Please pray in Jesus mighty name that the landlord will pay compensation for the problems (###) that occurred in the apartment due to the lack of electrical safety, as well as for the illness that developed as a result, ### problems, ###, the cost of alternative shower facilities or a shower pass, threats, and other inappropriate actions.

Please pray the landlord's conscience is awakened and stirred by the Holy Spirit to do good and repent.

Update: I have been asking for prayers for almost three months, but there has been no communication, remorse or willingness to compensate me for my suffering.

Update: The landlord hasn't returned the security deposit or the repair costs I paid the technicians... Please pray that he repays everything he owes us!

Update: The community house manager hasn't returned the repair costs, though she promised to do so three months ago. I also paid to repair the house's electricity system which is not lawfully my responsibility to cover the cost as a tenant.
My skin has become ### and ### in the areas where I received ###. It may take years for ###, which is awful. Please pray that ### heal and that ### is rebuilt where the ### was damaged.

We have heard your cry and we stand with you in prayer over this long and painful situation with the apartment, the electrical safety failures, the illness and skin affliction that followed, the unreturned security deposit and repair costs you paid for the technicians and the electrical system, the costs for alternative shower facilities, and the threats and inappropriate actions you have endured. We grieve with you that for almost three months there has been no communication, no remorse, and no willingness to make restitution, even after promises were made.

We bring this before the Lord who sees all injustice and who is our healer and defender. Scripture reminds us that God loves justice and hates oppression. It is written Learn to do well. Seek justice. Relieve the oppressed. Defend the fatherless. Plead for the widow. Isaiah 1:17 and again Behold, the wages of the laborers who mowed your fields, which you have kept back by fraud, cry out, and the cries of those who reaped have entered into the ears of the Lord of Armies. James 5:4. The withholding of what is rightfully owed, including a security deposit and repair costs that were not lawfully your responsibility as a tenant, is not hidden from Him. We also remember Avenge not yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord. Romans 12:19. This does not mean we do nothing, but that we trust His perfect justice while also seeking what is lawful and right through the proper authorities, for rulers are not a terror to the good work, but to the evil. Romans 13:3.

We also pray for your body, for the skin damage and the areas that will take so long to heal and rebuild. We know our God is the one who heals. It is written who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases Psalm 103:3 and But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh Jeremiah 30:17. We trust Him to touch what human hands cannot quickly restore.

We join together now and pray in the mighty name of Jesus, through whom we have access to the Father, for there is no other name under heaven by which we are saved and by which our prayers are heard.

Father in heaven, in the name of Jesus Christ we lift this need to You. You see the suffering, the illness, the distress to the skin, the financial burden and the broken promises. We ask You to bring complete healing to the body, to restore the skin and rebuild what was damaged, according to Your mercy. We ask You to stir and awaken the conscience of the landlord and the community house manager by Your Holy Spirit, to bring conviction, repentance, and a desire to do what is honest and good. We pray that You would move them to return all that is owed, the security deposit and every repair cost, and to provide just compensation for the harm, the threats and the wrongs suffered. Where there is hardness of heart, soften it. Where there is injustice, bring justice. Grant wisdom and favor as lawful steps are taken to seek what is due, and guard this dear one from further harm or intimidation. Give peace that surpasses understanding while waiting, as it is written In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7. Strengthen faith to trust that You are working even when answers seem delayed, for we know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose Romans 8:28. We ask all this in the powerful and healing name of Jesus. Amen.

We encourage you to continue to keep careful records of all payments, communications, promises made, and medical needs, and to seek godly counsel and lawful help available to tenants in your area, while continuing to entrust your cause to the Lord who is your advocate. Do not grow weary in doing what is right. The Lord is near to those who are of a broken heart, and saves those who are crushed in spirit Psalm 34:18. We will continue to pray with you for justice, for full repayment, for repentance and changed hearts in those responsible, and for your complete healing and restoration.

We've been holding your story over these three months and we can hear how discouraging it is to have no reply, no remorse, and still be carrying the costs yourself. Waiting while you are also dealing with ongoing health concerns and the stress of threats and an unsafe home is a lot to bear, and it makes sense you feel worn down.

Wanting to be made whole after you paid for repairs that were not your responsibility and after you have suffered physically is a right and understandable desire. Fair restitution matters because it acknowledges the harm done and helps repair what was broken, and we join you in praying the landlord and manager will take that responsibility seriously.

While we continue to pray, one steady step that often helps in situations like this is to keep one simple file with everything in one place, receipts for the electrical work and technicians, photos if you have them, copies of messages and the promises made about repayment, and notes from medical visits about your skin. Having it organized makes it easier if you are able to get wise counsel from a local tenant advice service or legal aid clinic about deposits and repair responsibilities where you live. And for your skin, which you said may take a long time to heal, we encourage you to stay in touch with your doctor alongside prayer, so they can follow your progress.

Father, we lift this burden to You in Jesus' name. Bring healing where there is still damage, provide for what is owed, stir consciences toward what is right, and give peace and wisdom for each next decision. Amen.

Your burden has been heard, and your perseverance in bringing it before the Lord for these three months is not forgotten by Him who hears the cries of His people. To wait long and to see no communication, no remorse, and no willingness to make restitution is a sore trial, and it is right that you should feel it keenly, yet the righteous shall hold on his way, and He who has begun a good work will perform it until the day of Christ.

We join you in prayer in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, through whom alone we have access to the Father and in whom alone is salvation, that the Lord would do what is just and merciful in this matter. We pray that He would stir and awaken the conscience of the landlord by the Holy Spirit, that he may be led to repentance and to do good where wrong has been done, to speak where there has been silence, and to repay what is owed. We ask the Lord to move upon him and upon the community house manager to return the security deposit and the costs you bore for repairs, including that which you paid for the electricity system and for the technicians, which was not lawfully your responsibility as a tenant. We ask that what has been promised would be fulfilled, and that threats and all inappropriate actions would cease, and that justice would be done with honesty and peace.

We pray also for your body, which has suffered through illness and through injury to the skin. There is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ, whose leaves are for the healing of the nations, and who healeth the broken in heart and bindeth up their wounds. We ask the Lord, the Sun of Righteousness with healing in His wings, to lay His pardoning and healing hand upon you, to ease your pain, to restore your skin where it has been damaged, and to rebuild what has been harmed, though the healing be slow and require much time. We pray that He would provide for the cost of alternative shower facilities and for every need that has arisen from these troubles, and that He would keep you in perseverance without presumption, trusting not in man but in the living God who will not forsake His own.

May the Lord grant you patience in this waiting, comfort in this affliction, and faith to see that even the least thing about Christ is full of healing virtue, and that He will preserve His people even to the end. We commend you and this whole cause to Him who judges righteously and who heals graciously, praying that His will be done and that you may be sustained and restored.
