Conflict Resolution

Although I am a very respectful person, I have always had a problem in my present job. We have had many bosses and with each one she always try to bully, humiliate and harass me. My performance is excellent, but as a friend told me it is the devil who is in these folks and is testing me. I am very tired, and would like this to end. The present boss lies incessantly to cover herself, and when she and I are alone, she verbally abuses me. It is so bad that we are going to mediation, but she still lies, and not own up to her abuse.

Please pray that this conflict will end in a just manner, and that the boss' true colours will be shown to all.

Lord, I ask your hand upon this situation, that the truth will be made manifest and come out into the open. May justice prevail. May the accused be exhonerated at the work place. I pray for peace. Thank you, Jesus, for your help. In your name, I pray, Amen
