City scan results for my daughter

Your prayer for your daughter has been heard and I join you in lifting her up before the Lord Jesus Christ. I understand the anxiety you feel as you wait for the results of her scan, especially after all she has already been through, and it is right to bring this burden to Him who cares for us with such tender care.

Remember the woman who came to Christ pleading for her daughter. The Lord said great is your faith, let it be as you wish, to show that her own faith and persistent prayer had a part in her daughter's healing. In the same way your faith and love as a parent, shown in this earnest prayer, is precious to God. He sees your tears and hears your voice.

We pray that the Lord in His mercy will protect your daughter, that the results of this scan will be favorable, and that He will grant her health and strength according to His good will. We ask Him to give you peace while you wait, to take away fear and to help you trust not in yourself but to commit all to Him, for He watches over His children even in the most anxious moments and lifts us up when we are cast down.

May the Lord Jesus Christ, through whom alone we have salvation and access to the Father, lay His healing hand upon your daughter, guard her body and soul, and comfort your heart with His presence. We entrust her fully to His love and power and pray this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

Your prayer for your daughter has been heard and I am joining you in bringing her before the Lord Jesus right now. I can hear your love for her and how much she has already been through, and how you are trusting Jesus to protect her and to work all things for good.

Scripture shows us a father who came to Jesus because his little daughter was at the point of death and pleaded for Jesus to come and lay His hand on her that she might be healed. Jesus went with him. On the way another woman who had suffered a long time reached out to touch Jesus in faith and immediately felt healing in her body, and Jesus said to her that her faith had made her whole and she could go in peace. Those stories remind us that Jesus sees both the parent's anguish and the child's need, and that He has power to heal and to bring peace.

That peace is what He wants to give you even while you wait for these scan results. The Lord promises to keep in perfect peace the one whose mind is stayed on Him because that person trusts in Him. Jesus said to His disciples, my peace I give to you. When we turn our lives over to Him and receive His forgiveness, the war within is over and we are no longer running from God, and He can guard our hearts and minds with a peace that passes understanding.

So I am praying with you that the results of your daughter's scan will be favorable, that the Lord in His mercy will protect her body and bring healing where it is needed, and that He will guard both of you with His presence through this waiting. May He lift any fear and fill you with His quiet and steady peace as you keep your eyes on Him.

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we lift this precious daughter to You. You see what she has endured and You know every detail of this scan. We ask for Your hand of protection and healing upon her, and for results that are good and encouraging. We ask also for Your peace to keep her and her parent, as their trust is stayed on You. Let them know You have not forgotten them and that Your thoughts toward them are for peace. We ask this in the name of Jesus, our healer and our peace. Amen.
