Lord please help me. My blood pressure is suffering due to my anger that I had today. I have been keeping my cool but today I let the worst get the best of me. Please God protect me and keep the devil away from me. I hate to fear death although I know that the greatest place is being with you in heaven. I know that you have my time marked in your book. Please continue to let me learn how to be the best that I can be and do the works that you allow me to do. I pray that you touch my heart and bring my blood pressure down. Amen.

Please help Dana to keep her cool, even when she's upset or offended. May she rely upon You for patience and wisdom.I pray for her blood pressure to normalize, and for Your Holy Spirit to bring her comfort, and and the ability to not react.May she be aroond for a long, long lifespan. Lord, I pray for you to ease Dana's anger. Lord, May she get to the bottom of her anger issues. I confess, I too suffer with this sometimes, have had panic attacks causing border line hypertension, simply due to the circumstances around me of which I really had no control of. I too Dana, have to learn each day, through the Lord, and I pray for you this too Dana. Sometimes we fail Dana, we ask the Lord to forgive us and show us the way he wants, and to lead us to do His Will. I pray this for you Dana just now. It is almost as we get angry at ourselves, and we must through the Lord's Direction Forgive ourselves. God Bless you! "Anger but sin not" The Lord got angry at the money changers in the Temple but He did not commit sin. I know how it feels when your Blood begins to boil when you get angry. The hairs stands up on the back of my neck and I know my BP goes up too high. I will keep you in my Prayers that you will be able to control your anger. Bless you again.

LORD God of Israel, I just lift Dana up to You. LORD, I ask You to protect Dana. Who among us doesn't get angry? Yet, we know that Dana right now has to be very cautious about anger due to blood pressure issues. So LORD, I pray an extra hedge of protection around Dana.
