i am still struggling in my faith i do not know what God wants me to do i am still having problems with some people on my job,i am ready to quit

before time, i am going to retire maybe in June but i feel so hurt that they are still slandering me and making accusation against me.my reputation and integrity is on the line. I do not know what to pray help me please
