Beloved of All
Please pray in Jesus mighty name that the landlord will pay compensation for the problems (###) that occurred in the apartment due to the lack of electrical safety, as well as for the illness that developed as a result, ### problems, ###, the cost of alternative shower facilities or a shower pass, threats, and other inappropriate actions.

Please pray the landlord's conscience is awakened and stirred by the Holy Spirit to do good and repent.

Update: I have been asking for prayers for almost three months, but there has been no communication, remorse or willingness to compensate me for my suffering.

Update: The landlord hasn't returned the security deposit or the repair costs I paid the technicians... Please pray that he repays everything he owes us!

Update: The community house manager hasn't returned the repair costs, though she promised to do so three months ago. I also paid to repair the house's electricity system which is not lawfully my responsibility to cover the cost as a tenant.

We join you in bringing this burden before the Lord and we thank you for asking in Jesus mighty name, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6 and there is salvation in no other, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12 We are grateful you have called on that name.

We have heard your cry about the lack of electrical safety in the apartment, the illness that followed, the costs you have carried for alternative shower facilities, the threats and other inappropriate actions, the security deposit that has not been returned, and the repair costs you paid for the electrical system and to technicians which was not lawfully your responsibility as a tenant. We also hear your deep discouragement that for almost three months there has been no communication, no remorse, and no willingness from the landlord to make things right, and that the community house manager who promised repayment three months ago has also not returned what is owed. The Lord sees and He cares about justice and honest dealing. A false balance is an abomination to Yahweh, but accurate weights are his delight. Proverbs 11:1 and You shall not oppress your neighbor, nor rob him. The wages of a hired servant shall not remain with you all night until the morning. Leviticus 19:13 Yahweh is a God who establishes justice, He will make your righteousness shine as the light, and your justice as the noon day sun. Psalm 37:6 and we are told Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this. Psalm 37:5

We lift you up together in prayer. Father, in Jesus mighty name we come before Your throne of grace and we place our brother or sister and this whole situation into Your hands. You know the suffering, the illness, the financial loss, the stress of threats and the waiting. We ask You to touch and heal the body that has been made ill, for You are the One who heals us and who says, I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds. Jeremiah 30:17 and who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases. Psalm 103:3 We ask You to be a refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Psalm 46:1 Guard our dear one from further harm and give peace that surpasses understanding as we cast all our worries on You because You care for us. Philippians 4:6-7, 1 Peter 5:7 We ask You by Your Holy Spirit to stir and awaken the conscience of the landlord and also the community house manager. Give them a new heart and put a new spirit within them, take away the stony heart and give a heart of flesh. Ezekiel 36:26 Bring them to repent and turn again, that their sins may be blotted out. Acts 3:19 Move them to do good, to speak truthfully, to return the security deposit and every cost that is rightfully owed, and to make fair compensation for the suffering and expenses that came from their neglect. We ask that You would provide for every need in the meantime, for our God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:19 We also ask for wisdom and favor in pursuing what is right through lawful and peaceful means.

We encourage you not to grow weary while you wait, even though three months of silence is heavy. Let us not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season, if we do not give up. Galatians 6:9 Wait for Yahweh. Be strong, and let your heart take courage. Yes, wait for Yahweh. Psalm 27:14 God hears persistent prayer and He is not slow to act according to His perfect will. We also gently exhort you to guard your heart against bitterness while you seek justice. Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good. Romans 12:21 and do not avenge yourselves, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me, I will repay, says the Lord. Romans 12:19 That does not mean you should not seek what is rightfully owed, but that you entrust ultimate justice to the Lord while also using lawful, honest avenues that He has provided. Love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you. Matthew 5:44 We pray you can forgive as God in Christ forgave us. Ephesians 4:32 even as you continue to pursue what is just.

In practical ways we encourage you to keep careful records of all communications, receipts, medical notes, repair invoices, and promises made, to seek wise counsel about tenant rights where you live, and to consider mediation or lawful assistance if needed, always acting with honesty and a clear conscience. Do to others as you would have them do to you. Luke 6:31 Let your conduct be marked by truth and peace, trusting the Lord to vindicate you.

We stand with you and we will continue to pray that the Lord brings this matter to a just and merciful resolution, that health is restored, that what has been withheld is returned, that threats cease, and that the hearts of those responsible are convicted to repent and do what is right, all for the glory of God in Jesus name, amen.

We hear how exhausting these past three months have been, waiting for any word or willingness to make things right while you are still carrying the costs. Paying for repairs that were not your responsibility, covering a shower pass and other expenses, losing your deposit, and dealing with health effects and threats in your own home would wear anyone down. It makes sense you feel unseen and frustrated.

Wanting to be made whole after being harmed is a right and human desire, and seeking fair restitution is part of how trust can begin to be repaired. We are praying with you for wisdom and for a just resolution, and also for your landlord and manager to take responsibility for what is theirs to carry.

A couple of steady next steps may help while you wait. If you haven't already, keep one simple folder with receipts, photos, messages and dates for everything you paid and were promised, so you have a clear record if you seek advice. It can also help to talk with a local tenant advice service or housing counselor in your area who knows the rules for deposits and electrical safety for renters. And for the ongoing illness you mentioned, please keep checking in with your own doctor or clinic alongside prayer, so you get care and documentation.

Father, we lift this burden to You. You see what has happened in this apartment and the cost it has brought. Bring healing to this body, provide for what is owed, give wisdom for next conversations, and stir conscience toward what is right and good. We ask for peace in this home and guidance for each step ahead in Jesus' name, amen.

Your request has been brought before the Lord and we join with you in seeking His mercy and justice in this matter.

We have heard of the long trial you have endured these three months, the lack of electrical safety in the apartment, the illness and suffering that followed, the cost of alternative provision for washing, the threats and other wrongs, and now the withholding of what is owed to you, the security deposit and the repair costs you paid to technicians and for the house electricity system which was not your lawful responsibility as tenant. It is right to bring such burdens to God, for He sees what is done in secret and He is the righteous Judge.

We pray in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our only Savior and Advocate, that the Lord would work according to His perfect justice and mercy. We ask that He would stir and awaken the conscience of the landlord, and of the community house manager, by the Holy Spirit, to speak truthfully, to show remorse where wrong has been done, and to repent and bring forth fruit worthy of repentance by doing what is just and honest. We pray that what is owed would be restored, that the deposits and repair costs you have borne would be repaid in full, and that fair compensation for the suffering and illness and extra costs would be rendered.

We pray also for your body and peace of mind, that the Lord who heals would restore you from the health troubles that have come upon you, and that He would guard you from further threat or intimidation and provide for your daily needs, including a safe dwelling and provision for washing.

Remember that the house in which we dwell in this life has God for its Landlord and we are only tenants. He has at all times the right to enter and to see, and nothing escapes His eye. He is slow to anger, carrying the axe of justice bound up in rods of mercy that men may repent, yet He will not at all acquit the wicked. Justice once satisfied by Christ secures pardon for the sinner who repents and believes, and that same justice calls every person to deal justly with his neighbor. Therefore we may with confidence ask God to incline the heart of those who have dealt unjustly toward that which is right.

While you wait, continue to hold on your way. Keep a faithful record of all that has been promised and spent, seek what lawful and peaceable means are available to you for redress, and commit your cause to Him who judges righteously. He who has begun a good work in you will not forsake you, and He will preserve you in holiness and patience even through this trial.

Let us pray together: O Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, look upon Your servant in this affliction. Let Your Holy Spirit convict where there is hardness of heart and move those who withhold what is due to act justly and quickly. Grant healing, provision, and protection, and let Your peace rule in this situation. We ask for a just resolution and for repentance and amendment of life where it is needed. Give wisdom and perseverance to wait upon You and to act uprightly. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

We have heard your cry after these long months of waiting and we join you in prayer before God in the mighty name of Jesus. To suffer problems in your home from lack of electrical safety, to endure illness and ongoing health troubles, to bear the cost of alternative shower facilities, to face threats and other inappropriate actions, and then to be met with silence and no willingness to make things right is a heavy burden. We also hear that the security deposit has not been returned and that you paid technicians and even paid to repair the house electricity system which as a tenant was not lawfully your responsibility, and that the community house manager promised repayment three months ago and has not yet done so.

Scripture teaches that justice is not measured only by large amounts but by the heart and intention, and to withhold what is owed to a neighbor or to take by deceit what belongs to another is counted as injustice before God, whether in great matters or in small. The Lord has placed within every person a conscience that cannot be bribed, a tribunal within that even the unjust themselves cannot silence, and it accuses or defends according to what is done. For this reason we pray as you asked, that the Holy Spirit would awaken and stir the conscience of your landlord and also of the house manager, to see the wrong, to turn from it in repentance, and to do what is good and right. True repentance bears fruit in restitution, as Zacchaeus showed when he restored what he had taken, and we pray that both would be moved to repay fully and promptly all that is owed to you, the deposit, the costs you paid to technicians, and the costs for the electrical repairs and other losses you have carried.

We also pray for you, that the Lord in His mercy would bring healing to your body from the illness that developed, that He would provide for your daily needs and for the costs you have borne, that He would protect you from further threats and bring peace to your dwelling, and that He would guard your heart from bitterness while you wait for justice.

Do not grow weary in bringing this before God. Prayer is a mighty weapon when it is offered with earnestness and a sincere mind without vainglory. The Lord Himself taught that continued entreaty overcomes even the hard heart of an unjust judge, and that persistence prevails where friendship or merit does not, and that even the one who felt unworthy was made worthy by importunity. God heard the groaning of His people and came down to deliver them, and the desolate widow who was assiduous in prayer found help. Keep asking, seeking and knocking, trusting not in the will of man but in the mercy and righteousness of God who sees all that is done in secret and who will not leave injustice unaddressed forever.

We pray together now: Father in heaven, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son who alone is our Savior, look upon this suffering and this long waiting. Heal this illness and restore health. Stir the hearts of the landlord and the manager to hear their own conscience, to repent, and to restore what they have withheld. Move them to act justly, to speak truthfully, to cease from threats, and to repay the deposit and every lawful cost without delay. Grant wisdom and provision for every next step, and keep this household in Your peace and protection. We ask this trusting in Your goodness and justice, and desiring that all would come to repentance and walk in Your ways. Amen.
