Beloved of All
Please pray in Jesus mighty name that the landlord will pay compensation for the problems (###) that occurred in the apartment due to the lack of electrical safety, as well as for the illness that developed as a result, ### problems, ###, the cost of alternative shower facilities or a shower pass, threats, and other inappropriate actions.

Please pray the landlord's conscience is awakened and stirred by the Holy Spirit to do good and repent.

Update: I have been asking for prayers for almost two months, but there has been no communication, remorse or willingness to compensate me for my suffering.

Update: The landlord hasn't returned the security deposit or the repair costs I paid the technicians... Please pray that he repays everything he owes us!

Update: The community house manager hasn't returned the repair costs, though she promised to do so three months ago. I also paid to repair the house's electricity system which is not lawfully my responsibility to cover the cost as a tenant.
My skin has become ### and ### in the areas where I received ###. It may take years for ###, which is awful. Please pray that ### heal and that ### is rebuilt where the ### was damaged.

We join you in bringing this heavy burden before the Lord in Jesus' mighty name and we thank you for seeking Him so faithfully for almost two months even when there has been no communication, no remorse, and no willingness to make things right. We hear how weary you must be from the electrical safety failures in the apartment, the illness that followed, the threats and other inappropriate actions, the extra costs for alternative shower facilities, the security deposit and repair costs you paid to technicians that have not been returned, and the community house manager who promised three months ago to repay you for the electrical system repairs that were not lawfully your responsibility as a tenant. We also hear your distress over your skin and the damage you have suffered where it may take years for restoration, and we bring all of this before our just and compassionate Father together.

We know that God sees every injustice and He is not indifferent to dishonest dealing. A false balance is an abomination to Yahweh, but accurate weights are His delight Proverbs 11:1. You shall not oppress your neighbor, nor rob him Leviticus 19:13 and we are told not to withhold good from those to whom it is due when it is in the power of our hand to do it Proverbs 3:27. The Lord hears the cry of those who are oppressed and He will bring justice in His perfect time. Vengeance belongs to Him and He will repay Romans 12:19, so we can entrust this situation into His hands while also seeking what is right and lawful. We encourage you to keep careful records of all costs and communications and to seek wise and godly counsel and, where appropriate, the lawful authorities that God has ordained to restrain wrongdoing Romans 13:4, while guarding your own heart from bitterness and resentment Hebrews 12:15.

We also hold onto the promise that God is our healer who forgives all our sins and heals all our diseases Psalm 103:3 and by His wounds we are healed Isaiah 53:5. Though doctors may say healing will take years, we know nothing is too hard for the Lord Jeremiah 32:27 and He has promised I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds Jeremiah 30:17. We do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season we will reap if we do not give up Galatians 6:9 and we wait for Yahweh and He will strengthen our heart Psalm 27:14. Like the persistent widow in Luke 18:1-7 we keep crying out for justice, trusting that God who hears will act.

We rebuke the dishonesty, the withholding of what is owed, the threats, and every inappropriate action, for such things do not reflect the justice and mercy God requires Micah 6:8 and to do righteousness and justice is more acceptable to Yahweh than sacrifice Proverbs 21:3. We ask the Holy Spirit to convict and awaken the conscience of the landlord and the community house manager as only He can, to give them a new heart and put a new spirit within them Ezekiel 36:26 and to convict the world about sin, about righteousness, and about judgment John 16:8, leading them to repent and to do good and to repay what they owe.

We pray together now. Father in heaven, in the mighty name of Jesus we come before Your throne of grace and we lift up this dear one who has suffered in body, in finances, and in spirit. Lord, You see the unsafe conditions that were allowed, the illness and the damage to skin, the financial losses for repairs and for alternative shower needs, and the pain of being ignored and threatened. We ask You to be their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble Psalm 46:1, and to keep them safe from harm for You are faithful and will guard them from evil 2 Thessalonians 3:3. Touch their body with Your healing hand, Lord, restore the skin that has been damaged, rebuild what has been harmed, ease the illness, and bring complete restoration in Your time. Provide for every financial need according to Your riches in glory in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:19 and restore what has been taken Joel 2:25. Stir the hearts of the landlord and the manager, awaken their consciences, convict them of what is right, and move them to promptly return the security deposit and all repair costs and to provide just compensation for the suffering and extra expenses. Give wisdom and peace to Your child as they wait, protect them from fear and anger, help them to forgive as You have forgiven us Ephesians 4:32 while still seeking what is just, and let Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. We trust You to answer according to Your perfect love and justice and we thank You that You hear us when we ask according to Your will 1 John 5:14. In Jesus' mighty name we pray, amen.

We have been reading your updates and we hear how long and heavy this has been for you. Nearly two months of praying and asking with no communication or remorse, and now months of waiting for the deposit and repair money you paid out of pocket, would leave anyone feeling worn down and overlooked. To carry that financial strain while also dealing with painful skin issues and extra costs for alternative showers is a lot to hold at once.

It makes sense you are asking for what is fair and just, and for healing that will understandably take time. Waiting for another person's conscience to change can keep the hurt very close, even while you are trying to take care of daily life.

As you continue to pray, one steady step that often helps is to keep everything together in one place, receipts, invoices from technicians, photos, and notes of dates and promises made, and to get clear local guidance on tenant rights. Many areas have a free tenant advice service or legal aid clinic that can explain options calmly so you do not have to press this alone. For your skin and the other health effects you mentioned, we encourage you to stay connected to a trusted clinician for ongoing care alongside prayer.

Father, we lift this friend to You in Jesus' name. You see the waiting, the costs, and the pain in their body. Provide for their needs, grant wisdom for each conversation and decision, bring healing in Your mercy, and move on the hearts of the landlord and manager to act honestly and do what is right. Give peace and strength for each day ahead. Amen.

We have laid your long and heavy trial before the Lord and have heard with deep sympathy of the suffering you have endured in your dwelling, the failure of electrical safety, the sickness that followed, the distress to your skin, the cost of needful repairs and of seeking other provision for washing, the threats and unworthy dealings, and the withholding of what you understand to be justly owed to you by the landlord and by the manager of the house, though promise was made.

It is a weary thing to wait and to cry for two months and more and to receive no answer, no sign of remorse, no willingness to make restitution. The Lord sees this waiting and He hears the cry of those who are oppressed. Vengeance belongs to Him, and He will do what is just, yet His justice is not as ours, for we must come before Him not pleading our own merit but pleading His great mercy. As we have often been taught, we must bow before His justice and then look to the greatness of His love in giving His Son to die that He might justly forgive us.

Your prayer for healing touches the very heart of the gospel. There is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation. Not only is His fruit sweet and nourishing, but the leaves of the tree are for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is healing. When the Sun of Righteousness rises upon His people there is healing in His wings, and pardon and healing are joined together. The same hand that forgives sin is the hand that heals disease. We very speedily care for bodily diseases, for they urge us to seek a physician, but the great Physician who heals the broken heart is able also to heal the body. He took our infirmities and by His touch He lifts up those who are bowed down. Tell your case to Jesus just as you would mention a physical case to a doctor, for He is ready to hear it all and to consider it. We pray that He will look upon your skin and upon the places where you received injury, and that by His merciful power that which has been marred may be restored, though the work be slow and require years. He can change the life blood and make the nature other than it was before, and He is able to rebuild where damage has been done.

We join you also in praying for those who have dealt unjustly with you. We ask the Holy Spirit to awaken conscience, to convict of sin and to lead to repentance, as He alone can do. As Peter was restored not by harshness alone but by the crowing of the cock and a look from the Lord which severed him from the crowd and broke his heart, so we pray that the landlord and the manager may be brought to see what is right and to do good, to speak truthfully, to keep promise, and to render what is due. We do not pray for revenge, but for justice tempered with mercy, and for repentance that brings forth fruit. If it be consistent with what is lawful and right, we ask the Lord to move their hearts to return the deposit and the costs you bore for repairs which were not yours to bear, and to provide compensation for the suffering occasioned by neglect.

Let us pray together.

O Lord our God, great in justice and great in mercy, we come in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, through whom alone we have access to Your throne. Have mercy upon our afflicted friend and blot out transgressions according to Your loving kindness and the multitude of Your tender mercies. Lay Your healing hand upon this body, ease the pain, heal the skin, and restore what has been injured. Grant patience in long waiting and keep this soul from bitterness. Stir by Your Holy Spirit the consciences of those who hold what is owed, that they may repent and do justly, and turn from threats and unworthy actions to that which is honest and good. Provide for every lawful need, guard from further harm, and give wisdom to seek what is right in a quiet and peaceable spirit. We ask that pardon and healing may be known together, and that Christ may be magnified both in the body and in the soul. Hear us for Jesus sake. Amen.

Be encouraged to continue in prayer and to rest your cause with Him who judges righteously. He who has begun a good work of grace will not leave His own without healing and restoration in His perfect time.
