We join with you in bringing this desire before the Lord and we thank you for sharing this need with us.
We understand your heart to fellowship and grow with other believers at these church events, and that is a good and godly desire. The Lord loves when His people gather together to worship Him and be built up in faith, for we are told not forsaking our own assembling together, as the custom of some is, but exhorting one another Hebrews 10:25. We pray that God will provide according to His perfect will and wisdom, whether through the funds you requested or through another way He chooses to work.
We also noticed that your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, and we want to gently share why this is so important to us. It is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and it is only by His name that we are saved. Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6 and there is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. If you have not already, we encourage you to put your trust in Jesus Christ, believing that He died for your sins and rose again, and confess Him as Lord, for if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved Romans 10:9. It is in His name we pray with confidence.

Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this dear one to You. You know the desire of their heart to attend these two church events and to grow closer to You and to Your people. We ask that if it is Your will for them to be there, that You would open the doors and provide the funds needed. Your word promises My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:19. We ask for Your provision and for Your guidance. Help them to seek first Your Kingdom and Your righteousness, trusting that all these things will be given to them as well Matthew 6:33. Give them peace as they wait on You, wisdom to steward what You have already provided, and contentment to trust Your answer whether it is yes, no, or wait. May these events, and their daily walk with You, bring glory to Your name. In Jesus' name we pray, amen.
We encourage you to continue to trust the Lord's provision and timing. If He provides the funds, rejoice and go with a heart to receive and to serve. If He does not provide in the way you expect, trust that He has a good purpose and will still nourish your faith where you are.
