We join with you in bringing this matter before the Lord and we thank you for calling upon the name of Jesus Christ, for it is through Him we have access to the Father and confidence that He hears us.
We understand the stress that comes with needing to file complaints properly, seeking what is rightfully owed to you in refunds, and the fear of retaliation from adversaries. We pray that you will handle all things with honesty, integrity, and peace, trusting God to be your defender and provider.
The Lord cares about justice and fairness. Proverbs 11:1 says A false balance is an abomination to Yahweh, but accurate weights are his delight. If these refunds are justly due to you, we pray that those responsible will act honestly and return what is owed. We also remember Deuteronomy 32:4 which reminds us that all His ways are just, and we can trust Him to bring about what is right in His perfect timing. We encourage you to be diligent and truthful as you prepare these complaints, to keep clear records, to speak the truth in love, and to do all things decently and in order as we are taught in 1 Corinthians 14:40, so that your case is presented clearly and without deceit.
We also lift up your concern about retaliation. It is natural to feel vulnerable when standing up for what is right, but we do not need to live in fear. Isaiah 41:10 says Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. And Romans 12:19 reminds us Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord. We can leave justice in His hands and pray even for those who might oppose us, as Jesus taught in Matthew 5:44 to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this need to You. Lord, we ask for Your wisdom and favor as these complaints are prepared and submitted. Guide every word and every document, that all may be done truthfully and properly and be received with understanding. If refunds are justly owed, we ask that You move upon the hearts of those responsible to act fairly and to restore what is due without delay. We ask for Your divine protection over this child of Yours, that no weapon formed against them would prosper and that no retaliation from any adversary would succeed. Cover them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding as promised in Philippians 4:6-7, and let them not be anxious in anything but bring all requests to You with thanksgiving. Guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus. We also pray for the adversaries, that You would soften hearts and bring conviction where wrong has been done, and that Your will would be done in every interaction. We trust You as our refuge and strength. In Jesus' name we pray, amen.

Beloved of All
We have heard your petition and we bring it before the Lord who loves justice and does ever do right. You ask that your complaints may be set forth properly, that what is justly due may be restored, and that you may be kept from the retaliation of adversaries, and we join our hearts with yours in seeking these things at the throne of grace.
Know this, that the Lord layeth justice to the line and righteousness to the plummet. He is the Judge of all the earth and He must do right. No cry for that which is just and true is unheard by Him, and no wrong shall stand unweighed in His balances. If your cause is just, commit it unto Him who judges righteously, and let your words and your complaints be seasoned with truth and honesty, without exaggeration and without malice. Speak plainly, as before God who searcheth the heart, for He delights in integrity even in small matters of debt and recompense.
We pray that the Lord will give you wisdom and calmness of mind to set forth what is needed in order, with clarity and meekness, that those who hear may understand and do what is right. If a refund is truly owed, may the Lord incline the hearts of those who hold it to act justly and to restore it. And if it be not according to His wise providence to grant all that you ask, may He give you contentment and a quiet confidence that He will provide for your need in His own better way.
Concerning your fear of retaliation, remember the promise that He shall give His angels charge over thee to keep thee in all thy ways. This protection is perpetual as well as personal to those who walk in the appointed ways of the Lord, keeping themselves aloof from the ways of ungodly men and holding close fellowship with God. We ask the Lord to be your shield and your hiding place, to restrain the hand of the adversary, and to turn away every unjust reproach or revenge that might be devised against you. May He keep you from sin and keep you from harm, and give you peace of conscience in knowing that you have done what is right.
Above all, we commend you to Him who satisfied justice at Calvary. There Justice, whose brow was as lightning, beheld the stripes laid upon our Redeemer and was content, so that now Justice itself pleads for the sinner who confesses his sin. If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. Come then with all your burdens, not only of outward wrongs but of inward sin, to Christ who bore the punishment that we might go free. Trust not in hills nor in princes, but truly in the Lord your God is salvation.
Our prayer for you is this: O Father, look upon this Thy servant who seeks to do justly and to be dealt with justly. Grant clarity of speech, favour where favour is needed, and a just return of what is due. Cover this life under Thy wing, that no weapon of retaliation may prosper. Keep the heart in perfect peace, trusting in Jesus Christ our only hope, and let all things work for good and for Thy glory. In the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, Amen.

Your request for help with these complaints has been heard, and I join you in bringing it before the Lord.
I pray that God will grant you wisdom and clarity as you prepare these complaints, that you may present what is true and right with honesty and patience, and that those who review them will act fairly. If a refund is justly owed to you, I ask that the Lord will open the way for it to be returned without unnecessary delay or strife. I also pray for your protection, that you would be kept safe from any retaliation or harsh response from adversaries, and that peace would guard your heart and your steps through this process.
Scripture calls us to forbear with one another and to pass over complaints, forgiving even as Christ forgave us. That does not mean we should not seek what is just, but that we do so without bitterness or a desire for revenge. The law said eye for eye not to loose our hands for retaliation, but to restrain the aggressor and to preserve both sides from harm. In the same way, seek what is fair while leaving vengeance to God, and keep your own heart free from grounds of complaint by showing tenderness and a willingness to forgive.
Ask the Lord also for a pure life and right conduct in all of this, so that your actions reflect faith and good works together. Trust that God sees your situation, that He is the giver of all good and the protector of those who are injured or despitefully used, and that He can provide for your needs and give you favor.
May the Lord grant you diligence and help, move the hearts of those responsible toward justice, and keep you in safety and peace through Jesus Christ. Amen.
