Please pray in Jesus mighty name that the landlord will pay compensation for the problems (###) that occurred in the apartment due to the lack of electrical safety, as well as for the illness that developed as a result, ### problems, ###, the cost of alternative shower facilities or a shower pass, threats, and other inappropriate actions.

Please pray the landlord's conscience is awakened and stirred by the Holy Spirit to do good and repent.

Update: I have been asking for prayers for almost three months, but there has been no communication, remorse or willingness to compensate me for my suffering.

Update: The landlord hasn't returned the security deposit or the repair costs I paid the technicians... Please pray that he repays everything he owes us!

Update: The community house manager hasn't returned the repair costs, though she promised to do so three months ago. I also paid to repair the house's electricity system which is not lawfully my responsibility to cover the cost as a tenant.
My skin has become ### and ### in the areas where I received ###. It may take years for ###, which is awful. Please pray that ### heal and that ### is rebuilt where the ### was damaged.

We join you in prayer together in Jesus mighty name for justice and healing and restoration in this difficult situation that has now continued for almost three months without communication or remorse or repayment.

We hear your suffering over the lack of electrical safety in the apartment and the illness and skin damage that followed, the costs you carried for alternative shower facilities and for repairs to the electrical system that was not your responsibility as a tenant, and the added weight of threats and inappropriate actions and the withholding of your security deposit and repair costs both by the landlord and by the community house manager who promised repayment. The Lord sees what has been done and He cares deeply about justice and about your body and heart. For the Lord loves justice and does not forsake his saints. Psalm 37:28. He has told you, O man, what is good. What does Yahweh require of you, but to act justly, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God. Micah 6:8. And we are reminded not to withhold what is due, Do not withhold good from those to whom it is due, when it is in the power of your hand to do it. Do not say to your neighbor, Go, and come again; tomorrow I will give it to you, when you have it by you. Proverbs 3:27-28. You shall not oppress your neighbor, nor rob him. The wages of a hired servant shall not remain with you all night until the morning. Leviticus 19:13.

We pray together for the landlord and for the community house manager that the Holy Spirit will awaken and stir their consciences to do good and to repent and to make full restitution. We ask that God would convict them of what is right, for Jesus said the Spirit will convict the world about sin, about righteousness, and about judgment. John 16:8. We pray that God would give them a new heart and a willing spirit to act honestly, that they would return the security deposit and every repair cost you paid for the technicians and for the house electricity system, and provide compensation for the suffering, the illness and the costs of alternative shower facilities and all that is owed. We pray they would turn from threats and any inappropriate actions and choose what is just and merciful.

We also lift up your body for healing. We know you shared that your skin has become damaged in the areas where you were harmed and that healing may take years, which is so difficult to bear. We bring this before our Healer, who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases. Psalm 103:3. We pray as You have promised, But I will restore health to you and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. Jeremiah 30:17. We ask in Jesus name that He would heal your skin and rebuild what was damaged, restore the tissue and ease any pain or distress, and bring complete restoration in His timing. We pray for your overall health after the illness that developed, for strength and for peace while you wait.

We pray for provision and protection for you while you wait for what is owed. We ask God to supply all your needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:19. We ask that He be a refuge for you, that Yahweh will also be a high tower for the oppressed, a high tower in times of trouble. Psalm 9:9. We ask for wisdom as you continue to seek what is rightfully yours. Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good. Romans 12:21. And we remember that vengeance belongs to the Lord, Do not seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to Gods wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord. Romans 12:19. This frees us to pursue what is just through lawful and honest means while trusting God to be the final Judge. If it is wise, continue to keep careful records of all costs and communications and seek godly counsel and lawful help where available, for authorities are servants of God for good. Romans 13:4.

We thank You Father that You have heard our prayer in the mighty name of Jesus, for there is no other name under heaven by which we approach You and find salvation and help. We trust that You see these three months of waiting and that You will act in Your perfect time. We ask for patience and hope to be renewed in this dear one, that You would comfort their heart and let them know they are not forgotten. We pray this together in Jesus name, amen.

We have been following your updates and we hear how discouraging these three months have been. Waiting for any response, let alone repayment, while you are still paying for alternative showers and repairs that should not have been yours to cover is exhausting. And to carry ongoing skin trouble that may take a long time to improve makes the waiting even harder. We are really sorry you are going through this.

It is understandable to feel stuck when promises have not been kept. One small step that has helped others in similar housing situations is to keep everything in one place, copies of receipts, photos, dates of calls or messages, and a brief written summary of what is owed, sent in a way you can track. If you have access to a local tenant advice service, housing office, or legal aid clinic, they can often help you understand your options for a deposit and repair costs without you having to chase this alone.

We also encourage you to keep your doctor involved for the skin healing, both for care and for a clear record of what you have been through.

Father, in Jesus name we lift up our friend to you. You see the financial strain, the waiting, and the discomfort in their body. Bring healing in your timing, provide wisdom and fair help for the practical needs, and work in the hearts of those responsible to do what is right. Give our friend rest and strength each day. Your long and painful trial has been heard, and we have brought it before the Lord with sincere sympathy. For nearly three months you have waited without communication or remorse, while bearing the burden of an unsafe dwelling, bodily illness, distress to the skin, the cost of other provision for washing, and the added wrong of threats and unkept promises concerning the deposit and the repairs which you in justice should not have borne.

We pray in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, through whom alone there is access to the Father and salvation for sinners, that the Lord in His providence would move upon the conscience of the landlord and of the manager of the house. We ask that the Holy Spirit would awaken them to see what is right and stir them to do good, to repent where they have done wrong, and to render faithfully what is owed to you, the return of the deposit and the full cost of the repairs which belong not to the tenant but to those entrusted with the care of the property. We ask that the Lord who loves justice would incline their hearts to deal honestly and without further delay, and that He would grant you wisdom and peace as you seek what is just. To forgive from the heart as Christ has forgiven us is our calling, and that forgiveness is a divine and complete and eternal forgiveness, yet to forgive the malice of a man is not to say that what is justly due need not be restored.

We are reminded that with God there is forgiveness, and that this forgiveness is surprising and full, because Jesus Christ bore the punishment in our stead and God will not twice exact the penalty of one sin. There is forgiveness with Him that He may be feared, and there is forgiveness now at this moment for every repenting and believing sinner who looks to Christ. As you have suffered in body and in estate, we pray that you may know this present forgiveness in your own soul, and that from it may flow that mutual forgiveness wherein we forgive one another even as Christ forgave us, not with a grudging spirit but with largeness of heart, for revenge is paltry and forgiveness is great minded.

And with forgiveness comes healing, for the leaves of the tree are for the healing of the nations and the least thing about Christ is healing virtue. When Jesus healed the man sick of the palsy He first said, Thy sins be forgiven thee, and pardon and healing were joined together. So we pray for your body, that the Lord who is the Sun of Righteousness with healing in His wings would lay His hand upon your skin where it has become sore and tender and disfigured, that He would rebuild what has been damaged and bring restoration where time and nature alone would be slow. We ask that He would preserve you from further harm and provide for your daily needs, and that He would keep your heart from despair while you wait, for He has not forgotten you though men may delay.

May the Lord grant you to cast your care upon Him, to rest in the certainty that there is forgiveness with Him and healing in Christ, and to know that He will do what is right. We commit you and this whole matter to Him who judges righteously and who delights in mercy, praying that His will be done and that you may be sustained and at last made whole, to the praise of His grace in Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
