Beloved of All
There is a coworker who walks around ignoring everyone until someone approaches her and then a conversation is had. I have noticed she has an attitude and will walk by looking straight ahead when close. From a distance, I have seen her watching and looking in my direction. She will not approach or have small talk either. On Tuesday, I was running low on material and she did not bring it to the spot on the line like normal. One of our drivers bought it and placed it at the end of the line. Once I was down to one thing of material, I noticed she still didn’t come by and place it. I even gave grace and was patient before I took lunch, thinking she is just busy with something else. Well, once I came back from lunch about 20 minutes in, I got the equipment I needed and moved it by myself. Then 10 minutes after I did, she walks by the end of my line looking to see if the paper was at its proper spot, and I looked directly at her when she was checking. There were times before when I would move it on my own and out of nowhere she would pop up quickly to do it. Now all of a sudden, she can’t do her job. When I came in Thursday morning, the prior shift had placed the new material next to the one almost gone. So I didn’t even need her to bring anything at all. She purposely walked by, saw it, and went to get a whole other new one to place at the end of the line so the next shift as one. While she was doing this, I noticed she had a smile, thinking it was funny. However, I ignored her completely and didn’t let her get under my skin at all. She even had a driver move material near my desk where I work, and she came over to check it then move it to the other lines near me. Then she saw me walking at the back of my line about to stop the machine and purposely ignored me, walking slanted, checking how much material he had when she could see it from a distance. I still continued to ignore her behavior, talked with my trainer, and not even get mad. Later, before our shift ended, she walked past my line and looked to see how much material I had left, and I ignored her again. I have not done anything to her nor said anything wrong about her. I am not sure why she did such but I am seeking prayer for her. I have been kind once or twice, saying thank you weeks ago when she did bring my material where it belongs. She can continue ignoring everyone and not talking, which is her choice; I don’t care. All I want is for her to do her job and quit the unnecessary behavior when it comes to my line plus me. Maybe she is unhappy at home and/or suffers from some kind of mental health problem. Whatever her personal issues are, I ask that God will help her in Jesus' Name. Amen.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have.
