Thank you so much for your prayers.
Re: Son, Kyle
My son has found a nice basement suite to share with another young man his age. Thank you God for answering that prayer!!!
The rent was reasonable and the young man seems nice. They had not met prior but have some common friends. The place is cheery and close to the University.
Pray for my son as he moves out on Monday. He is 20 with Diabetis (Insulin Dependent) as well as Asthma. He is shy.
Pray for him to get along well with his room mate and the girls renting the upstairs appartment.
Pray for his health and for him to remember to take his insulin, to eat well and to start to exercise.
Pray also for his school and work to go well. Pray for him to find a girl to date and marry.
Pray for our family as we walk through this new season of our lives. I will miss him.

Re: Daughter, Sarah-Anne
My daughter had a better day today at the Volleyball tournament.
She was happier on the side lines and less critical of herself. And, then played better. They got 3rd!
She was given a little playing time and every girl played a bit so I am so thankful that. (The coach had said only the best players would play)
She did not feel too included but she was ok because she was to go to her boyfriend Victor and his families house for supper after his hockey tryout.
He has has been her only real friend for a few months. And they do a lot of activities together. We love him and his family loves Sarah. We feel they are both very good for each other.
So, when her boyfriend was quieter than usual...she was sooo hurt and took it personally. "He is going to dump me" she threw a tantrum all the way home. I was telling her "I think he is just tired"
He plays on the Senior Varsity Football team which practices every day but Sunday and has one game per week.
He plays hockey also and is trying out for an AA team. They have had several tryouts/workouts. And he goes tommorrow again.
He had also worked 7 hours this morning at his part time job and then tried out for 2 hours. So, I am pretty certain .... tired .... lol.
I did get her to agree to calling him in the morning to wish him luck as well as posting a note on his -banned site- wall. That is a breakthrough from her past behaviour of backing off which does not solve anything but only hurts.
................
I am thankful to God for this morning's Volleyball and for her temper to have subsided sooner tonight. She had said she was going to pray harder and would I.
I am asking for prayer for my daughter to look at life in a more positive way and be filled with God's joy and to be more accepting, trusting and forgiving and less offended. (of herself, Victor, and others)
Pray for her to realize that they too have days, moods, and tiredness.
Pray for Victor and her to both appologize and move on.
Pray for her to regain her friends or make some new ones.
.........
Re: Boyfriend, Victor
Pray for Victor and his family to be saved. (Victor's father was raised in a Christian home and he has asked me some questions)
Pray for his family to be less hard on him and see the wonderful young man that my husband and I see.
(Even my husband, who is very protective of his "little" girl, loves Victor.)
Pray for Sarah and Victor to be each other's cheerleader and best friend as they were before. (This has just been a busy few weeks)
(He has always said that Sarah is the nicest, funniest, girl he has ever known)
Pray for Victor to see her note she wrote him and to answer the phone tommorrow morning.
Pray for Victor to rest deep tonight, feel energized, do well and make the AA team.

Sorry this is so long.
In Jesus Name I ask these things. AMEN. bev.
