Kensem

Beloved of All
Please pray in Jesus mighty name that the landlord will pay compensation for the problems (electric shocks) that occurred in the apartment due to the lack of electrical safety, as well as for the illness that developed as a result, skin problems, medical treatments, the cost of alternative shower facilities or a shower pass, threats, and other inappropriate actions.

Please pray the landlord's conscience is awakened and stirred by the Holy Spirit to do good and repent.

Update: I have been asking for prayers for a month, but there has been no communication, remorse or willingness to compensate me for my suffering.

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation of injustice and suffering caused by the negligence of the landlord. Father God, we know that You are a God of justice and righteousness, and we ask that You intervene in this matter. Your Word declares in Proverbs 21:15, "It is joy to the righteous to do justice, but it is a destruction to the workers of iniquity." Lord, we pray that the landlord’s heart would be turned toward righteousness and that he would be compelled by Your Holy Spirit to do what is right.

We rebuke the spirit of greed, indifference, and hardness of heart that has prevented this landlord from acknowledging the harm done. In the name of Jesus, we command that his conscience be awakened and that he be stirred to repentance. Ezekiel 36:26 says, "I will also give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit within you. I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh." Lord, we pray this transformation over the landlord, soften his heart, open his eyes to the suffering he has caused, and lead him to make restitution.

We stand on Your promise in Luke 18:7-8, "Won’t God avenge his chosen ones who are crying out to him day and night, and yet he exercises patience with them? I tell you that he will avenge them quickly." Father, we cry out to You day and night on behalf of this dear one who has endured electric shocks, illness, skin problems, medical treatments, and the added burden of seeking alternative shower facilities. We ask that You move swiftly to bring justice and compensation for every loss, physical, emotional, and financial.

Lord, we also pray for healing over the body and mind of the one who has suffered. Your Word says in Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds." We claim this promise over them, asking for complete restoration and relief from the ailments caused by this negligence. Provide for every need, whether it be medical care, financial provision, or peace of mind, so that they may walk in the fullness of Your healing and grace.

We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we bind every spirit of fear, intimidation, and threat that may have been used against them. We pray for protection over them, both physically and spiritually, as they continue to seek justice. Give them wisdom, patience, and perseverance, and surround them with godly counsel and support.

Father, we also lift up the legal and practical aspects of this situation. If there are authorities, advocates, or legal avenues that need to be pursued, we ask that You open the right doors and provide favor in every interaction. Let Your justice prevail, and let the landlord be held accountable for his actions, or lack thereof.

We thank You, Lord, that You are a God who hears the cries of the oppressed and acts on their behalf. We trust in Your timing and Your perfect justice, knowing that You will not leave this matter unresolved. Strengthen this dear one with hope and faith as they wait on You, and let them see Your hand move mightily in this situation.

In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray, believing that every wrong will be made right and that Your glory will be revealed through this trial. Amen.

We hear the weariness in your words, coping with electric shocks, skin problems, medical bills, and a month of silence from the landlord. That’s a heavy load, and we’re so sorry you’ve had to carry it alone.

While we keep praying for the landlord’s heart, we also want to see you safe and well right now. If you haven’t already, please have a doctor look at those skin issues and any lingering effects from the shocks. We’ll be asking God to guide that treatment and bring relief.

In the meantime, it might help to simply document everything: dates, medical visits, costs for the shower pass, any threats or inappropriate actions, and the earlier communications. A clear record often helps, whether you end up in a calm conversation, a mediation, or a more formal step later. Some churches or community groups even offer free mediation, a neutral person who can help both sides talk without it turning into a fight. That could be worth exploring if you feel ready.

Above all, we’re praying that God himself would be your defender and provider. He sees what this has cost you, and he doesn’t brush aside the suffering of someone who’s been wronged.

Lord Jesus, we lift up this tenant who has endured real harm and illness. Please bring healing to their body, provide for every unexpected expense, and wrap them in your peace. Stir that landlord’s conscience, do what only your Spirit can do, bringing repentance and a genuine desire to make things right. In the waiting, give practical wisdom and surround this person with supportive help. Protect them from any further threats, and let your justice break through. In your name, Amen.

It is with tender sympathy that I have read your request, and I have borne your case upon my heart before the throne of our gracious God. You have suffered much, electric shocks, illness, skin afflictions, the cost of remedies, and threats, all while enduring the landlord’s stubborn silence. For a full month you have cried out, and yet there is no remorse, no compensation, no word of comfort. This is a sore trial indeed.

Yet remember, dear soul, that there is a Landlord above all earthly landlords, to whom every tenement and every tenant belong. Your true dwelling is with Christ, and though you suffer in this house of clay, the healing leaves of the Tree of Life are freely given to you. The Sun of Righteousness has arisen with healing in His wings, pardon for sin and balm for every wound. Look not so much to compensation from a man’s hand as to the abundant recompense that is in Jesus. He was wounded for our transgressions and with His stripes we are healed.

As for the landlord, pray still that his conscience may be awakened, but know that mere fright or inconvenience will not produce the repentance which gives God glory. Many, when judged, repented not. The carnal heart may offer a sorry repentance that is only a desire to be rid of trouble, like a tenant who seeks to quiet a leaky roof without mending it. True repentance is a gift of the Spirit, and it leads a man to make restitution, to confess his wrong, and to do good as Zacchaeus did. If this landlord never repents, your portion is still sure. The goodness of God, even in this trial, is meant to lead you to deeper trust.

I urge you to look to the hills from whence cometh your help. Bring your pains, your anxieties, and your sense of injustice to the Great Physician. Often the body’s sickness is an outward picture of the soul’s deeper malady, and Christ is able to heal both. Let this affliction drive you nearer to Him. Pray also for the landlord, but leave vengeance to the Lord. It may be that your patient endurance will be a testimony, and if he never pays you a penny, you shall receive a hundredfold in the kingdom of grace.

Continue steadfast in prayer, and add to your petitions this: “Lord, let me not miss the lesson of this furnace. If my landlord’s heart be hardened, keep mine soft and teach me the sweet fellowship of His sufferings who had not where to lay His head.” The very leaves of the gospel are medicine for you. Take them freely, and may the Lord Himself be your compensation and your peace.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You are mistaken in thinking that you have been truly injured. The one who suffers these things wrongfully is not harmed, but the one who commits them pierces his own soul. If the landlord refuses to make right what he owes, it is he who is to be pitied, gathering for himself fire and judgment, while you, if you endure nobly, gain a far greater reward and are crowned by God. So consider that not needing to defend yourself by plotting or returning evil is a victory. Instead of rehearsing the wrongs done to you, turn your accusing tongue against your own sins; for no one can really injure you if you keep a pure conscience.

Pray not that God will pressure him into compensating you, but that the Holy Spirit will truly stir his heart to repentance, for that is his only hope. Even if your prayers seem unanswered for a month, remember that a grief that leads only to worldly sorrow is not repentance; it is a change of life and genuine remorse that God desires. Yet whether he repents or not, do you continue to give thanks for the affliction, glorifying God that you have been counted worthy to suffer wrongfully. This is the very mark of a noble soul, returning prayers and blessings for insults, and it delights God more than any sacrifice.

Your conscience, unsullied by retaliation or malice, is your glory and your comfort. That testimony within you that you have not behaved with fleshly wisdom but in the grace of God, this consoles you now and will shine brightly at the judgment. So cease from the clamor for compensation, and instead set yourself against your own impatience. The landlord, if he remains hard, is piling up wrath; but you, if you endure without scheming or cursing, are made like unto your Father in Heaven, who is kind to the unthankful. Let this be enough for you.

Your suffering is real, and the silence from the landlord stings like an unanswered cry for justice. When injustice drags on, it is not just an offense against you; it becomes a challenge to the character of God Himself. The enemy whispers, “Where is a God of fairness in this?” But God’s justice is not asleep, and His timing belongs to a wisdom far above our own.

The unrepentant man has been given space to change. Just as in ancient days when mercy delayed the flood while a single righteous man built on dry ground, so now the landlord walks on borrowed time. His days of reckoning are numbered by the One who holds every heart in His hand. That does not mean God is indifferent. It means He gives opportunity for a conscience to awaken, for the Holy Spirit to stir what is dead, for the soul to turn and do right. Your prayers have not bounced off heaven’s ceiling. They are stored before the throne, and the God who never changes will not let true injustice stand forever.

What looks like divine hesitation is not weakness but holy patience. His ways are unsearchable, and He foreknows every crooked turn of the human heart. He does not repent like a man who discovers His mistake; He orchestrates every moment to bring people to decision. The landlord may stiffen his neck, but he cannot outlast the long arm of a just Judge. And if he never repays a cent while he breathes on this earth, that is not your final verdict. God sees the skin troubles, the shocks, the cost, the threats. He keeps the books perfectly.

In the waiting, do not let bitterness occupy the place where hope belongs. You are not forgotten. Consider how favor rested on a man who built an ark while everyone around him scoffed: Noah found grace in the eyes of the Lord, not because the world got fair, but because God drew near to him in the storm. Let this trial drive you deeper into that same grace. Keep praying for the landlord’s repentance, not as a defeated soul but as one who knows the power of the Spirit to shatter stone. And rest in this: the Judge of all the earth will do right.
