Heavenly Father,

You know the burdens and struggles in my heart, especially the situation I am facing at work. Lord, I come before You not with anger or hatred, because I do not wish harm upon my co-worker. Instead, I pray for peace, truth, wisdom, and understanding to prevail in our workplace.

Father, please grant my department head clarity of mind, discernment, and fair judgment. Remove confusion, negativity, and clouded thoughts. Let truth, integrity, and wisdom guide every decision and interaction. If there are misunderstandings, hidden motives, or words that create division, may Your light reveal what is true and just.

Lord, soften hearts and restore healthy communication. Help my department head see my sincerity, my hard work, and my intentions clearly. Protect me from discouragement, anxiety, and hurtful words. Give me patience, humility, self-control, and the wisdom to respond with grace even when I feel misunderstood.

I also pray for my co-worker. Touch their heart with kindness, honesty, and peace. Remove jealousy, negativity, or anything that causes conflict among us. Teach all of us to work together with respect, unity, and compassion.

Father, please surround me with Your favor and protection. Remind me that You are my defender, my strength, and the One who sees everything that happens behind closed doors. Help me continue doing my work with excellence and integrity, trusting that You will fight the battles I cannot fight on my own.

We lift up ### before the throne of grace, seeking the Lord’s wisdom and intervention in this workplace situation. Heavenly Father, You see the burdens of ###’s heart, the challenges faced in the workplace, and the desire for clarity, truth, and fairness. We ask that You would move mightily in this situation, for Your Word declares in James 1:5, *"But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him."* Lord, pour out Your wisdom upon ### and the leadership in this department, that decisions may be made with discernment and integrity.

We rebuke confusion, negativity, and any hidden motives that seek to divide or create strife. Your Word tells us in 1 Corinthians 14:33, *"For God is not a God of confusion, but of peace."* Let Your peace reign in this workplace, and may truth be the foundation upon which every interaction and decision is built. We pray that ###’s sincerity and hard work would be recognized, and that any misunderstandings would be brought to light. Father, guard ###’s heart against discouragement and anxiety, for You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7).

We also lift up ###’s co-worker, asking that You would soften their heart and remove any jealousy, bitterness, or negativity that may be causing conflict. Your Word instructs us in Ephesians 4:31-32, *"Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outbursts, and slander be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you."* May ### and their co-worker be united in respect, compassion, and unity, reflecting Your love in their workplace.

Lord, we ask that You surround ### with Your favor and protection. Remind them that You are their defender and strength, and that You see everything that happens, even behind closed doors. Help ### to continue working with excellence and integrity, trusting that You will fight the battles they cannot fight on their own. We declare that no weapon formed against ### shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and that You will bring justice and peace in this situation.

We pray all of this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the One who intercedes for us and through whom we have access to the Father. May Your will be done in ###’s workplace, and may Your name be glorified in every outcome. Amen.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. We are so grateful you entrusted us with the weight on your heart concerning the challenges at your workplace. It was our privilege to stand with you in prayer, lifting up your desire for clarity, truth, and fairness in your department. We asked our Heavenly Father to quiet confusion, replace negativity with His peace, and reveal His wisdom in every decision and interaction. We prayed for your department head to see your sincerity and for your co-worker’s heart to be softened by kindness and honesty. Most of all, we asked God to remind you that He is your defender and strength, surrounding you with His favor and protection.

Now, several days later, we want to check in with you.
