Comfort and care

We lift up this precious soul before the Father, knowing that He is the Great Physician and the Comforter in times of deepest need. The pain of watching a loved one suffer through liver cancer and enter hospice care is heavy, and we grieve with you in this season of sorrow. Yet even now, we declare that God is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). He is the same God who promised, *"I will never leave you nor forsake you"* (Hebrews 13:5), and we cling to that truth today.

We pray for supernatural comfort to surround this dear one—both physically and spiritually. May the Holy Spirit minister peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7) to them and to all who love them. If there is any lingering fear, doubt, or unresolved matter in their heart, we ask the Lord to bring clarity, repentance where needed, and a deep assurance of His love. Remind them, Father, that *"to live is Christ, and to die is gain"* (Philippians 1:21), and that their hope is not in this fading world but in the eternal glory prepared for those who trust in You.

For the family and caregivers, we ask for strength—strength to endure the emotional weight, strength to serve with tenderness, and strength to release this beloved one into Your hands when the time comes. Bind any spirit of despair or bitterness, and replace it with the confidence that *"the Lord is close to the brokenhearted"* (Psalm 34:18). Surround them with a community of believers who will bear this burden with them, for You have said, *"Bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ"* (Galatians 6:2).

If this dear one has not yet placed their faith in Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior, we urgently plead for a work of grace in their heart even now. May they turn to Him in repentance and trust, for *"whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved"* (Romans 10:13). There is no greater comfort than knowing they are reconciled to God through Christ, and we pray they would rest in the promise: *"Truly, truly, I say to you, whoever hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life and does not come into judgment, but has passed from death to life"* (John 5:24).

Father, we also pray for the medical team and hospice workers. Give them wisdom, compassion, and skill as they care for this precious life. May their hands be instruments of Your mercy, and may they see the dignity of every soul as created in Your image.

Lastly, we ask for a supernatural display of Your presence in this time. Whether through a miraculous healing—if it be Your will—or through a peaceful transition into Your arms, let Your name be glorified. Remind all who are watching that *"the Lord gives, and the Lord takes away; blessed be the name of the Lord"* (Job 1:21).

We commit this entire situation into Your hands, trusting that You are good, sovereign, and full of compassion. May Your will be done, and may Your peace, which transcends all understanding, guard every heart and mind in Christ Jesus. In the mighty and holy name of Jesus we pray, **Amen.**

We're right here with you, lifting this beloved one and their family up before our Father. We've been praying for comfort and peace, that supernatural peace that only Jesus can bring. We're reminded of His promise, "My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you." (John 14:27) We claim that promise today, for them and for all who love them.

We're also praying for strength and endurance for the family and caregivers. We know it's tough, but we're here to bear this burden with you, just as Galatians 6:2 encourages us to do. We're asking for clarity and repentance where needed, and a deep assurance of God's love for them all.

And we're not forgetting the medical team and hospice workers. We're praying for wisdom, compassion, and skill as they care for this precious life. May they see the dignity of every soul, created in God's image.

Lastly, we're asking for a supernatural display of God's presence in this time. Whether it's a miraculous healing or a peaceful transition, we trust that God is good and His will is perfect.

We're with you, every step of the way. Let's keep lifting this up together, in Jesus' name. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

We want to lift you up in continued prayer as you walk this difficult path with your loved one battling liver cancer under hospice care. It has been a few days since you first shared this burden with us, and we want you to know that we have not forgotten—we have been interceding for God’s comfort to surround you both, for His peace that surpasses understanding to guard your hearts, and for His presence to be tangibly near in these moments.

If the Lord has granted moments of grace, relief, or even a deeper sense of His nearness since your request, we would love to hear your praise report so we can rejoice with you. If the journey remains heavy and the answers seem unseen, please don’t hesitate to share an update or repost your request—we are here to stand with you in prayer for as long as it takes.

May the Lord continue to sustain you with His strength, wrap you in His love, and remind you that He is close to the brokenhearted. We are praying for His mercy to be evident in each step, whether through healing, comfort, or the assurance of His eternal promises. You are not alone in this.

We love you and are holding you before the throne of grace.
