As often as they eat the bread and take the cup, 1 Cor 11:26, not as seldomly or if ever get around to it, or just to get it out of the way, but fellowship with Christ together until He comes.

Grant us all hunger for The Word, 1 Peter 2:2, Holy Spirit of Revelation, Eph 1:17, Flesh and Blood does not reveal Messiah, Matt 16:17, but OUR FATHER in Heaven! Father, let the Holy Spirit convict and convert, Jn 16:8, teach us all things, Jn 16:13, open minds to UNDERSTAND SCRIPTURES, Lk 24:45 -- and faith to pray and receive, Mark 11:24, (Faith comes by hearing the message preached), Rom 10:17 -- God, You will that none would perish, but all to come to repentance, 2 Pet 3:9, that all would be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth, 2 Tim 2:1-5, even all in authority, and all our households, Acts 16:31. When we ask You hear and if You hear, we have, 1 Jn5:14-14, so SEEK and SAVE the LOST, Lk 19:10, in Jesus' Name, Amen, 2 Cor 1:20.

We come before the throne of grace with hearts burdened for the spiritual vitality of church leaders and the salvation of the lost. It is clear that the cry of your heart is for the Holy Spirit to move powerfully in the lives of pastors, teachers, worship leaders, and all who serve in ministry, that they may be men and women of deep devotion, prayer, and the Word. We echo your plea and stand with you in agreement, for the harvest is plentiful, but the laborers must first be equipped and anointed by God Himself.

The scriptures remind us, "Not by might, nor by power, but by my Spirit, says Yahweh of Armies" (Zechariah 4:6). Church leaders must be rooted in Christ, for apart from Him, they can do nothing (John 15:5). We pray that they would seek the Lord with all their hearts, not leaning on their own understanding but acknowledging Him in all their ways (Proverbs 3:5-6). May their devotional lives be marked by intimacy with the Father, their study of the Word by revelation from the Holy Spirit, and their preaching by the unction of the Anointed One. Let their lives be living epistles, read and known by all men (2 Corinthians 3:2-3), that the lost may see Christ in them and be drawn to salvation.

We rebuke the spirit of complacency, distraction, and lukewarmness that seeks to creep into the hearts of those who lead. The enemy desires to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but we declare that the gates of hell shall not prevail against the church (Matthew 16:18). We pray for a fresh outpouring of the Holy Spirit upon our leaders, that they may be filled with wisdom, boldness, and a holy fire to preach the gospel with power and conviction. May they not shrink back from declaring the whole counsel of God (Acts 20:27), even when it is unpopular or costly.

For the lost, we cry out to the Lord of the harvest to send forth laborers into His harvest (Matthew 9:38). Father, we ask that You would open the eyes of the blind, unstop the ears of the deaf, and soften the hearts of the hard-hearted (Isaiah 35:5, Ezekiel 36:26). Draw them to Yourself, for no one can come to Christ unless the Father draws them (John 6:44). We pray for a spirit of conviction to fall upon those who are wandering from the truth, that they may be turned back and their souls saved (James 5:19-20). Let the testimonies of the saints, the preaching of the Word, and the witness of the church be used mightily to bring many to repentance and faith in Jesus Christ.

We also lift up the families within the church, that they may be drawn together to worship in spirit and in truth (John 4:24). May the Lord grant them a hunger for His Word and a desire to gather with the saints, forsaking not the assembling of themselves together (Hebrews 10:25). We pray against the spirit of apathy and worldliness that seeks to keep them away from the house of God. Instead, let them experience the joy of fellowship with Christ and His body, partaking of the Lord’s Supper with reverence and faith (1 Corinthians 11:26).

Father, we ask that You would grant us all a deep hunger for Your Word, that we may crave the pure milk of the Word as newborn babes (1 Peter 2:2). Let the Holy Spirit reveal Christ to us in the scriptures, for it is the Spirit who gives life (John 6:63). May we be a people who walk in humility, receiving the implanted Word which is able to save our souls (James 1:21). Protect us from deception, from false teachings, and from the lies of the enemy. Let the truth of Your Word set us free (John 8:32) and equip us for every good work (2 Timothy 3:16-17).

We pray for the salvation of our households, our communities, and our nations. You desire that none should perish but that all should come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9). We stand on Your promise that if we ask anything according to Your will, You hear us, and if You hear us, we have the petitions we have asked of You (1 John 5:14-15). Therefore, we boldly ask that You would save the lost, revive Your church, and glorify Your name in all the earth.

In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the Anointed One, we pray. We declare that every knee shall bow and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father (Philippians 2:10-11). May Your kingdom come and Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Amen.

What a gift it is to lift up the shepherds and the searching alike, trusting the Father who draws each one. We join you in that longing, for leaders whose private devotion overflows into Sunday’s gathering, and for families to find their place in the pew, not out of duty but because they sense the living Christ among His people.

One thing we’ve seen over the years is how worship itself becomes a quiet anchor. It isn’t just a service to plan or attend; it’s the place where the self-absorbed start looking outward, where the lonely find they belong, and where a weary pastor can simply receive instead of perform. When worship stays fixed on the worthiness of God rather than our own needs, something shifts. The leaders you’re praying for aren’t manufacturing an atmosphere, they’re stepping into a current of grace already flowing. So your prayers for them to be filled with the Spirit and grounded in the Word matter immensely.

While you intercede, consider one small, tangible thing: think of a specific family or friend you’ve been praying for, and this week simply say, “I’ll save you a seat on Sunday.” No pressure, just an open door. Often that personal invitation, combined with prayer, is what nudges someone from curiosity to encounter. And for the worship leaders and preachers, a short note letting them know you’re praying for them by name can refresh their souls more than you might guess.

Let’s pray together: Father, thank You that You meet us in worship and use it to mend what is broken. Pour out fresh devotion on every leader preparing for this Sunday, stillness in their study, anointing in their preaching, humility in their song. Draw the ones who are far off; surprise them with a sense of Your welcome as they walk through the doors. Protect each worshipper from distraction and the evil one, and let faith take root where there was only routine. In Jesus’ name, amen.

What a mighty plea this is, that the saints should be driven to their knees for the Spirit’s work in every part of the church’s life! How can a preacher mount the pulpit, or a teacher open the Word, or a leader lift a hymn, unless the Spirit breathes upon them? Take not Your Holy Spirit from us, Lord, for without Him our prayers are wingless birds, our sermons are but the beating of the air, and our worship a hollow shell. The Spirit alone quickens, convicts, and reveals Christ. So let every under-shepherd be much in secret, praying in the Holy Spirit, lest he become as Samson shorn of his locks, weak, blind, and useless. It is the Spirit who must rest upon our preachers; nothing else can draw souls, nothing else can open hearts. If the Spirit be grieved by unbelief or unholy walking, the seal of sonship is obscured and our service barren. Return, O blessed Spirit, return and abide!

Your cry for family members to be drawn to the assembly is a prayer after God’s own heart. No man cometh unto Christ except the Father draw him, and none knoweth the Son but he to whom the Spirit reveals Him. Flesh and blood cannot unveil the Messiah; it is the Spirit’s work. We join our faith with yours, asking that the Word may fall upon good ground, that the Spirit would convict of sin and open minds to understand the Scriptures. The promise is sure: if we ask according to His will, He hears us. So continue to plead the blood of the covenant, and expect that the lost in your household will be sought and saved. Only let your own walk be perfumed with love and saturated with faith, for the Spirit is grieved by a sour, distrustful temper. Frequent an earnest assembly, be much with praying saints, and above all, cry day and night for the Spirit’s incoming.

Sound teaching is the church’s great need, for the Spirit goes never beyond the written Word. When any man claims a revelation that detracts from Christ, he lies, for the Spirit glorifies Christ. It is the Spirit’s office to take the things of Jesus and show them to us. He will not speak of politics or science or the trifles of this age; He deals with the things of Christ. So let every pulpit ring with the cross, every Bible study exalt the Anointed One, and every visitation be steeped in prayer. For prayer without the Spirit is a dead form, but praying in the Spirit lays hold of the promise and shakes the eternal throne. May the Lord grant us a hunger for the Word and the Spirit of revelation, that we might know the hope of our calling. And rest in this: the continuance of the Holy Spirit is a covenanted blessing, none who trust in Christ shall be ashamed.

You have poured out your heart for the salvation of souls and the awakening of the church, and this is a holy desire, for Christ Himself counts our salvation His own glory. Yet while you intercede so earnestly for others, take care that your own life does not become a wilderness. When we are negligent in little things, in our daily hearing and doing, how can we hope to receive great things from God? The apostles themselves had to be prepared by the Lord before they could receive the Spirit, not because the Spirit was weak to come, but because their hearts were not yet fit vessels. So I urge you: as you pray that the Father draw your family, let your own life be a clear proof of the Spirit’s dwelling. No one can call Jesus Lord except by the Holy Ghost, and no one comes to the Son unless the Father draws him. This is not of ourselves, but all of God.

You ask rightly that all would gather with the assembly and not treat the Lord’s table as a seldom thing. I blush for those who appear in church barely once a year, as if it were a spectacle for holidays. Yet do not only pray against this negligence; become a living example of hunger for the word, partaking of it as a newborn longs for milk. For the afflictions and comforts we experience are for the consolation and salvation of others, if we are partakers of Christ’s sufferings, we shall also share in His comfort.

Continue in prayer without growing weary, but remember that the Holy Spirit is given where He wills, and He first convicts the world of sin. So commit your household to God and purify your own soul, that you may be a house of the Spirit. In this way, your prayer will have power, and God, the lover of mankind who desires all to be saved, will hear and answer according to His mercy. Let us be fully persuaded of better things, things that accompany salvation, yet always mindful of the need for caution, so that having climbed to the summit of excellencies, we may obtain those promised goods, through the grace and lovingkindness of our Lord Jesus Christ.

What a heartfelt and Scripture-filled cry you have placed before the throne. Your hunger for the lost, for the fullness of the Spirit, and for the church to walk in truth is a reflection of the very heart of Jesus.

As you intercede, remember that the living Christ still walks among His churches, and His message remains the same: “He that has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit is saying.” The same Spirit who inspired the Word longs to open our minds to understand the Scriptures. When you pray for family members to be drawn by the Father and to receive revelation, you are praying in complete alignment with how God works. Flesh and blood do not disclose who Jesus is; only the Father in heaven does that by the Holy Spirit. So ask with confidence, yet rest in His timing. The Spirit is already moving, convicting, and drawing.

Make sure your own heart stays anchored in the one thing Jesus prized above all: genuine love. It is possible to labor, to endure, and even to contend for sound teaching, yet drift from that first love. Where love grows cold, His presence withdraws. Let your zeal for truth and your discipline of prayer be fueled not merely by duty, but by a deep, abiding affection for Him and for His people. That love will sweeten your worship, empower your witness, and guard you against any spirit of criticism.

The Holy Spirit given to you is the down payment of your inheritance, a guarantee that God will complete the redemption He purchased. You are sealed and kept by that Spirit until the day of full redemption. That same Spirit is the sevenfold flame before the throne, the Spirit of wisdom, understanding, counsel, might, knowledge, and the fear of the Lord. He is fully sufficient for every need you lift up. As you ask for freedom in worship and an anointing from the Anointed One, trust that the simple, Spirit-filled gathering of believers is still the most powerful channel on earth.

Keep making those house calls, sharing the Word, and scattering seed. The song of the redeemed is going up right now from every nation, tribe, and tongue, a great multitude that no one can number, crying, “Salvation belongs to our God!” Those you love can be added to that number as the Spirit opens hearts. So persevere in prayer, but also sit quietly enough to hear what the Spirit might be saying to you. He loves us enough to rebuke and chasten, and His correction is always meant to restore us to deeper fellowship.

Hunger for the Word and walk continually in the Spirit, for apart from Him you can do nothing. The power to witness comes not from programs or sheer effort, but from the Holy Spirit coming upon you. God is near to all who call on Him in truth. Keep asking, keep seeking, keep knocking. The faithful and true Witness is at work.
