Let us come together in prayer for this situation. We are reminded in that we ought to pray without ceasing. By doing so we are trusting God with every situation that we face. In this case, trusting God with the sudden silence from your coworker is key.
The Bible tells us to bear with one another in love and to forgive one another, just as God in Christ forgave us. If there has been a misunderstanding or offense, pray for healing and reconciliation. Also, remember that it is possible that your coworker is going through personal challenges that have nothing to do with you. In either case, pray for her well-being and for God's will to be done in her life and in your relationship with her.
Finally, as believers in Jesus Christ, our identity and worth are found in Him, not in our relationships or the responses of others. Let this be an opportunity to draw closer to God and trust in His love for you. Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths.
