God bless U. It is good that U are concern. There was a godly preacher, the day of his marriage, he & his wife committ their future ministry, future children, unborn generation to God, besides serving God, his name is Jonathan Edwards. His future generation counted some 1400: 13 were college presidents, 65 were university professors; over 100 lawyers, were many deans, teachers, of law schools.80 held public office, 3 judges, 56 physicians, 100 went into the mission fields, others were in good businesses, etc.
Where as the Juke family were ungodly. They lived without being married, had no morals. They lived ungodly lives. They lived for the materails & physical pleasure of the moment. They had no need for Jesus. Through this generation, Juke family was a cesspool of crime, immorality, poverty & disease. This family cost New YOrk $1, 500,000 in welfare payments, they did not produce a singel decent person. We see the generational curse on this family, where as the Edwards family, we see the blessing pouring down upon this family.
Since your eyes are open, U can change the course & destiny through Jesus Christ. This is not just a nice thing to say, but to walk the talk, live the life. For in Roman 8:29 "For those whom He (God) foreknew (of whom He was aware & loved beforehand), He also destined from the beginning (to be molded into the image of HIs son (share the likeness of Jesus.
Ver 30 And those whom He foreordained, He also called: & those whom He called, He justified, whom He justified, He glorified. Our daily desire & prayers must be to be like Jesus. Our motivation to live is to be like Chirst. Our identiy is in Christ. Some people wants to get married because they are lonely & needy, but they should be fullfill in Christ first. Others look to their spouse to fullfill the arears where only God can fulfill,
they keep on coming up empty all the time & never realized that what they are doing.
Today, put Jesus first, by really repenting, submitting, surrendering every arear of your live, so satan will not have a foothold in Jesus name.
Father in Jesus name U are the only one, I will focus on, for U hold my future & destiny in your hands, I submitt, & surrender this life back to U in Jesus name. I will accept the standards, the blue print that U have for my life. I pray for my family that U will deliver them from the generational curse in their lives. Father, they do not know, & if they should know, U are the only ONe that can bring deliverance, & salvation to them. Father, help me to see the pattern of this sin, for U will expose it & bring deliverance to me & even to my family. Heal me from the influence, impact, of the family sins in Jesus name.
