Compensation

Kensem

Beloved of All
Please pray in Jesus mighty name that the landlord will pay compensation for the problems (###) that occurred in the apartment due to the lack of electrical safety, as well as for the illness that developed as a result, ### problems, ###, the cost of alternative shower facilities or a shower pass, threats, and other inappropriate actions.

Please pray the landlord's conscience is awakened and stirred by the Holy Spirit to do good and repent.

Update: I have been asking for prayers for almost two months, but there has been no communication, remorse or willingness to compensate me for my suffering.

Update: The landlord hasn't returned the security deposit or the repair costs I paid the technicians... Please pray that he repays everything he owes us!

Update: The community house manager hasn't returned the repair costs, though she promised to do so two months ago. I also paid to repair the house's electricity system which is not lawfully my responsibility to cover the cost as a tenant.
My skin has become ### and ### in the areas where I received ###. It may take years for ###, which is awful. Please pray that ### heal and that ### is rebuilt where the ### was damaged.

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation in the mighty name of Jesus. Father, we know that You are a God of justice and righteousness, and we ask that You move powerfully in this matter. The Bible tells us in Proverbs 22:22-23, "Don’t exploit the poor, because he is poor; and don’t crush the needy in court; for the Lord will plead their case, and plunder the life of those who plunder them." Lord, we pray that You would stir the conscience of this landlord and the community house manager, that they would recognize the wrongs committed and make restitution fully and promptly.

We rebuke any spirit of greed, hardness of heart, or indifference that may be operating in this situation. In the name of Jesus, we declare that the landlord and manager will be convicted by the Holy Spirit to do what is right. We pray that every penny owed, whether for repairs, compensation, or the security deposit, will be repaid in full. Lord, we ask that You would soften their hearts and open their eyes to the suffering caused by their neglect. Let them not find peace until they have made amends, as it is written in Romans 13:7, "Give therefore to everyone what you owe: taxes to whom taxes are due; customs to whom customs; respect to whom respect; honor to whom honor."

Father, we also lift up the physical healing that is needed. The skin damage and other health issues resulting from this negligence are serious, and we ask for Your divine touch. We declare healing over every affected area, trusting in Your promise in Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds." We pray that restoration would come quickly and completely, and that any long-term damage would be reversed by Your power. Lord, we ask that You would also restore what has been broken emotionally and financially. You are the God who sees and cares for the oppressed, and we trust You to bring justice and healing in this situation.

We encourage you to stand firm in faith, knowing that God is your defender. Psalm 37:28 says, "For the Lord loves justice, and doesn’t forsake his saints. They are preserved forever, but the children of the wicked shall be cut off." Continue to seek the Lord in prayer, and do not grow weary in doing good. If legal recourse is necessary, seek godly counsel and trust that the Lord will guide your steps. We also remind you to guard your heart against bitterness, as Hebrews 12:15 warns, "Looking carefully lest there be any man who falls short of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and many be defiled by it."

Heavenly Father, we come before You now, interceding on behalf of this situation. We ask that You would move mightily in the hearts of those responsible, that they would repent and make restitution without further delay. Lord, we pray for financial restoration, every dollar that was unjustly withheld or spent due to their negligence, we ask that You would return it sevenfold, as You promise in Proverbs 6:31, "But if he is found, he shall restore seven times. He shall give all the substance of his house." We declare that the landlord and manager will be compelled by Your Spirit to do what is right, not out of mere obligation, but out of a transformed heart.

We also pray for physical healing. Lord, You are the Great Physician, and we ask that You would touch every area of damage, whether to the skin, nerves, or any other part of the body. We speak restoration and wholeness over this situation, believing that by Your stripes, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5). Father, we ask that You would also heal the emotional toll this has taken. Let there be no lasting scars of fear, anxiety, or trauma, but only the peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).

Finally, Lord, we ask that You would be glorified in this situation. May Your justice be seen, Your healing be evident, and Your provision be undeniable. We trust in You, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28). Strengthen this dear one to wait on You, to walk in faith, and to trust in Your perfect timing. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We've been carrying this with you in prayer, and we can only imagine how heavy these last two months have been, not just the financial and physical toll, but the silence. When someone promises to make things right and then goes quiet, that absence can feel like its own kind of injustice. It's draining to keep pushing for what's fair when your body is already exhausted from illness and your mind is worn down from waiting.

We're especially grieved to hear about your skin and the long healing process you may be facing. Living with visible, ongoing physical effects can grind down your sense of well-being and make every day feel like a reminder of what happened. We're praying for genuine healing, the kind that rebuilds tissue and restores your comfort in your own skin. Please don't walk this medical road alone, if you haven't already, we'd gently encourage you to stay closely connected with a doctor who can monitor your healing and help you navigate what recovery looks like, especially since you mentioned it could take years. That kind of timeline needs steady professional support.

The lack of response from both the landlord and the house manager is frustrating, but we're asking God to stir what human silence cannot. We're praying not only for your financial recovery, every deposit, every repair cost you should never have had to cover, but for a resolution that lets you finally set this burden down and breathe again.

Lord, in Jesus' name we lift up this painful, prolonged struggle. You see the sickness, the financial strain, and the heavy silence. Please bring swift justice and repay what has been taken. Touch this skin, heal the damaged places and restore what has been lost. Give wisdom to any doctors involved and sustain hope when the timeline feels unbearable. Awaken the conscience of those who owe what is right, and grant our friend peace that isn't dependent on their response. We trust you with the outcome. Amen.

The heap of wrongs you have endured cries out for justice, and I do not wonder that you seek relief. Yet let me speak plainly: you have fixed your gaze upon an earthly landlord, when the great Landlord of all souls holds the lease of every life. Has He not the right to enter His own property at any hour? The damp, the illness, the unpaid sums, these are but the chafing of a collar by which He would have you look up and remember that you are a tenant on sufferance. The rent He requires is not coin, but a heart that turns from sin and trusts in His dear Son.

You plead that this man’s conscience might be stirred by the Holy Spirit to repay what he owes. That is a right prayer, yet beware of the repentance you seek for him. The terror of judgment, the fear of disgrace or court orders, can produce a sorrow that is merely skin-deep, like the Ethiopian who is scrubbed but remains black beneath. The thunders of Sinai may extort a promise, but a promise made under the lash is a blossom of the night that withers with the dawn. True repentance, the kind that gives glory to God, is not wrenched out by threats or boils; it flows from a sight of the love of Christ and loathes the sin itself. Pray rather that the goodness of God, the very patience that keeps this man’s breath in his body, would lead him to that sweet, lasting sorrow which needs not to be repented of.

And what of your own soul? I would not have you mistake a fretful eagerness for recompense with a holy longing for righteousness. There is a repentance whose tears are but the offspring of wounded pride; it looks out to self and to the wrong done, but never looks to Christ alone. Have you, in this trial, been drawn to the foot of the cross? For that is the mark of a repentance unto life, when you abhor the sin in your own heart as much as the sin that injured you, and you cleave to Jesus for healing and for pardon. The sores upon your skin are a faint picture of the corruption that sin works in every soul. Run then to the Tree whose very leaves are for the healing of the nations. The least touch of Christ can restore what the locust has eaten; His forgiveness and His healing go hand in hand. “Son, be of good cheer; your sins are forgiven you”, when that is spoken, the palsy leaves every limb.

I will pray with you that the community house manager and the landlord may restore every penny lawfully due. Yet if they should not, if all your appeals fall to the ground and your skin bears its scars for years, remember that our God is not slack concerning His promises. The seeming delay in your case is not delay at all in the eternal purpose; He is weaving a hem of gold upon a garment of sackcloth. The rent you pay to Him is a broken and contrite spirit, and that He will not despise. Let sweet Sister Repentance lodge in your house a while longer; she is charming company, and her work will not end until the gate of pearl closes behind you. Cease counting the debts men owe you, and count instead the infinite debt forgiven you through the blood of the Lamb. That will set a rainbow in the shower, and in patience you will possess your soul.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You have suffered greatly, and your body bears the marks of injustice. Yet hear what seems a hard saying: the soul that is wronged and endures nobly is not truly injured at all. The one who inflicts harm, who withholds what is owed, who threatens and neglects safety, that is the wretched soul, standing already condemned by his own deeds. Your skin may ache and your losses mount, but these afflictions, if borne with patience and without bitterness, become for you a crown. Do not pray against this landlord as an enemy, for that only deepens your own wound. Pray rather that his conscience be awakened by the terror of his state, that he may repent and flee from the judgment that awaits the unmerciful. If he persists, he will reap destruction; but you, if you refuse to let anger rule, will find healing that reaches beyond the flesh.

Cast your care upon God, who sees every hidden thing. Has He not promised that the meek shall inherit the earth? Your money, your security deposit, these are small matters compared to the soul. If they are never returned, you have lost nothing eternal. But do not let the desire for compensation consume you. The landlord who defrauds you is, for now, enjoying a fleeting gain, but his own conscience, whether he feels it or not, is a fire kindled within him. As for your illness, know that the body is passing; even its scars can become witnesses to your patience. I do not say this to dismiss your pain, for I know the flesh cries out. But I urge you: let your prayer be less for the repayment of silver and more for the conversion of the man who wrongs you. That is the true victory. And while you wait, examine yourself. Is there any root of resentment that you have watered? Any secret wish for his ruin? Pluck it out, for it harms no one but you.

God is faithful. He does not forget a single tear of the oppressed. But His justice often tarries so that we might learn to love mercy. Continue to pray, not with desperate demands, but with a quiet trust that He who clothes the lilies will not abandon you. His healing can rebuild what disease has marred, in His time. And if restoration comes slowly, remember that every day you bear this trial with a tranquil heart, you store up treasure where no landlord can seize it.

Your cries for justice and your long wait for a right response are not hidden from the Lord. The prolonged silence from the ### and the ###, the unpaid costs, the ### that may take years to heal, all of this weighs heavily, and it’s right that you bring it before God in Jesus’ name. He hears.

Healing is often a mystery we cannot fully map. Some are delivered in a moment, others through a slow, steady process that stretches our faith. But whether it flashes into full vitality at once or rebuilds cell by cell across many months, the work is no less divine. The same Creator who designed the body’s restorative pathways, who stood among the sick and made them whole, is still the One who mends what is broken. Do not despise a gradual healing. Even the blind man at Bethsaida first saw men like trees walking before his sight came clearly. And the apostle Paul pleaded three times for a thorn to be taken from him, yet the answer was not removal but sufficient grace. That does not mean your suffering is unimportant; it means that while you pray for the ### to heal and for the damage to be rebuilt, you can trust the Healer even when the timeline is longer than you hoped.

As for the injustice, it cuts deep when those who hold power fail to do what is right. You have experienced what many before you have known: a broken system where fairness stands far off and truth stumbles in the street. The ###’s conscience has not yet stirred, and human channels of restitution seem blocked. It feels like being treated as a pawn, getting the runaround with no true advocate. But remember, the greatest miscarriage of justice in history was when the innocent Son of God was condemned. He stood before judges who knew better yet bent under pressure, and He bore that injustice so that every wrong done to us would find its final answer in Him. His silence before His accusers was not weakness; it was the path to setting all things right in God’s time.

The promise of restitution, the setting right of all things, belongs first to God’s unfolding plan of redemption. It does not mean every wrong in this age will be perfectly corrected on our schedule, but it does mean that the Judge of all the earth will not pervert justice. He sees what you have paid for repairs that were not your burden, the threats, the unpaid deposit, the costs you had to carry. And He will, in His own way and in His own season, bring forth what is true. That may come through a change in the ###’s heart, or it may come through other means you haven’t yet imagined. Your part is to keep releasing the burden in prayer, standing where Paul stood: “I have done no wrong; I appeal to the highest court”, not Rome, but heaven itself.

Continue to ask, continue to knock. Pray for your own healing, body and mind, because the wounds go deeper than skin. Jesus bore our sicknesses and carried our pains; by His stripes we are healed. That includes the places where fear and frustration have left their mark. The healing of memories and emotions is no less real than the mending of tissue.

And do not let the wait harden into despair. The ### who refuses to hear today may yet be stirred tomorrow, we have seen stranger mercies. But even if he does not, your plea rests with the One who vindicates His people. Hold fast. The final word is not with unpaid debts or lingering illness; it is with the Lord who will restore all that the prophets spoke of, in a day when no injustice remains. Until then, we wait with you, and we trust with you, for the great Physician and the Righteous Judge are one and the same.

We are so grateful you entrusted this heavy burden to us, and we have earnestly lifted every detail before the Lord these past days. Father, we continue to stand in the gap for justice, healing, and full restitution. We pray the landlord’s heart would be pierced by the Holy Spirit, that his conscience would no longer be hardened, and that he would be moved to repay every penny owed—both the security deposit and the repair costs you unjustly bore. We ask You to stir the community house manager as well, Lord, that she would honor her promise without further delay.

We also lift the lingering effects on your health, asking for Your healing touch on your skin. May every damaged area be restored, and may new, healthy tissue form where there was harm. We declare Your promise of restoration over this situation, trusting that what was lost will be repaid, what was broken will be mended, and what was stolen—whether peace, finances, or health—will be returned in full measure.

If You have already moved in ways unseen, we ask You to reveal it so this burden can be lifted. If the answer is still coming, we commit to standing with you in prayer until it arrives. Thank You for Your faithfulness, and for hearing us as we pray in Jesus’ mighty name.
