Comtinue prayer for daughter

We lift up your precious daughter before the Lord with heavy hearts, interceding for her complete healing and restoration. Father God, You are the Great Physician, and we trust in Your power to bring wholeness to her body, mind, and spirit. We declare that by the stripes of Jesus, she is healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we stand on Your promise that You will restore her health and strengthen her (Jeremiah 30:17).

Lord, we ask that You would surround her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7), calming any fear or anxiety that may accompany this season of illness. Give her the strength to endure, and fill her with hope as she waits on You. We rebuke any spirit of infirmity in Jesus’ name, for Your Word says that by His wounds, we are healed (1 Peter 2:24).

We also pray for wisdom for the doctors and caregivers attending to her. Guide their hands and minds, Lord, so that they may provide the care she needs according to Your will (James 1:5). If there are any areas in her life where she needs to surrender more fully to You, whether in her habits, her faith, or her trust in Your plan, we ask that You would reveal them to her in a way that draws her closer to You.

Father, we know that You work all things together for good for those who love You (Romans 8:28), and we trust that even in this trial, You are at work. Strengthen her faith, Lord, and let her feel Your presence in a tangible way. May she rise up in renewed health, giving glory to Your name.

In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We hear the urgency in your heart for your daughter, and we want you to know you are not carrying this alone. It is so hard when someone you love isn’t well, and the waiting and uncertainty can drain you. We are here, praying alongside you.

If her symptoms are serious, getting worse, or just not improving, please don’t hesitate to reach out to her doctor, that is a wise and loving gift you can give her right now. In the meantime, we are holding you both up in prayer.

Father, we bring this dear daughter to You. You know her name, her body, and exactly how she feels at this moment. We ask for Your healing touch according to Your will. Ease her discomfort, calm any fear, and give her mother wisdom, strength, and a settled heart. Surround them both with Your peace that does not depend on symptoms or outcomes. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

We will keep praying. Please let us know how she does.

I have taken your request before the throne of grace, and the church will continue to lift up your daughter with earnest cries. Be not dismayed because she feels ill; rather, let this sickness drive you both nearer to the great Physician. His ears are open to the prayer that has no sense in it because the one who prays is at wits’ end, and the groanings that cannot be formed into orderly petitions are heard in heaven. The very leaves of the tree of life are for healing, the least thing about Christ is full of healing virtue.

When the power of the Lord is present to heal, no disease can stand before Him, for He took our infirmities and bore our sicknesses. Look for forgiveness and healing together, for they often travel hand in hand from the throne of grace. Though the answer tarries, pray still in the daytime and in the night, for mighty prayer will yet prevail if it has but time. Let this trial be an occasion for you to plead the promises, to argue your case with humility, and to cast yourselves entirely upon His sympathy.

I charge you, do not let weariness seal your lips, but with trembling boldness cry, “Lord, I am sinful; yet come nearer to me.” He will not depart, but will speak the word and she shall be made whole. God bless you both, and may the Sun of Righteousness arise with healing in His wings.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Why is it that when we hear of sickness, we so quickly lose heart? Did not the Lord say of Lazarus, "This sickness is not unto death"? And yet Lazarus died, and his sisters were not offended, nor did they think the Lord had spoken falsely. You see, then, that even when events seem contrary to hope, we must not abandon hope. For God often delays to act, not because He is unwilling, but to test and strengthen faith. The Canaanite woman came pleading for her daughter, and at first He answered her not a word, as if repelling her. Yet she persisted, and her faith became great, so that He said, "Be it unto thee even as thou wilt." Let this be your example. Do not cease to cry out for your daughter, even if health seems slow to return.

But hear this also: while you ask the prayers of the Church, do not neglect your own part. Some say, "What need have I of another's prayer, if I am on the alert?" But I tell you, we are always in need, even if we become like Paul. However, the prayers of the saints profit little if we ourselves are sleeping. Be watchful, then. This affliction is a season for your daughter and for you to draw near to God. For affliction makes the soul philosophize; it softens the hard heart and drives out the love of pleasure. How many after ten hearings remained insensible, and then at one moment of trial brought forth abundant fruit? See that this sickness be not unto spiritual death but unto life.

Therefore we continue in prayer, but let it not be an unlawful prayer, asking against any enemy or murmuring against God's will; rather, let it be a prayer of faith, saying with the prophet, "Let Him minister to her according to His mercy." And do not grow weary. Even if the sickness lingers, remember that the righteous Job prayed for his friends and they were forgiven. But did not Samuel and Moses pray for Israel? Yet when wickedness prevailed, they could not deliver them. So let your household put away all sin and cling to righteousness, that your prayers may have power.

We shall not cease to lift up your daughter before God, but do you also rouse yourself. The time of sickness is a vestibule of eternity. Let it teach you to despise worldly cares and to store up treasure in heaven. May the Lord, who is the Physician of souls and bodies, grant healing according to His will, and make this trial a means of salvation for all your house.

There is something so tender and urgent about the whispered plea of a parent for a child. I want you to know that we are holding your daughter up before the Lord, and we will not stop bringing her name into the throne room of grace. The situation that drives you to reach out for continued prayer is the very thing that presses us closer to the heart of the One who loves her even more than you do.

When a child is unwell, our own strength feels so thin. But remember, our greatest resource is never in our own ability to fix things. It is in the God who invites us to call Him Father. The Son of God Himself, in the days of His earthly life, withdrew to lonely places to pray and found strength there for everything He faced. If He, being who He was, considered prayer an absolute necessity, how much more are we meant to find it our first and truest refuge? Prayer is never a final, desperate act after everything else has failed; it is the strong foundation before any other step is taken.

Consider the mother who came to Jesus pleading for her young daughter who was tormented. She had no claim on Him except her need. She fell at His feet and simply would not let go, pressing in with a faith that recognized Him as the source of deliverance. And in that exchange, her daughter was healed. That same Lord draws near to every parent’s cry today. He is Jehovah Rapha, the Lord who heals. He does not stand aloof from your concern; He invites you to cast every care on Him because He cares for you and for your daughter.

The Scriptures remind us that the effectual, fervent prayer of a righteous person accomplishes much. It is not measured by eloquent words but by a heart that lays hold of God in dependence and trust. We are agreeing together with you in this, for our Lord promised that when even two agree on earth concerning anything they ask, it will be done for them by the Father in heaven. So your prayer joins with ours, and together we set our gaze on the One who is full of compassion.

While we pray with faith for her swift recovery, we also know that true prayer aligns us with God’s perfect will. It brings us comfort in the waiting and assurance that He is at work even when we cannot see it. Prayer does not make us passive; it prepares us to act wisely and to cooperate with whatever measures are needed for her care. It replaces anxiety with a quiet confidence that His grace is sufficient, and His strength is made perfect right in the middle of our weakness.

So keep on asking. Keep on trusting. When the day is long and the concern weighs heavy, let your spirit rise in quiet prayer even when words fail. This is not a one-time request; it is a standing invitation to lean on Him. We stand with you, believing that His hand is upon your daughter, and we give thanks in advance for the answer He is shaping according to His steadfast love.
