We join with you in bringing this heavy burden before the Lord in Jesus mighty name, for He sees all that has happened in that apartment and all the suffering that has followed. We have heard your cry over these almost three months of waiting with no communication, no remorse, and no willingness to make things right, and we understand how discouraging and painful it is to carry the cost of electrical dangers, illness, loss of use of shower facilities, threats and other inappropriate actions, along with the unpaid security deposit and the repair costs you paid to technicians and for the house electricity system which was not lawfully your responsibility as a tenant.
We are reminded that our God is a God of justice and mercy. He says Vengeance is mine, I will repay Romans 12:19 and He calls those in authority to act justly, for we read You shall not oppress your neighbor, nor rob him Leviticus 19:13 and You shall not oppress a hired servant who is poor and needy Deuteronomy 24:14 and Learn to do well. Seek justice. Relieve the oppressed Isaiah 1:17. The Lord does not overlook when what is owed is withheld, and He also sees the harm done to your body. We lift before Him your skin and the areas where damage was done, knowing it may take years for healing and that this feels awful. We hold to His promise Who forgives all your iniquities, who heals all your diseases Psalm 103:3 and He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds Psalm 147:3 and But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh Jeremiah 30:17. We also remember the parable of the persistent widow who kept coming to the unjust judge seeking justice, and Jesus told this to teach that men ought always to pray, and not to faint Luke 18:1. Your persistence in prayer for three months honors God even when answers seem delayed.
We encourage you to continue to cast your anxiety on Him while also acting wisely. We pray you will not let bitterness take root, for we are called to let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other Ephesians 4:31-32, and this does not mean excusing wrongdoing but entrusting justice to God while seeking what is right. If it is possible, seek godly counsel and lawful help to document what is owed and to pursue what is rightfully yours, for the Lord can work through rightful authorities as well as through a changed conscience. We pray you will keep caring for your health with proper medical care as you trust the Lord for rebuilding where damage was done, and that you will find peace as you pray In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God Philippians 4:6.
We now pray together.
Father in heaven, in the mighty name of Jesus we come before Your throne of grace for our dear one who has suffered in this dwelling. You know the lack of electrical safety, the illness that followed, the skin that has become damaged, the extra costs for alternative shower facilities, the threats and inappropriate actions, and the financial loss of the security deposit and repair costs paid to technicians and for the house system. Lord, You see what has been withheld and what was promised three months ago and not fulfilled. We ask that by Your Holy Spirit You would awaken and stir the conscience of the landlord and of the community house manager, convict them of what is unjust, and lead them to repentance and to do good, that they would repay everything they owe quickly and fully. Let Your goodness lead them to repentance Romans 2:4 and let them act honestly to restore what was taken. We pray for Your justice to be revealed, that what is owed would be returned without further delay or oppression.
We also ask for Your healing hand upon this body. Lord, touch the skin that has been harmed, soothe the pain, restore what has been damaged, and rebuild health where injury occurred. Give wisdom to those providing care and patience for the long healing process, and comfort the heart that feels weary from waiting. Guard this heart from despair and bitterness, fill it with Your peace that surpasses understanding, and help our dear one to overcome evil with good Romans 12:21. Provide for every financial need and let no more wrong be done. We trust Your timing and Your righteous judgment, and we thank You that You hear us when we pray in the name of Jesus, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. We entrust this whole matter into Your hands and ask for Your will to be done, for Your glory and for good.
We continue to stand with you, asking the Lord to show Himself faithful both to bring justice and to bring healing in His perfect time.
