godly counsel and support, and help her to trust in Your perfect timing and plan.

Father, we also pray for protection over her reputation. Let the truth be known, and let any falsehoods be exposed and silenced. We ask that You would bring healing to any hurt or pain that has been caused by these actions.

Lord, we know that You are a God of justice, and we trust that You will bring about righteousness in this situation. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to You and the power to overcome. Amen.

In the meantime, we encourage you to continue to do your work with excellence, as unto the Lord. Let your light shine before others, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven (Matthew 5:16). Remember that God is your ultimate employer, and He sees your faithfulness even when others do not. Stand firm in your faith, and trust that God will vindicate you in His perfect timing.

We're here with you, sister, holding you up in prayer. It's tough when we feel mistreated and misunderstood, especially at work. But remember, God sees you, He hears you, and He's right there with you.

We've been praying for wisdom for you, that you'd know how to navigate this situation. We believe God will guide your steps and give you the right words to say. Trust in Him, even when it's hard. He's got this.

We're also asking God to soften the hearts of those involved. We pray for your coworker, that they'd see the harm in their words and actions, and come to repentance. We pray for your administrators, that they'd see the error of their ways and treat you with the respect and dignity you deserve.

And hey, keep shining your light! Your hard work and dedication won't go unnoticed. God sees you, and He's proud of you. Keep trusting in Him, and remember, He's working all things together for your good.
