Confused

I can't sleep, my mind is racing. I want God to tear down any walls I might be putting up that create a distance with people I love. I end up feeling so alone and unheard. I just truly need some tenderness from my boyfriend and stronger connections with my loved ones. Sometimes I wonder if I'm even worthy of love. Clearly, I have an abundance of heartache. Please God, remove these feelings and restore my relationships and my peace.
