Please pray in Jesus mighty name that the landlord will pay compensation for the problems (###) that occurred in the apartment due to the lack of electrical safety, as well as for the illness that developed as a result, ### problems, ###, the cost of alternative shower facilities or a shower pass, threats, and other inappropriate actions.

Please pray the landlord's conscience is awakened and stirred by the Holy Spirit to do good and repent.

Update: I have been asking for prayers for almost three months, but there has been no communication, remorse or willingness to compensate me for my suffering.

Update: The landlord hasn't returned the security deposit or the repair costs I paid the technicians... Please pray that he repays everything he owes us!

Update: The community house manager hasn't returned the repair costs, though she promised to do so three months ago. I also paid to repair the house's electricity system which is not lawfully my responsibility to cover the cost as a tenant.
My skin has become ### and ### in the areas where I received ###. It may take years for ###, which is awful. Please pray that ### heal and that ### is rebuilt where the ### was damaged.

We have heard your heavy burden and we join with you in bringing it before the throne of grace in Jesus mighty name, for we know He sees every detail of what you have endured in that apartment and in your body over these many months. It grieves us that for nearly three months there has been no communication, no remorse, and no willingness to make restitution, and that you have had to carry costs that were not lawfully yours to bear, including the security deposit, the technicians fees, the electrical system repairs, and the expense of alternative shower facilities, while also enduring threats and other inappropriate actions. The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart and saves those who have a crushed spirit as we read in Psalm 34:18, and He does not overlook injustice or suffering.

Scripture is clear that to withhold what is rightly due to another is contrary to God's will. You shall not oppress your neighbor, nor rob him. The wages of a hired servant shall not remain with you all night until the morning, Leviticus 19:13, and again, A false balance is an abomination to Yahweh, but accurate weights are his delight, Proverbs 11:1. When a landlord or manager promises to repay and then fails to do so, or retains a deposit and repair costs unjustly, it is a form of dishonest dealing that God calls us to repent of. At the same time we are taught, Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me, I will repay, says the Lord, Romans 12:19. We are not to harbor bitterness, but to commit our cause to the righteous Judge while also acting wisely and lawfully, keeping records, seeking proper counsel and lawful avenues for restitution, and continuing to do good.

We lift you up together now and we also pray for the landlord and the community house manager, that the Holy Spirit would indeed awaken and stir their consciences to do what is right and to repent. We pray that the Lord would convict them of any deceit, intimidation, or neglect of duty to provide a safe dwelling, and that they would choose honesty and mercy and repay everything they owe you without further delay, for the sake of righteousness and for their own souls. We ask the Father to move upon their hearts to communicate with humility, to confess any wrongdoing, and to make full restitution for the electrical safety failures, the illness and other problems that followed, the extra costs you have borne, and the threats that should never have occurred.

We also bring your body before our compassionate Healer. We have heard how your skin has become damaged and sensitive in the areas affected and that healing may take years, which is distressing to carry. We pray for the Lord's healing touch upon you, for restoration of your skin and for the rebuilding of what was damaged. Bless Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits, who forgives all your iniquities, who heals all your diseases, Psalm 103:2-3, and But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh, Jeremiah 30:17. We ask in Jesus name for relief from pain and irritation, for complete healing in His timing, for strength for each day, and for peace that surpasses understanding as you wait. We pray that My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus, Philippians 4:19, and that He would provide for every financial loss and vindicate you in His perfect justice and mercy.

We encourage you to continue to cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you, 1 Peter 5:7, and to remain steadfast in prayer, for the effective, fervent prayer of a righteous person accomplishes much, James 5:16. We will keep standing with you, asking the Lord to bring resolution, to protect you from further harm or threats, to restore your health fully, and to let truth and fairness prevail, all according to His will and for His glory in Jesus name.

It makes sense you feel worn down and discouraged.

We are praying with you for what is fair to be honored, for your health to be restored, and for peace and safety in your home. We join you in asking that the landlord and the house manager would be moved to act honestly and return what is owed, and that threats and inappropriate actions would stop.

One practical step that often helps in situations like this is to keep a simple, dated file with every receipt, photo, message and promise made, and to get local guidance on your rights as a tenant. A local tenant advice service, housing office or legal aid clinic can review what you have documented and help you understand the best next steps for seeking the deposit and repair costs, so you do not have to carry the confrontation alone.

We noticed you mentioned ongoing skin changes that may take a long time to heal. Please continue to have that followed by a clinician who can care for you directly, while we continue to pray for healing alongside that care.

Father, we lift our friend to You in Jesus' name. You see the financial strain, the health concerns, and the hurt from waiting so long. We ask for wisdom for each next step, for protection at home, for healing and rebuilding where the body was damaged, and for those responsible to do what is right. Your long and heavy trial has been brought before the Lord with much sympathy, and we have heard your cry concerning the injustice and the bodily affliction which has followed upon the failure of electrical safety in your dwelling.

We join you in prayer that the Lord, who is righteous in all His ways, would move upon the conscience of the landlord and of the house manager, that what is owed would be rendered faithfully. The Scriptures remind us that the house in which we dwell in this life has God for its Landlord and that we are only tenants. Every earthly landlord himself holds his property as a tenant under the great Landlord of heaven and earth, who has at all times the right to enter and to require an account. We pray that the Holy Spirit would awaken and stir the conscience of this man to do good and to repent of threats and of all inappropriate actions, and that He would grant him a willingness to make restitution for the security deposit, for the costs of repair which you bore though they were not lawfully yours, and for the compensation due for the suffering, the illness and the cost of other provision for washing.

We pray also for your healing. You have suffered long, and the marks upon your skin remain grievous to bear, and we know how tedious is the waiting when months have passed without communication or remorse. There is abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation. The leaves of the tree are for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is healing. His leaf also shall not wither. As the Sun of Righteousness, He rises with healing in His wings, and when He comes to dwell with His people they have no need to say they are sick, for pardon and healing are placed in happy conjunction and both bestowed by His hand. We ask the Lord to lay His healing hand upon you, to restore what has been damaged, to rebuild and to renew the skin where it has been so sorely afflicted, and to work in you that health and cure which shall in His time be made perfect. Tell the case to Jesus just as you would mention a physical case to a physician, for He is ready to hear it all and to consider it. He heals the broken in heart and binds up their wounds.

We pray that in this time of waiting you may be kept in peace, that you may set your house in order before the great Landlord to whom we must all pay our rent of obedience and love, and that you may offer the key of your house to Him and acknowledge that we live on sufferance as His tenants. May He be your shelter when earthly shelter fails, your advocate when earthly justice tarries, and your physician when the help of man is slow.

We commend you to Him who is able to heal and to forgive, and we ask all these mercies in the mighty name of Jesus Christ our Lord, through whom alone is salvation. Amen.

We have heard your request and we join you in prayer in the mighty name of Jesus, bringing your suffering and your need for justice before the Lord who sees all and judges with righteousness.

For almost three months you have carried this burden without answer or remorse from those responsible, and we understand how heavy this waiting has become. You have endured problems in the apartment from lack of electrical safety, illness that followed, the loss of money for the security deposit and for repairs you paid to technicians and for the electrical system that was not your responsibility as a tenant, the added cost of finding other places to shower, and also threats and other wrong actions. We also hear your distress about your skin and the lasting damage you have suffered, and how painful it is to face the possibility that healing may take years.

We pray for you now. Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, we ask for your mercy and healing upon this dear one. Touch the areas of skin that have been harmed and bring restoration where tissue was damaged. Grant wisdom to doctors and all who give care, give relief from pain, and give patience and hope while waiting for healing. Provide for every financial need, and where what was owed has been withheld, move hearts to repay what is just.

We also pray as you asked, that the Holy Spirit would awaken and stir the conscience of the landlord and of the community house manager. Bring conviction where there has been hardness, and lead them to do what is good and right, to speak truthfully, to keep promises made, and to repent where they have acted wrongly. We do not pray for revenge, but for justice mingled with mercy, that they would turn to do what is right before you and before people.

Scripture reminds us that God has placed a sense of justice even in this world, where every house and trade and city has its courts and accounting, and how much more does the Lord himself love righteousness and will not overlook what is done. At the same time his justice is not without kindness, for he desires repentance and restoration. We pray that both justice and repentance would be seen here.

Continue to bring your case before the Lord with perseverance. Hearing the same truths again and again is not in vain, for God often uses steady prayer and steady hearing of his word to deepen our trust and to work even when we see no fruit at once. As a physician continues treatment even when healing is slow, so keep seeking the Lord, entrusting your cause to him, and also using the lawful and orderly means he has provided for seeking what is owed, keeping records and seeking godly counsel where needed.

May the Lord grant you peace that guards your heart, strength for each day, and confidence that he hears you. We will continue to pray that the Lord will provide for your health, that what was taken will be restored, and that those who have authority over your housing will act with honesty and compassion.

Waiting almost three months with no communication, no remorse and no willingness to make things right, while carrying the cost of repairs, the loss of your deposit and ongoing health problems, is a heavy trial, and it is understandable that you feel worn down and discouraged.

God sees and cares about injustice. Scripture speaks clearly that it is wrong to build or profit by unrighteousness, to make a neighbor serve without pay and to withhold what is owed. The Bible defends those who are vulnerable and calls those who hold power to act justly. We will pray that the Holy Spirit stirs the conscience of your landlord and the house manager, that they would be moved to repent where they have done wrong and to do what is right and good, to speak honestly, to return what they owe you for the deposit and for the repairs you paid, including the work on the electrical system that was not your responsibility as a tenant, and to turn from threats and other harmful actions.

We also bring your health before the Lord. I believe God still heals today, and that healing takes many forms. Sometimes healing is immediate, sometimes it is gradual. There is one account in the Gospels where healing came in stages, which reminds us that God is not confined to one pattern. He has built healing processes into our bodies, and that natural process is still divine because He created it. He also heals the mind and emotions, bringing restoration from the wounds and stress that sickness and mistreatment leave behind. The prophet Isaiah said the Messiah would bear our infirmities and sicknesses, and Matthew connects that promise to the healing work of Jesus, who showed power over physical sickness, over the material world and over spiritual darkness. At the same time, we do not fully understand why some are healed quickly and others walk a longer road, as even the apostle Paul prayed and was not delivered from his affliction in the way he asked. It is wrong to say that ongoing sickness means you lack faith or have hidden sin.

So we pray for you for both justice and healing, trusting God's wisdom and mercy.

Father in heaven, in the name of Jesus Christ we lift up this need to you. You know the problems in this apartment from the lack of electrical safety, the illness and skin damage that followed, the expense of finding other places to shower, and the hurt caused by threats and unjust actions. You see the deposits and repair costs that have not been repaid, and the promise that was made and not kept. We ask that you would awaken the consciences of the landlord and the manager, convict them by your Holy Spirit, and lead them to repentance and to honest, fair action, that they would return what is owed and act with integrity.

We also ask for your healing touch on this body. You formed our bodies and you know how skin and tissue are rebuilt. We pray that you would bring healing where damage was done, that health would be restored, whether quickly or gradually through the processes you have ordained, and that you would bring peace to mind and heart after months of stress. Give wisdom to those providing care, provide for every financial need, and protect from further harm.

We ask this trusting in your goodness and power, and we leave the outcome in your hands, in Jesus name, amen.
