Confusion / Anxiety

Please pray for me, I am confused and anxious about personal situations in my life....I prayed for divine intervention in my personal life, I trust and believe in God, but the situations appear to be getting worst instead of better....as I am writing this request....I am shaking.... Help me God, I cry out to you one more time... I have no one else but you...have mercy on me...pls send a miracle...these and other mercies I pray....AMEN.
