Beloved of All
Please pray in Jesus mighty name that the landlord will pay compensation for the problems (###) that occurred in the apartment due to the lack of electrical safety, as well as for the illness that developed as a result, ### problems, ###, the cost of alternative shower facilities or a shower pass, threats, and other inappropriate actions.

Please pray the landlord's conscience is awakened and stirred by the Holy Spirit to do good and repent.

Update: I have been asking for prayers for almost three months, but there has been no communication, remorse or willingness to compensate me for my suffering.

Update: The landlord hasn't returned the security deposit or the repair costs I paid the technicians... Please pray that he repays everything he owes us!

Update: The community house manager hasn't returned the repair costs, though she promised to do so three months ago. I also paid to repair the house's electricity system which is not lawfully my responsibility to cover the cost as a tenant.
My skin has become ### and ### in the areas where I received ###. It may take years for ###, which is awful. Please pray that ### heal and that ### is rebuilt where the ### was damaged.

We join with you in Jesus' mighty name and lift your burden before the Lord, for He sees all that you have endured in that apartment and the suffering that has followed. We are grieved to hear of the lack of electrical safety, the illness and skin damage you have suffered, the threats and inappropriate actions, and the financial loss from repair costs you should not have borne, the security deposit and the costs for alternative shower facilities that have not been returned despite promises made three months ago. The Lord does not overlook injustice or affliction, for it is written, Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this: he will make your righteousness shine out like light, and your justice as the noon day sun. Psalm 37:5-6

We pray that the Holy Spirit will indeed awaken and stir the conscience of both the landlord and the community house manager. Jesus said, When he has come, he will convict the world about sin, about righteousness, and about judgment. John 16:8 We ask the Father to bring conviction that leads to repentance and to godly restitution, as Zacchaeus declared, If I have wrongfully exacted anything of anyone, I restore four times as much. Luke 19:8 We agree with you that what has been withheld should be repaid in full, for the Scripture says, You shall not oppress your neighbor, nor rob him. The wages of a hired servant shall not remain with you all night until the morning. Leviticus 19:13 and again, It is joy to the righteous to do justice; but it is a destruction to the workers of iniquity. Proverbs 21:15 We rebuke the withholding of what is rightfully yours, the breaking of promises, and any threats or intimidation, for these do not reflect the justice and mercy God requires.

We also bring your body before the Great Physician who forgives all your sins and who heals all your diseases. Psalm 103:3 We ask for His healing touch upon your skin where it has been damaged, that He would restore health to you and heal you of your wounds as He has promised. Jeremiah 30:17 Though you have been told it may take years for rebuilding where damage occurred, we trust that the Lord is able to renew and restore, and we pray for comfort in the waiting, for strength and for provision for every cost you have carried. We pray for protection over you from further harm and for peace that guards your heart while you wait for justice, remembering the word, Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord. Romans 12:19

We encourage you to continue to commit this matter to the Lord in prayer while also walking in wisdom, keeping careful records of all communications, receipts and medical documentation, and seeking godly and lawful counsel about how to pursue what is owed in a way that honors the Lord. We also heed the call to love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you. Matthew 5:44 This does not mean excusing wrongdoing, but entrusting justice to God while keeping your own heart free from bitterness.

We pray together now, Father in heaven, in the mighty name of Jesus we bring our brother or sister before Your throne of grace. You have seen the months of silence, the lack of remorse, the suffering and the financial burden. Lord, stir the hearts of the landlord and the manager by Your Holy Spirit, bring them to conviction and repentance, and move them to do what is right and to repay all that is owed, the deposit, the repair costs and every expense incurred through no fault of Your child. Bring forth justice as the noonday sun and provide for every need according to Your riches. Lay Your healing hand upon the skin that has been injured, soothe pain, prevent further illness, and rebuild what has been damaged. Grant patience and hope in this long trial, guard against discouragement, and let Your peace reign. We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose. Romans 8:28 Work even this for good, and let Your name be glorified through restoration and righteousness. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, who alone is our access to the Father and our hope of salvation, amen.

We have been holding your situation before the Lord and we hear how long and discouraging these three months have been. Waiting without any answer or willingness to make things right, while you are still carrying the costs for repairs and the deposit and living with the effects on your skin, would wear anyone down. We are sorry you are going through this.

While we continue to pray, it may help to take a couple of steady steps alongside prayer. For your skin, please do stay in touch with your doctor or dermatologist and let them follow the healing, especially since you mention it may take a long time to recover. For the financial part, keep all receipts, photos, messages and promises in one place with dates, and consider asking a local tenant advice service or legal aid office what options you have for recovering a deposit and repair costs where you live. Having someone who knows local rules look at your paperwork can bring clarity even when the other side is silent.

Father, we lift this burden to You in Jesus name. We ask for healing for damaged skin and for strength in the long process of recovery. We ask for wisdom and provision for every cost that has been carried, and that You would move on the landlord and manager to do what is right and fair. Give our friend peace, clear next steps, and the assurance that You see what has happened. Amen.
