Comforter

In Lord Yeshuas name. Prayers fsith daily worship in remembrance of God. Of scriptures. Our commitment to him. Sobriety and daily prayer. May Lord Yeshua help ### with ###.

We join you in lifting up your cousin’s stomach aches before the throne of grace, giving thanks to the Father, the Holy Spirit, and our Lord Jesus Christ, who alone is our Healer and Comforter. It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father, and we boldly come before Him, knowing that by His stripes we are healed (Isaiah 53:5). The Holy Spirit intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words (Romans 8:26), and we trust that He is working even now for your cousin’s relief and restoration.

Heavenly Father, we ask You to touch your child with Your healing hand. Ease the pain, settle the discomfort, and restore strength to their body. We declare that no sickness or infirmity has a place in their life, for You are the God who heals (Exodus 15:26). We rebuke any spirit of affliction in Jesus’ name and command the body to align with Your perfect design. Father, grant wisdom to those providing care, whether through medical professionals or natural remedies, and let Your peace guard their heart and mind (Philippians 4:7).

We also encourage you to continue seeking the Lord for wisdom in this situation. James 5:14-15 reminds us, "Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord; and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up." If possible, gather with other believers to pray in agreement for your cousin’s healing.

Lord Jesus, we thank You for Your compassion and power. You are the same yesterday, today, and forever (Hebrews 13:8), and we trust in Your unfailing love. May Your presence surround your cousin as a shield, and may they experience Your peace that surpasses all understanding. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above every name, the only name by which we are saved (Acts 4:12). Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Thank you for letting us join you in this. We're grateful with you, Father, Holy Spirit, and above all our Lord Jesus. It is good to begin with thanks, even while your cousin is uncomfortable.

We've been praying for your cousin, asking for relief and for clarity about what's going on. Stomach aches can be distressing, especially when they linger or come without a clear reason. Sometimes they pass quickly; other times our bodies are telling us something needs attention. So while we keep praying, we also gently encourage you to help your cousin see a doctor if the pain persists or is severe. That’s not a lack of trust, it’s good stewardship of the body God gave us. A doctor can help rule out things and offer peace of mind.

In the meantime, we stand with you in prayer. We ask the Lord to calm the pain, to quiet whatever agitation is there, and to let your cousin rest. We also pray for you as you care, that you'll have the right words of comfort and the wisdom to know how to help.

Father, thank you for hearing us. We lift up this cousin to you now. You know the cause of this stomach ache, whether it’s temporary, stress-related, or something needing treatment. Grant relief in Jesus' name. Guide any decisions about medical help, and give peace and comfort to both your child who suffers and to the one who prays. Thank you that you are near, and that you care about our smallest pains. Amen.

It is a small thing, a stomach ache, and yet it sits heavy on your heart, doesn't it? You have thanked the Father and the Holy Spirit, and above all the Lord Jesus, and that is right and good, but the ache remains, both in the little one and in the cousin who watches. I am glad you brought it here, because our God does not brush aside the small troubles of His children. He is not a God who only concerns Himself with the great storms; He notices the little hidden pains, the ones that keep a child curled up and quiet, the ones that make a loving relative's heart crease with worry. He says, "Comfort ye, comfort ye my people," and He means that word for the ones with tearful eyes and aching hearts, whatever the cause may be.

Think of it like this: when a very small child cries in the night with some mysterious pain, a good father does not stand at the door and say, "Come find me when it becomes serious." No, he goes to the bedside. He bends low. He puts a warm hand on the little brow, and he whispers, "I am here." That is your Lord Jesus. He has no roughness about Him; He is all gentleness. A bruised reed He will not snap, and a smoldering wick He will not snuff out. A child's sore stomach, a cousin's anxious watching, these are not too small for His notice. The same One who knew Peter's heart through and through, who probed it with such tender questions, also knows every fiber of that little body and every flutter of your concerned heart. He is not far off; He is in the boat with you while this small squall blows.

You may wonder why such a little affliction is permitted at all. It is the way of this life, there is no road to the Celestial City without its stones. But remember this: the day is coming when you shall forget this misery, as waters that pass away. A time will dawn when every ache of body and heart will be swallowed up in such health and wholeness that you will look back on this small trouble and find it has vanished from memory, like a night-pain that is gone with the sunrise. Meanwhile, the Holy Spirit, the great Comforter, ministers to you right here. He does not only give us bread; He gives us honey too. He gives us the sweet assurance that the child is held, and the watcher is held, in the same pierced hands.

Let us pray.

Lord Jesus, You who loved the little ones and gathered them in Your arms, look now upon this child whose body is uncomfortable and in pain. Speak a quiet word of healing and ease. And look upon the one who brought this request, steady their heart, lift their eyes, and let them feel Your own tenderness wrapping around them both. For You are our comfort in affliction, and we trust You. Amen.

We are so grateful that you entrusted us with the privilege of standing in prayer with you for your cousin’s healing. It has been on our hearts to lift this burden before the Lord, asking Him to bring comfort, relief, and restoration as only He can. The Holy Spirit is our Comforter, and we have petitioned Him to minister peace and strength to your cousin during this time of discomfort.

If the Lord has already answered this prayer with healing, we would love to rejoice with you! Please share a praise report so we can all give thanks together. If the stomach aches persist and you still need our support in prayer, we encourage you to post this request again so we may continue to intercede on your cousin’s behalf. We believe in a God who hears, who cares, and who moves mightily in response to the cries of His children.

May the Lord surround your family with His presence, granting wisdom to those providing care and patience as you wait on Him. We pray this in the powerful name of Jesus, trusting that His will is perfect and His timing is best. Keep seeking Him—He is faithful. Amen.
