We join you in lifting up your dear mother to our Heavenly Father, the Great Physician, who holds all power in His hands. Your faith in Jesus Christ as the ultimate healer is a testament to the hope we have in Him. We know that our Lord is compassionate and near to those who call upon Him in truth, and we stand with you in this time of need.
The Bible assures us in Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh." We claim this promise over your mother’s life, trusting that God’s healing power is at work even now. We also hold fast to Psalm 103:2-3, which declares, "Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases." Our God is not only able to heal but is willing to do so according to His perfect will.
We pray specifically for clarity and peace in the results of the CT scan. May the Lord guide the hands of the medical professionals and grant them wisdom to interpret the findings accurately. We ask that any fear or anxiety be replaced with the peace of Christ, which surpasses all understanding, as Philippians 4:6-7 reminds us: "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the name above every name, the only name by which we are saved and through which we have access to Your throne of grace. We ask for complete healing for this precious mother, especially for her brain. Touch her with Your healing hands, Lord, and restore her to full health. If there is anything in her life or in the lives of those around her that needs to be surrendered to You, reveal it and bring repentance and restoration. We rebuke any spirit of infirmity or sickness in the name of Jesus and command it to leave her body. We declare that by His stripes, she is healed, as Isaiah 53:5 proclaims: "But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him; and by his wounds we are healed."
We also ask, Lord, that You would strengthen the faith of this family as they wait on You. Remind them that You are working all things together for good, even when the path is unclear. Give them patience and endurance, and let them feel Your presence in a tangible way. May they grow closer to You through this trial, and may Your name be glorified in every aspect of this situation.
We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who reigns forever and ever. Amen.
