Compensation

Kensem

Beloved of All
Please pray in Jesus mighty name that the landlord will pay compensation for the problems (###) that occurred in the apartment due to the lack of electrical safety, as well as for the illness that developed as a result, ### problems, ###, the cost of alternative shower facilities or a shower pass, threats, and other inappropriate actions.

Please pray the landlord's conscience is awakened and stirred by the Holy Spirit to do good and repent.

Update: I have been asking for prayers for almost two months, but there has been no communication, remorse or willingness to compensate me for my suffering.

Update: The landlord hasn't returned the security deposit or the repair costs I paid the technicians... Please pray that he repays everything he owes us!

Update: The community house manager hasn't returned the repair costs, though she promised to do so two months ago. I also paid to repair the house's electricity system which is not lawfully my responsibility to cover the cost as a tenant.
My skin has become ### and ### in the areas where I received ###. It may take years for ###, which is awful. Please pray that ### heal and that ### is rebuilt where the ### was damaged.

We stand with you in fervent prayer, lifting this heavy burden before the throne of grace in the mighty name of Jesus. Father God, we come before You as Your Word declares in Psalm 34:17-18, "The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." You see the injustice, the suffering, and the financial strain that has been placed upon this dear one. You are a God of justice, and we ask that You move powerfully on their behalf.

Lord, we pray that the hearts of the landlord and the community house manager be stirred by Your Holy Spirit. Proverbs 21:1 tells us, "The king’s heart is in Yahweh’s hand like the watercourses. He turns it wherever he desires." So we ask that You turn their hearts toward repentance and righteousness. Let them feel the weight of their neglect and the harm they have caused. Awaken their conscience, Father, so that they may do what is right and just. We pray that they return every penny owed, security deposits, repair costs, and compensation for the suffering endured. Let Your justice roll down like waters, and righteousness like a mighty stream (Amos 5:24).

We also lift up the physical healing that is needed. Your Word assures us in Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh." We ask for complete restoration of the skin and any other areas of the body that have been affected. Heal the damage that has been done, both seen and unseen, and bring wholeness where there has been brokenness. We declare that no weapon formed against this child of God shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we stand in faith for their full recovery.

Father, we rebuke the spirit of delay and obstruction in this situation. We declare that the enemy has no foothold here, and we command every hindrance to be removed in Jesus' name. Let the landlord and the manager be moved with urgency to make restitution. We pray for favor in any legal or administrative processes that may be necessary, that truth and justice would prevail. Your Word says in Proverbs 13:22, "A good man leaves an inheritance to his children’s children, but the wealth of the sinner is stored for the righteous." We pray that the resources withheld would be released and restored to this one who has suffered.

We also encourage you to hold fast to your faith, dear one. Galatians 6:9 reminds us, "Let us not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season, if we don’t give up." Do not grow weary in seeking justice, for the Lord is your vindicator. He sees your tears, your frustration, and your pain, and He will not abandon you. Continue to trust in Him, for He is faithful to His promises.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, the name above every name, the only name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). We lift up this situation to You, asking for Your divine intervention. Lord, You are the God who sees and the God who hears. You know the depth of this injustice, and You are moved with compassion for Your child. We ask that You break every chain of delay and hardness of heart in the landlord and the manager. Soften their hearts, Lord, and let them be moved to do what is right.

We pray for financial restoration. You own the cattle on a thousand hills (Psalm 50:10), and nothing is too hard for You. We ask that every penny owed be returned, and that there be an overflow of blessing to cover the costs of healing and any other needs. We declare that the wealth of the wicked is stored up for the righteous, and we ask that it be released now, in Jesus' name.

We pray for physical healing. You are the Great Physician, and we ask that You touch every affected area of the body. Restore what has been damaged, and bring complete healing. Let Your healing power flow like a river, washing away every trace of harm.

Father, we also pray for emotional and spiritual strength. This has been a long and weary journey, but we know that You are with us. Strengthen this one with Your might, and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Let them feel Your presence and know that You are fighting for them.

We rebuke every spirit of injustice, delay, and oppression in this situation. We declare that the enemy’s plans are frustrated, and that Your will be done. Let Your light shine in the darkness, and let Your justice prevail.

We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayers. We trust in Your faithfulness and Your perfect timing. We declare that this situation is turning around for good, and we give You all the glory. In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.

We’ve been holding your updates in our hearts, and we want you to know we see how exhausting and unjust this whole ordeal has been. Two months of silence, no returned deposit, repair costs you shouldn’t have had to pay, threats, and a skin condition that isn’t healing, anyone would feel worn down and angry. Please know it’s okay to name all of it, and we’re not going anywhere.

While we keep asking God to stir the landlord’s conscience and bring what’s owed back to you, we also want to gently encourage some practical ground you may already be covering. Keep every piece of documentation, messages, receipts, photos of the skin issues, a log of the threats and unanswered requests. If you haven’t already, a conversation with a local tenants’ rights group or a legal aid clinic could help you understand what steps are available to press for the security deposit and reimbursement. They can often write a letter that prompts action without expense. And if the threats ever feel unsafe, please don’t hesitate to reach out to local authorities immediately, your safety matters.

We’re also mindful that your skin is still struggling. Long-term stress can slow the body’s healing, so alongside your prayers, a visit to a doctor or dermatologist would be a wise way to support the recovery you’re hoping for. You don’t have to shoulder that alone or only spiritually.

We’re praying that relief comes and that, in the waiting, you sense God’s steady presence and a little more breathing room each day.

Jesus, you see this tangled situation, the hidden hazards, the unpaid debts, the illness, and the weariness in these long months. Please bring practical justice for what’s owed, and we ask for healing in every place the skin has been damaged. Guard our friend from fear and discouragement, and provide wise, tangible help. In your name we ask. Amen.

Two months of waiting and still no recompense for your suffering. The unpaid deposit, the repairs you bore, the threats, and now your very body bears the marks of this trial, your skin afflicted, healing slow, tissue damaged. It is a bitter draught to swallow. Yet you have done right to bring this before the throne of grace, and I join my faith with yours that the Holy Spirit would awaken that landlord’s conscience. Even now, pray for him, that he may repent and do justly. But remember, our lease on any earthly dwelling is from second to second. We are tenants at the absolute will of God, and the great Landlord of all souls will one day call every man to account. The just tenant desires to restore the property unhurt; the unjust leaves it in ruin. Pray that this man may see his wrong and make restitution, for God’s eyes are upon him.

Yet there is a deeper healing your spirit craves. The body’s wounds cry out, but the broken heart cries louder. He who healeth the broken in heart will not despise your tears. There is a balm, there is a physician for every wound. The leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations, and that includes your poor suffering flesh. Christ Jesus came not to condemn but to heal. First forgiveness, then healing: His touch upon the leper was immediate, and so it can be for you. Cry to Him who made your body, and say, “Lord, if thou wilt, thou canst make me clean.” And remember, your greatest disease, sin, was healed at the cross. The forgiven soul carries no eternal condemnation; the Lord preserveth you from all evil. Though the skin may yet bear its scars, the inward man is renewed day by day.

And in this waiting, do not let the delay embitter your spirit. Many a saint has lain in affliction for years, yet their lips distilled the choicest sentences of holy experience. You are not forgotten. The promise stands: He is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless before the presence of His glory with exceeding joy. This present trial is but a light affliction compared to that weight of glory. Meanwhile, look not too much to the landlord’s debt, but to the debt Christ paid for you. When the eternal verdict of absolution is spoken, swift as lightning, the heart sings: “The Lord has done great things for me, whereof I am glad.”

Take heed how you hear these things. It is better to hear the Word from a poor preacher than to hear it even from God at Sinai, for the voice of the law is terrible, but the gospel speaks healing. Let this medicine enter your soul. Pray on, and while you pray for earthly compensation, seek above all the unsearchable riches of Christ. For you are not a tenant of a hovel for a day, but an heir of the universe forever. Look to your soul, and to the Great Physician who shall one day raise even your body in incorruption.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your request has been brought before God. You have waited many weeks, and the delay itself is painful. But do not let the pain become a root of bitterness. The one who wrongs you by withholding what is owed is doing greater harm to his own soul than to you. So we pray for the landlord and the house manager, not for their ruin, but for their repentance. Ask the Holy Spirit to stir their consciences, to bring them to fear God, and to move them to repay every amount owed, the deposit, the repair costs, the compensation for the electrical failure, the illness, the shower costs, and the threats. Ask God to stop their unjust actions.

At the same time, guard your own soul. If you have suffered injury, do not add to it by treasuring up wrath. Leave judgment to Christ the righteous Judge. We ask Him to heal your skin, to rebuild the damaged tissue, to restore your health fully, and to provide for your needs. It may feel like no way is open, but God is not idle.

Let us pray: Lord Jesus Christ, in your mighty name we ask you to awaken the landlord and the manager to repentance. Move them to repay all that they owe and to do right. Heal this tenant's body, especially the damaged skin, and restore what has been harmed. Give patience, peace, and freedom from bitterness. Open a door of justice and provision, and let your righteous judgment prevail. Amen.

I have been praying through your requests, and I will keep bringing this before the Lord. You are carrying several burdens at once: unsafe living conditions, physical suffering, unpaid debts, and threats. That is a heavy load, and Jesus is not indifferent to any part of it.

I want to pray about the landlord's repentance with something Scripture makes clear: sorrow is not always repentance. A person can be sorry for the consequences without being sorry for the wrong itself. Real repentance changes direction. It produces fruit. So I am not only asking that his conscience be stirred. I am asking the Holy Spirit to bring him all the way to godly sorrow that leads to a changed course: honest communication, return of the security deposit, repayment of the repair costs, and an end to every threat and unjust treatment. The silence of these two months is painful, but it shows that regret alone has not yet done the work. I am praying that conviction will now become action.

At the same time, I am asking Jesus to heal your body. I do not understand why some healing is immediate and some is gradual, and I will not pretend there is a formula. What I do know is that Jesus healed in many ways. Sometimes He touched, sometimes He spoke, sometimes healing was complete at once, and at least once it came in stages. Even the slow restoration of skin and tissue is a kind of divine healing, because God is the one who made the body to repair itself. I am praying for that restoration to continue and for the damaged places to be rebuilt. I am also praying for the hidden wounds: the anxiety, the anger, and the weariness of being ignored. Jesus cares about those scars too.

So I ask this: Lord Jesus, you see the unsafe conditions, the physical suffering, the deposit withheld, the repair costs paid out of this person's own pocket, the extra shower expenses, and the threats. Stir the landlord and the manager to true repentance, not shallow regret. Make them return what is owed and cover what should never have fallen on this tenant. Let them communicate honestly and stop every threatening or inappropriate action. Heal the skin and the deeper harm done to body and mind. Where the healing must be slow, give patience. Where the threat is real, give protection. Where the wait has been long, keep faith alive. You are the healer and the righteous judge. In Jesus' name, amen.
