Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our beloved sister who is preparing for a colonoscopy. We thank You for the medical advancements that allow for such procedures, and we ask that Your healing hand be upon her. Guide the doctors and medical staff, giving them wisdom and skill. Let the results be a testimony of Your goodness and healing power. If there are any issues, we pray for early detection and effective treatment.
Lord, we also pray for her peace of mind and spirit. Cast out all fear and anxiety, and replace them with Your perfect peace. Remind her of Your promise in Philippians 4:6-7 WEB: "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
