Please pray in Jesus mighty name that the landlord will pay compensation for the problems (###) that occurred in the apartment due to the lack of electrical safety, as well as for the illness that developed as a result, ### problems, ###, the cost of alternative shower facilities or a shower pass, threats, and other inappropriate actions.

Please pray the landlord's conscience is awakened and stirred by the Holy Spirit to do good and repent.

Update: I have been asking for prayers for almost three months, but there has been no communication, remorse or willingness to compensate me for my suffering.

Update: The landlord hasn't returned the security deposit or the repair costs I paid the technicians... Please pray that he repays everything he owes us!

Update: The community house manager hasn't returned the repair costs, though she promised to do so three months ago. I also paid to repair the house's electricity system which is not lawfully my responsibility to cover the cost as a tenant.
My skin has become ### and ### in the areas where I received ###. It may take years for ###, which is awful. Please pray that ### heal and that ### is rebuilt where the ### was damaged.

We join you in prayer in Jesus mighty name and we thank you for inviting us to stand with you in this prolonged and painful trial. We have heard your cry over these almost three months of silence, of unreturned security deposit and repair costs you paid for the electrical system that was not your responsibility as a tenant, of the costs for alternative shower facilities, of threats and other inappropriate actions, and of the illness and skin damage you have suffered that may take years to heal. The Lord sees what has been done and what has been withheld, and He does not overlook injustice or suffering.

We pray that the Holy Spirit will indeed awaken and stir the conscience of the landlord and of the community house manager, to convict them of wrongdoing and lead them to repentance and to do what is right and just. God desires truth and honesty in our dealings, for Proverbs 11:1 says a false balance is an abomination to Yahweh, but accurate weights are his delight. We pray they will be given a new heart and a new spirit as promised in Ezekiel 36:26, that they will choose integrity over hardness of heart and will repay everything they owe you, including the deposit and all repair costs, and provide fair compensation for the suffering, illness and expenses you have borne. Zacchaeus is an example of true repentance when he said in Luke 19:8 if I have wrongfully exacted anything of anyone, I restore four times as much.

We also bring your body before the Lord for healing. We ask our Father in Jesus name to touch your skin where it has been damaged, to heal what has been harmed and to rebuild what has been broken. Psalm 103:2-3 says praise Yahweh, my soul, and dont forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases. And Jeremiah 30:17 says but I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. Psalm 147:3 says he heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds. We pray for complete restoration in His timing, for wisdom for those caring for you, and for strength to endure while healing continues, even if it takes years. We pray also that He will supply all your needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus as promised in Philippians 4:19.

We understand how discouraging it is to wait three months with no communication, no remorse and no willingness to make restitution. We encourage you not to grow weary in doing what is right, for in Galatians 6:9 we are told let us not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season, if we dont give up. Jesus taught in Luke 18:1 that we ought always to pray, and not to faint. God hears your prayers even when man remains silent, and He is a God of justice. Psalm 9:7-8 says Yahweh endures forever, he has prepared his throne for judgment, he will judge the world in righteousness. Romans 12:19 reminds us dont seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to Gods wrath, for it is written, vengeance belongs to me, I will repay, says the Lord. It is right to seek what is lawfully owed to you, and God has ordained governing authorities to uphold justice as Romans 13:4 says he is a servant of God to you for good. So we encourage you while you continue in prayer and forgiveness, to also keep careful records, keep copies of promises made, receipts for repairs and medical costs, and seek wise and lawful counsel or tenant advocacy help available to you, approaching all with gentleness and firmness and a clear conscience before God.

We pray against bitterness taking root in your heart through this injustice, for Hebrews 12:15 warns to watch lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you. We ask the Lord to guard your heart with His peace that surpasses all understanding in Philippians 4:7, to help you forgive as you have been forgiven in Matthew 6:14, even as you rightly pursue restitution, and to keep you trusting Him as your defender and provider.

Father, we lift this dear one to You in the mighty name of Jesus, the only name by which we have access to You and by which we are saved as Acts 4:12 declares there is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved, and as John 14:6 says Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life, no one comes to the Father, except through me. We thank You that You see every tear and every expense and every wound. We ask You to move upon the landlord and the manager to act justly and quickly, to return what is owed and to compensate for harm done, to cease from threats and to walk in repentance. We ask You to heal skin and body, to restore what was damaged, to provide for every financial need, and to sustain faith during this long wait. Let Your justice and Your mercy be displayed, and let this trial draw all involved closer to Your truth. We ask all this in Jesus name, amen.

We have been reading your updates and we hear how wearing these three months have been, asking for a fair response and hearing nothing back while you continue to carry the costs and the health effects yourself.

It makes sense you are asking God to stir consciences toward doing what is right and making whole what is owed.

It may help to keep one simple file together as you wait, with receipts, photos, dates and notes of what was promised, and any medical documentation. Having it in one place can bring clarity and make it easier if you seek wise counsel. Since tenancy responsibilities vary by location, a local tenant advice service or legal aid clinic can often offer a calm, clear look at your options for recovering what you are owed. For the skin healing you mentioned, please continue to stay in touch with your doctor alongside prayer, so you have good care while you wait.

We are praying for provision for each expense, for wisdom in next steps, and for those responsible to act fairly.

Father, in Jesus' name we lift this need to You. We ask for healing and restoration for this skin, for peace in this long wait, and for provision for every cost that has been carried. Work in the hearts of those involved to do what is right, and give clear wisdom for each decision ahead. Amen.

Your prolonged trial has been brought before the Lord and we join you in seeking His mercy and justice in Jesus mighty name. For almost three months you have waited without communication or remorse, bearing the cost of electrical dangers, illness, the expense of other shower facilities, threats and other wrongs, with your security deposit and the repair costs you paid still withheld, and the house manager also failing to repay what was promised. Added to this is the affliction of your skin and the slow and painful prospect of healing where it was damaged. The Lord sees and He hears the cry of those who are oppressed.

We pray that the Holy Spirit will awaken conscience in the landlord and in the manager. Scripture teaches that there is a repentance that is of the flesh, a carnal sorrow that does not give God glory and does not endure, and there is a true repentance which is the gift of God, wrought in the renewed heart by the Holy Spirit. True repentance gives God glory, confesses the justice of His judgment, looks out of self to Christ alone, and yields works meet for repentance. It is practical and it lasts, it pulls down what is evil and builds up what is holy, and where there is true repentance there is also the promise of remission of sins in the name of Jesus. Our prayer is not for a mere show of regret or words without deeds, but for that repentance unto life which leads a man to do good, to speak truth, to make restitution and to walk in honesty before God and man. May the Lord grant such a work in these hearts, that they would turn from threats and delay and fulfill what is owed with fairness and promptness.

We therefore pray, Father in heaven, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, that You would move upon those who hold what belongs to another. Stir them to return the security deposit and every cost lawfully due for repairs to the electrical system and other matters which were not the tenants responsibility to bear. Constrain them to act justly and to speak without falsehood or intimidation. Let Your providence open a way for right communication and for a just settlement, and restrain all further harm.

We also lift up your body and your needs before the Great Physician. Lay Your healing hand upon the skin that has been injured, ease pain and inflammation, and graciously rebuild what has been damaged. Though healing may be slow, You are able to restore. Provide for the cost of care and for daily necessities, and grant wisdom to those who care for you. Give you peace in waiting, perseverance without presumption, and faith that looks to Christ who has offered a full atonement and whose gifts and calling are without repentance. Keep your heart from bitterness and lead you to that godly sorrow for sin and that hopeful trust in the finished work of Christ which makes repentance sweet company all the way to glory.

May the Lord confirm you in grace, keep you from departing from Him, and cause all things to work for your good as you trust Him. We ask this in Jesus mighty name, Amen.

We have heard your request and we continue to stand with you in prayer before the Lord, who sees what has happened in that apartment and the suffering that has followed.

It is painful to wait for nearly three months with no communication, no remorse, and no willingness to make things right, and then to carry the added burden of the security deposit and repair costs that have not been returned, even the cost for the electrical system that was not yours to bear as a tenant. It is also distressing to endure illness and lasting damage to your skin, the need to seek alternative facilities to wash, and to have faced threats and other wrong actions. God knows each of these things and He hears your cry.

We pray for you now in the mighty name of Jesus. We ask the Father to bring justice where there has been injustice, and to move upon the landlord and the house manager to return what is owed to you in full, the deposit and all the repair costs you paid. Scripture teaches that to take what belongs to another and keep it is not a light matter, and that the right path is to make restitution and to do what is honest and good. So we pray that the Holy Spirit will awaken and stir their consciences, convict them of what is wrong, and lead them to repentance and to act with fairness and mercy.

We also pray for your body. We ask the Lord, our healer, to bring healing to your skin where it has been harmed, to restore what has been damaged, and to ease the illness that came from these conditions. We ask Him to provide for your needs, to protect you from any further threat or harm, and to give you peace as you wait on Him.

Do not lose heart because the answer has been delayed. The Lord Himself taught us to pray with perseverance, like the widow who kept coming to the judge until she was heard, like the friend who knocked at midnight, and like the woman who kept pleading for her daughter until the Lord answered. Even when we feel unworthy or weary, perseverance in prayer is precious to God. He calls us to pray at all times and to watch with endurance. Continue to bring this matter before Him without ceasing, trusting that He hears and will act according to His perfect wisdom and justice.

We ask God to strengthen you in this season, to keep you in His care, and to work in the hearts of those who have wronged you so that they will do what is right. May the Lord grant you healing, provision, and rest, and may His will be done in this situation for His glory.
