Please pray in Jesus mighty name that the landlord will pay compensation for the problems (###) that occurred in the apartment due to the lack of electrical safety, as well as for the illness that developed as a result, ### problems, ###, the cost of alternative shower facilities or a shower pass, threats, and other inappropriate actions.

Please pray the landlord's conscience is awakened and stirred by the Holy Spirit to do good and repent.

Update: I have been asking for prayers for almost two months, but there has been no communication, remorse or willingness to compensate me for my suffering.

Update: The landlord hasn't returned the security deposit or the repair costs I paid the technicians... Please pray that he repays everything he owes us!

Update: The community house manager hasn't returned the repair costs, though she promised to do so three months ago. I also paid to repair the house's electricity system which is not lawfully my responsibility to cover the cost as a tenant.
My skin has become ### and ### in the areas where I received ###. It may take years for ###, which is awful. Please pray that ### heal and that ### is rebuilt where the ### was damaged.

We hear your cry and we join with you in bringing this heavy burden before the Lord in Jesus mighty name, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and it is in His name that we find both justice and mercy.

We have carried this request before the Lord for many weeks now and we understand how discouraging it is to see no communication, no remorse, and no willingness to make right what was done wrong. The lack of electrical safety in the apartment, the illness and suffering that followed, the extra costs for alternative shower facilities, the threats and inappropriate actions, the withheld security deposit and the repair costs you paid to technicians, and the house electricity system you repaired though it was not your responsibility as a tenant, all weigh heavily. We also lift up the community house manager who promised three months ago to repay but has not done so. God sees all of this and He is not indifferent to injustice.

The Scriptures teach us that to withhold what is due is not a small matter before God. Proverbs 3:27 says Do not withhold good from those to whom it is due, when it is in the power of your hand to do it. Leviticus 19:13 says You shall not oppress your neighbor, nor rob him. The wages of a hired servant shall not remain with you all night until morning. And Deuteronomy 24:15 says you shall give him his wages. When someone has suffered loss because another failed in their duty of care, restitution is a biblical principle. Zacchaeus understood this when he said in Luke 19:8 Behold, Lord, half of my goods I give to the poor. If I have wrongfully exacted anything of anyone, I restore four times as much. That is the heart of repentance. We also remember Jeremiah 22:13 which says Woe to him who builds his house by unrighteousness, and his rooms by injustice. The Lord calls landlords and those in authority to act justly, to learn to do well, to seek justice and relieve the oppressed as Isaiah 1:17 teaches.

We also pray that the Holy Spirit will do what only He can do, to awaken and stir the conscience. John 16:8 says When he has come, he will convict the world about sin, about righteousness, and about judgment. We ask God to bring conviction that leads not merely to regret but to repentance and to right action, that both the landlord and the community house manager would be moved to repay everything they owe and to turn from threats and wrongdoing.

We know you have been waiting a long time and weariness can set in. Jesus taught us in Luke 18:1-7 through the parable of the persistent widow to always pray and not give up when seeking justice. Galatians 6:9 encourages us Let us not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season, if we do not give up. At the same time Romans 12:19 reminds us Do not seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to Gods wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me I will repay, says the Lord. We encourage you to continue to seek what is right through lawful and peaceable means, keeping records, seeking wise counsel and using proper authorities for God has ordained authorities to uphold what is just, as Romans 13:1-4 shows, while entrusting ultimate justice to the Lord and not allowing bitterness to take root in your heart as Hebrews 12:15 warns.

We also bring before the Lord your body and the damage to your skin in the areas where you were harmed. To hear that healing may take years is indeed awful and we are deeply moved with compassion for your suffering. Our God is the one who heals. Psalm 103:2-3 says Praise Yahweh, my soul, and do not forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases. Jeremiah 30:17 says But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. And 1 Peter 2:24 says by whose wounds you were healed. We ask for His healing hand upon you, to restore what was damaged and to rebuild where injury occurred.

We pray together now. Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our dear one who has suffered from unsafe conditions, illness, financial loss, threats, and bodily injury. Lord You see every detail, every cost paid, every promise broken, every night of discomfort and every mark left on the skin. We ask You to move upon the heart and conscience of the landlord and the community house manager, convict them by Your Holy Spirit, grant them repentance and a desire to do good, and compel them to repay the security deposit, the technician costs, the electrical system repair costs, the shower costs, and full compensation for the suffering and illness caused. Let justice be done openly and quickly. We ask for Your protection from any further threats or inappropriate actions, for You are our refuge and fortress as Psalm 91:2 says. We ask for complete healing for the skin that has been damaged, that You would bring restoration and rebuild what was harmed, easing pain and restoring wholeness in Your time. Grant patience and strength to not grow weary, wisdom to act righteously, peace that guards the heart, and faith to trust that You are working even when answers seem delayed. We thank You that You hear our prayer and that You are both just and merciful. We ask all this in the name of Jesus our Savior and Lord, amen.

We've been sitting with your story and the long wait you've described. Two months of asking and hearing nothing back, plus carrying the costs you covered that were not yours to carry, would wear anyone down. And to be dealing with ongoing skin pain that may take a long time to heal makes the waiting even harder. It's understandable you feel worn and overlooked.

We are praying for you for steady healing, for wisdom about next steps, and that the landlord and house manager would do what is right and return what is owed. We also join your prayer that their consciences would be stirred to act with honesty and care.

While you continue to wait, one practical step that often helps in housing disputes is to keep a single organized file with copies of receipts, repair invoices, photos, medical notes, and any messages or promises about repayment with dates. If you haven't already, a local tenant advice service, housing office, or legal aid clinic can often review that file and help you understand your options for recovering a deposit and repair costs in your area. They can walk with you through what is possible next.

For your skin concerns, please keep seeing your clinician and let them follow your healing alongside our prayers.

Father, we lift our friend to You now. Bring healing to their body, ease to their skin, peace to their mind, and provision for every expense carried. Guide them to wise help and move on those who owe them to make things right. We ask this in Jesus' name, amen.

Your long and painful trial has been laid before the Lord and we join our hearts with yours in prayer in the mighty name of Jesus.

We bring before Him the wrong you have suffered in your dwelling, the lack of care for your safety, the illness and distress that followed, the cost you have borne for alternative provision and for repairs which were not yours by law to bear, and the withholding of what is owed to you in security and repayment. The Lord sees what is done in secret and He is a God of justice as well as mercy. We pray that He would move upon the conscience of the landlord and of the house manager, that the Holy Spirit would awaken them to do what is right and good, to speak truthfully, to turn from threats and unkind actions, and to make full restitution of all that is justly due to you. We ask that the Lord would stir them to repentance and to deal honestly and mercifully as those who must themselves give account to God.

We also lift up your body to Him who is our healing Physician. You have suffered in your skin and you fear the lasting marks of what you have endured. We remember that the leaves of the tree of life were for the healing of the nations, and that the least thing about Christ is healing virtue. He who heals the broken heart also heals the body, and when He dwells with His people He brings pardoning and healing together. Tell your case to Jesus as you would tell it to a tender physician, for He is ready to hear it all. We pray that He would lay His hand upon you, soothe what is inflamed, restore what has been damaged, and rebuild what has been broken, in His own time and according to His perfect wisdom. Whether the cure be swift or slow, may His grace sustain you and may the healing that flows from Calvary be manifest in you, giving you health and peace.

We pray too that the Lord would keep your own heart in these long weeks of waiting. Almost two months without answer is a heavy burden, and to be promised repayment and then to wait three months more tries the spirit sorely. May the Lord grant you patience, guard you from bitterness, and give you wisdom in every lawful and right step you may take to seek what is owed, while you rest your cause ultimately in His hands who judges righteously.

May the Sun of Righteousness rise upon you with healing in His wings, may He provide for your needs, vindicate your cause in His way, and cause even those who have wronged you to seek reconciliation. We commit you to His keeping and ask all these things in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, who lives to intercede for His people. Amen.
