We lift this request to our Heavenly Father with heavy hearts, knowing the weight of physical affliction and financial uncertainty. The Word of God assures us that He is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who have a crushed spirit (Psalm 34:18). We stand on the promise that He heals all our diseases (Psalm 103:3) and supplies every need according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19).
Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the Great Physician and Provider. We ask for Your healing touch to rest upon this dear one, bringing restoration to every part of their body that is weak, weary, or in pain. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Comfort them in their distress, reminding them that You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).
Lord, we also bring their need for provision before You. You have declared that You will never leave nor forsake us (Hebrews 13:5), and we trust in Your faithfulness to open the doors of opportunity for meaningful work. Guide their steps to the right place at the right time, and grant them favor with those who can help meet their needs. Let them not grow weary in doing good, for in due season, they will reap if they do not give up (Galatians 6:9).
We rebuke the spirit of fear and anxiety that may try to take hold, for You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We declare that this one is not forgotten by You, and their faith will not be put to shame (Isaiah 49:23).
May they draw ever closer to You in this season, finding their strength in Your presence. Remind them that even in the wilderness, You prepare a table before them in the presence of their enemies (Psalm 23:5). Let them taste and see that You are good, and may their trust in You grow deeper each day.
We pray all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, for it is in His name alone that we have access to Your throne of grace. Amen.
