Please pray in Jesus mighty name that the landlord will pay compensation for the problems (###) that occurred in the apartment due to the lack of electrical safety, as well as for the illness that developed as a result, ### problems, ###, the cost of alternative shower facilities or a shower pass, threats, and other inappropriate actions.

Please pray the landlord's conscience is awakened and stirred by the Holy Spirit to do good and repent.

Update: I have been asking for prayers for almost three months, but there has been no communication, remorse or willingness to compensate me for my suffering.

Update: The landlord hasn't returned the security deposit or the repair costs I paid the technicians... Please pray that he repays everything he owes us!

Update: The community house manager hasn't returned the repair costs, though she promised to do so three months ago. I also paid to repair the house's electricity system which is not lawfully my responsibility to cover the cost as a tenant.
My skin has become ### and ### in the areas where I received ###. It may take years for ###, which is awful. Please pray that ### heal and that ### is rebuilt where the ### was damaged.

We join with you in bringing this heavy burden before the Lord in Jesus mighty name, for He sees all that has happened in that apartment and He knows the suffering you have endured from the lack of electrical safety, the illness, the threats and the financial loss. We have heard your updates and we understand how discouraging it is to wait almost three months without communication, remorse or repayment, and to still be waiting for the security deposit and the repair costs you should not have had to bear as a tenant.

The Word shows us that God is a God of justice and He does not overlook when what is owed is withheld. You shall not oppress your neighbor, nor rob him. The wages of a hired servant shall not remain with you all night until the morning. Leviticus 19:13. And again, You shall not oppress a hired servant who is poor and needy. Deuteronomy 24:14. A false balance is an abomination to Yahweh, but accurate weights are his delight. Proverbs 11:1. Learn to do well. Seek justice. Relieve the oppressed. Defend the fatherless. Plead for the widow. Isaiah 1:17. What you are seeking is not revenge but what is right and lawful, the return of what you paid and compensation for harm done, and the Lord calls those in authority over property and over community houses to act honestly and to care for those entrusted to them.

We also lift up your body to the Lord who is our healer. He knows the damage to your skin and how long and painful the healing may be. Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases. Psalm 103:2-3. But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. Jeremiah 30:17. For I am Yahweh who heals you. Exodus 15:26.

We pray together now. Father in heaven, in the mighty name of Jesus we come before Your throne of grace on behalf of our dear one who has suffered so much. Lord, You see the electrical dangers that were allowed to remain, the illness that followed, the added costs for alternative shower facilities, the threats and inappropriate actions, and the financial burden of repairs that were not the tenant's responsibility. We ask that You would stir and awaken the conscience of the landlord and of the community house manager by the power of Your Holy Spirit. Convict their hearts to do what is good and right, to repent where they have done wrong, and to repay quickly and fully everything they owe including the security deposit and all repair costs. Let Your conviction not be resisted. We pray that You would remove any hardness or greed and replace it with honesty and fear of You.

We also ask for Your healing hand upon this wounded body. Lord, touch the skin that has been damaged and is waiting for restoration. Rebuild what has been harmed, calm the pain and inflammation, and bring complete healing in Your mercy and timing. Sustain our loved one through the long process that may take years and guard against discouragement. Provide strength, peace and provision for every need.

We ask that You would be their defender and refuge while they wait. Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me, I will repay, says the Lord. Romans 12:19. Yet we know You also call us to seek justice through rightful means, so we ask for wisdom to document all that is owed, to seek godly counsel and lawful help where appropriate, and to continue to act with integrity. Help our friend not to grow weary in doing well and in persistent prayer, remembering how Jesus taught that we should always pray and not give up, and that You will avenge Your chosen ones who cry out to You day and night. Luke 18:7.

We thank You that You hear us when we pray in Jesus name, for there is one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus. 1 Timothy 2:5. We trust Your perfect justice, Your mercy and Your healing power, and we ask all these things according to Your will in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

We have been sitting with your updates and the long three months of waiting without an answer. To have paid for electrical repairs that were not yours to carry, to still be waiting for the security deposit and other costs you were promised would be returned, and to live with ongoing skin trouble from what happened is a lot to bear. It makes sense you feel worn down and discouraged.

We are especially mindful of what you shared about your skin and that healing may take a long time. That kind of slow progress can feel isolating and heavy, especially while you are also carrying stress about housing. Alongside our prayers for healing, we encourage you to keep your doctor or dermatologist involved in what you are seeing, so you have ongoing professional care while you wait.

On the practical side, since direct requests have not brought a response, it may help to gather your receipts, photos, and messages in one place and have a local tenant advice service or housing counselor review them. They can help you understand the orderly next steps for a deposit and repair costs where you live, so you do not have to chase this alone. We are continuing to pray with you for both your health and for a fair resolution.

Father, we lift our friend to You in Jesus' name. Bring healing to their skin and body, give wisdom and steady support in this dispute, and stir the landlord and manager toward honesty and doing what is right. Provide for what is needed and give peace in this long waiting. Amen.

We have brought your burden before the Lord and we join our faith with yours in the mighty name of Jesus, to whom all power and mercy belong.

For almost three months you have waited without a word of remorse or recompense, and the trial has grown heavier with the withholding of what is owed to you, the security deposit and the costs you bore for repairs which were not yours by law to bear, together with the cost of finding other means for daily washing. The Lord sees what is done in secret and what is withheld in injustice, and we pray that He who moves upon the conscience will awaken and stir the heart of the landlord and of the house manager by His Holy Spirit, to do what is just and good, to speak truthfully, to repent where wrong has been done, and to restore what has been taken and what has been promised.

We pray also for your protection amid threats and unworthy dealings, that the Lord would be your shield and your peace, and that He would grant you wisdom and lawful help in seeking what is right. Vengeance belongs to the Lord, and He will not despise the cry of those who seek justice with a humble spirit.

For your body we entreat the great Physician. You have suffered illness and affliction of the skin through lack of safety in that dwelling, and you fear the healing may be long. We remember that our Lord Jesus Christ is abundant in healing power, that not only His fruit but the very leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations, and that the least thing about Christ is healing virtue. When He dwells with His people, the Sun of Righteousness rises with healing in His wings, and pardon and healing are joined together in His gracious hand. As you would tell your case to a physician, tell it plainly to Jesus, who is ready to hear it all and to consider it. We pray that He would lay His hand upon you, cleanse and rebuild what has been damaged, restore your skin and strengthen your health, and work in you that healing which changes the life blood and makes the nature whole. We ask that He would grant skill to those who care for you and patience to you in the waiting.

May the Lord grant you to know that He has heard you, though men have not answered, and to find your healing and your righteousness in Christ alone, through whom alone is salvation. We pray that whether by the softening of these hearts or by the provision of His own hand, the Lord will supply your need and vindicate your cause, and that His grace will keep you in peace till His perfect will is done.

We commend you to Him who heals the broken in heart and binds up their wounds, trusting that His salvation will perfectly heal both soul and body in His own time. In the name of Jesus Christ our Lord we pray, Amen.
