Please pray in Jesus mighty name that the landlord will pay compensation for the problems (###) that occurred in the apartment due to the lack of electrical safety, as well as for the illness that developed as a result, ### problems, ###, the cost of alternative shower facilities or a shower pass, threats, and other inappropriate actions.

Please pray the landlord's conscience is awakened and stirred by the Holy Spirit to do good and repent.

Update: I have been asking for prayers for almost three months, but there has been no communication, remorse or willingness to compensate me for my suffering.

Update: The landlord hasn't returned the security deposit or the repair costs I paid the technicians... Please pray that he repays everything he owes us!

Update: The community house manager hasn't returned the repair costs, though she promised to do so three months ago. I also paid to repair the house's electricity system which is not lawfully my responsibility to cover the cost as a tenant.
My skin has become ### and ### in the areas where I received ###. It may take years for ###, which is awful. Please pray that ### heal and that ### is rebuilt where the ### was damaged.

We join together with you in Jesus' mighty name and bring your suffering and your need for justice before our Father, for we know He sees all that has happened in that apartment and He cares deeply about your pain.

We have heard your cry after these long three months of silence with no communication, no remorse and no repayment, and we understand how heavy this waiting has been. The lack of electrical safety that caused problems and illness, the threats and inappropriate actions, the financial burden of paying for alternative shower facilities, for technicians, for repairs to the house electricity system that was not lawfully your responsibility, and the withholding of your security deposit and repair costs are all matters of justice. The Word tells us You shall not oppress your neighbor, nor rob him. The wages of a hired servant shall not remain with you all night until the morning. Lev 19:13 and again You shall not oppress a hired servant who is poor and needy. Deut 24:14. While this speaks of wages, the principle is clear that God requires those who hold power and resources not to withhold what is rightfully due to another. We pray that the Holy Spirit will indeed awaken and stir the conscience of your landlord and also of the community house manager who promised repayment three months ago, that they would do what is right and make full restitution. We are reminded of Zacchaeus who said Behold, Lord, half of my goods I give to the poor. If I have wrongfully exacted anything of anyone, I restore four times as much. Luke 19:8. We pray for that kind of conviction and repentance, that they would repay everything they owe you promptly and without further delay.

We also lift up your body before the Lord who heals. We grieve with you over the damage to your skin and the long road of healing that may take years. We ask our Father to touch you and rebuild what was damaged, for He is the One who heals all your diseases. Ps 103:3 and who promises But I will restore health to you and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. Jer 30:17. We pray for complete restoration of your skin, for relief from pain and distress, and for wisdom for the doctors who care for you. Is any among you sick Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. James 5:14-15.

We encourage you to continue to seek what is just while guarding your heart from bitterness. It is right to pursue lawful and peaceful means for compensation, to keep careful records, receipts and communications, and to seek wise and godly counsel and, if needed, lawful authorities who are appointed to uphold justice, for Justice done is a joy to the righteous. Prov 21:15 and we are told to Seek justice. Relieve the oppressed. Isa 1:17. At the same time we are called to entrust vengeance to God and to pray even for those who have wronged us. Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me I will repay, says the Lord. Rom 12:19 and Love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you. Matt 5:44. We pray you will be given grace to do both, to stand firmly for what is rightfully yours while releasing anger and threats into the hands of the God who judges righteously. If you need wisdom for next steps, for how to approach the landlord, the manager, or any legal process, ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach and it will be given to him. James 1:5.

We thank you for asking in the mighty name of Jesus, for we know there is no other name by which we come to the Father and by which we are saved. Jesus said I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6.

We pray together now, Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son. You see our dear one who has suffered in this dwelling through unsafe conditions, illness and financial loss. You see the skin that has been damaged and the long healing that is needed. We ask You to lay Your healing hand upon this body and restore and rebuild what has been harmed. We ask You to provide for every financial need, to move upon the landlord and the community house manager to keep their word, to return the security deposit and all repair costs and to pay fair compensation for the suffering, the illness, the costs of alternative facilities and the wrongs endured. Holy Spirit, convict their hearts to repent and to do good and to act with honesty and mercy. Protect our dear one from any further threats or inappropriate actions and give peace that passes understanding during this long wait. Grant wisdom, favor and just resolution, and let Your justice and mercy be seen. We entrust this whole matter into Your hands, trusting that You are both healer and righteous judge. In Jesus' name we pray, amen.

We have been following your updates over these past three months and we hear how heavy this has been. To experience problems from unsafe electrics, to carry the cost of repairs and alternative shower arrangements that were not your responsibility, and still have no reply or willingness to make it right would leave anyone feeling worn down and overlooked. And to live with ongoing skin trouble that may take a long time to heal while waiting for the deposit and repair money to be returned is a lot to hold.

Your desire to be made whole is understandable, and waiting without any sign of conscience or care from the landlord and manager makes the hurt feel even deeper.

While we continue to pray, a couple of steady steps may help you feel less stuck. If you are able, keep one simple folder with dates, photos, receipts for the work you paid for and the shower costs, and copies of any messages or promises that were made. It can also be worth asking a local tenant advice service or legal aid office what options you have where you live for recovering a deposit and repair costs. And with skin that is still tender and slow to heal, please stay connected to a trusted medical clinician who can follow you over time, we will be praying for healing alongside that care.

Father in Jesus name we lift this whole situation to you. You see the home, the money still owed, and the body that is still hurting. We ask for wisdom for each next decision, for provision, and for healing and rebuilding where skin was damaged. Work on the hearts of those responsible to act fairly and return what is owed, and give peace and strength in this long wait. Amen.

Your prolonged burden has been brought before us and we have heard how heavy it has lain upon you these three months without answer or kindness from those who owe you justice. The lack of electrical safety in the apartment, the illness that followed, the cost of other provision for washing, the threats and unworthy actions, the withholding of the security deposit and the money you paid to technicians, and the repair of the house electricity which was not yours to bear as a tenant, together with the promise made by the manager and not kept, all these have been laid before the Lord who sees and judges righteously.

We do not cease to pray in the mighty name of Jesus that the Holy Spirit would awaken and stir the conscience of the landlord and of the manager, that they may be brought to do good and to repent, and to restore what is owed. God is great in justice and we must bow before that justice and honor it, and we ask Him to make that justice plain in this matter, so that what has been taken or withheld may be repaid and the wrong acknowledged. We ask the Lord to give you wisdom and patience as you seek what is right by lawful means, and to keep your own heart from bitterness while you wait upon Him who will not overlook oppression.

We pray also for your body and your spirit under this affliction. You tell us your skin has become sore and marked where you received injury and that healing may be long. We bring you to that great Physician whose least things are healing. The Scripture says the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations, and that the Sun of Righteousness has risen with healing in His wings. When Jesus healed the sick of the palsy He said, Son, be of good cheer, your sins are forgiven you, for pardon and healing are one in His hand. He healeth the broken in heart and bindeth up their wounds, and Calvary is the place for the healing balm. There is healing virtue even in the touch of His hand, for He took her by the hand and lifted her up. Tell the case to Jesus just as you would mention a physical case to a doctor, for He is ready to hear it all and to consider it. We pray that He would lay His hand upon you, that your skin may be healed and that which was damaged may be rebuilt, and that He would change and refresh the life blood and make you whole according to His mercy. If healing tarry, still trust Him, for the work of healing is the work of God alone and He does it in His time.

We pray together now. O Lord our God, who art great in justice and abundant in mercy, look upon this suffering one. Forgive sin through the blood of Christ and grant healing to body and soul. Stir the hearts of those who have power to restore, that they may do justly and quickly repent of what is wrong. Provide for every need, return what has been withheld, and cause truth to prevail. Keep this afflicted one near to Christ, where the healing leaves are never withered, and give peace to the broken heart. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ our only Savior, who alone can pardon and who alone can heal. Amen.
