I have been asking her family, church to and other ministry leaders (friends in her country) to get her pastors and friends involved -- one pastor is family too and suffers greatly from fear of man, Matt 10:28, which is a snare, Prov 29:25, and compromise as well, Gal 5:9. He blocked me over a year ago, looks like a "single person" on social media, and most his followers are female -- he's frequently given license to sin even condoning it, as The Lord prophesies to Eli in 1 Samuel 2:29-30, 1 Sam 3:13-14, and fulfilled it in 1 Sam 4:17-18...

I've been asking God raises up messengers with the sword of the Spirit and still we ask, Lk 18:1, and thank You for ### indicating they are willing to bring The Word of God to this situation, Heb 4:12, but as of yet have not... God has through history gone out of His way to warn people to turn, as all the prophets testify, we ask He does now, in this day, for this cause: "perchance she will repent, and escape the snare of the devil, being held captive to do his will," 2 Tim 2:25-26, and so others be fearful of sinning, 1 Tim 5:20. Father, forgive them for being "yes-men" and neglecting The Great Commission which says "make disciples, baptizing them, teaching them to obey everything I have commanded, Matt 28:19-20. Let them finish the work which they said they'd do with zeal, 2 Cor 8:11, not with negligence, Jer 48:10, in Jesus' Name. May it be done gently but firmly, because of the danger of sin and so she won't stop attending church, but rather "flee the evil desires of youth and pursue righteousness, faith, love and peace, along with those who call on the Lord out of a pure heart," 2 Tim 2:22. Thank You in advance, Mk 11:24, in Jesus' Name.

I'm asking for prayers for her to be "hedged in with thorns," Ho 2:6-7, that she is not able to meet anyone at all (No more online dating, Matt 5:28, and finally confessed adultery Ex 20:14, until finalization, and who knows what's next? 2 Sam 12:22), especially that she is delivered from temptation, Lk 11:4, sin, lies, Zeph 3:13, evil, evil men, imposters, 2 Tim 2:5, 2 Tim 2:13 & the evil one himself, John 17:15...

Pray repentance -- That she will NOT become pregnant, or get more diseases or worse by imposters, 2 Tim 3:13, but more importantly, she would not use the grace of God for license for immorality, and deny our Only Lord and Master Jesus Christ, Jude 1:4. Please pray for her to repent and bear fruit in keeping with repentance, Matt 3:8, repent and return and receive God's refreshing and salvation, Acts 3:19 -- bad news, her one godly sister recently posted a disgustingly sensual dance of her ### niece or daughter in short negligee -- I rebuked her sharply, Tit 1:13, they ALL need fear of God equating to hatred of evil, Prov 8:13, Job 28:28, Prov 9:10.

Lastly I ask more wisdom, clarity & inner healing, Isaiah 1:6, Jer 4:19, Ps 23:3 -- Holy Spirit strength for duties, etc, grace to fast again, Isa 58:6-12, protection from temptation, sin, deception, lies and evil for me, her, them and all of us, Matt 24:4, Matt 6:13, Zeph 3:13, John 17:15. Grace to proceed, Matt 6:10, filled with the knowledge of Your will, Col 1:9. Thank You in Jesus Name.

We stand with you in deep concern and fervent prayer for this situation, lifting it before the throne of grace with hearts burdened for the souls involved. The Scripture is clear: sin left unchecked in the church is a cancer that spreads, corrupting not only the individual but those around them (1 Corinthians 5:6). We take seriously the call to address sin with truth and love, as Christ commands in Matthew 18:15-17, and we grieve that this process has been hindered by fear of man and compromise.

Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the only name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). We ask that You intervene powerfully in this situation, for the glory of Your name and the protection of Your people. Raise up godly messengers, bold, uncompromising, and filled with Your Spirit, to speak Your Word with clarity and conviction (Hebrews 4:12). Break the spirit of fear that has silenced Your servants, and replace it with holy boldness (2 Timothy 1:7). We rebuke the spirit of compromise and deception that has taken root, and we declare that no weapon formed against Your truth shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).

Lord, we specifically pray for the woman at the center of this request. Hedge her in with thorns, as You promised in Hosea 2:6-7, that she may no longer walk in paths of unrighteousness. Close every door to temptation, especially the snares of online dating and ungodly relationships, which the enemy uses to entangle souls (1 Corinthians 6:18-20). Expose every lie she has believed, and let Your truth pierce her heart like a sword (Ephesians 6:17). We ask that You would grant her repentance leading to life (2 Timothy 2:25-26), that she may turn from her sin and flee the evil desires of youth (2 Timothy 2:22). Protect her from the consequences of her actions, disease, pregnancy, or further entanglement with deceivers, and let her see the mercy of Your discipline (Hebrews 12:6).

We also lift up the pastors and leaders who have failed to act. Father, forgive them for their negligence and fear of man (Proverbs 29:25). Convict them deeply, as You did Eli’s house, that they may no longer honor their sons above You (1 Samuel 2:29-30). Give them the courage to confront sin, even when it is uncomfortable, for the sake of the flock You have entrusted to them (Ezekiel 33:6). Let them remember their calling, to make disciples, baptize, and teach obedience to Your commands (Matthew 28:19-20), and stir in them a zeal to finish the work they have begun (2 Corinthians 8:11).

We rebuke the sensuality and lack of discernment that has crept into this family, as seen in the inappropriate display of a young girl. Father, let the fear of the Lord, true hatred of evil, take root in their hearts (Proverbs 8:13). May they understand that their actions not only grieve You but also open doors to the enemy (Ephesians 4:27). We pray for inner healing for all involved, that wounds may be bound up and hearts restored (Isaiah 1:6). Lead them beside still waters, and restore their souls (Psalm 23:2-3).

For the one who has brought this request before us, we ask for wisdom, clarity, and strength. Fill them with the knowledge of Your will (Colossians 1:9), and grant them grace to fast and pray as they seek Your face (Isaiah 58:6-12). Protect them from temptation, deception, and the schemes of the evil one (Matthew 6:13). Let them walk in the fullness of Your Spirit, bearing fruit in every good work (Galatians 5:22-23).

We declare that Your kingdom come, Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven (Matthew 6:10). Let Your church rise up in holiness, boldness, and truth, that the world may see Your glory. We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayers, for You are faithful to Your promises (Mark 11:24). May this situation bring repentance, restoration, and revival, all for the sake of Your name.

We’ve read your request and are sitting with you in prayer over all that feels broken, the marriages, the church silence, the fear of man, and the deep personal cost to you. The burden you’re carrying is heavy, and we don’t want to add to it with more words you already know. Instead we want to gently point toward something you mentioned that is easy to overlook in the urgency of contending for someone else: your own need for inner healing. You asked for “clarity & inner healing,” and that’s not a small thing. Long wrestling over others’ sin can leave wounds in us too, grief, frustration, even a sense of isolation when those who should help seem paralyzed.

You don’t have to bear that alone. Sometimes the most concrete next step is to set aside the battle for a little while and let Christ tend to the ache inside you. A trusted Christian counselor or a pastor experienced in inner-healing prayer could be a safe place to bring the pain, the memories, and the weariness honestly before the Lord. That kind of prayer isn’t quick or showy, but it invites Jesus into the very places that still hurt, and healing often begins there, for you, not just for those you’re praying for.

We also hear the longing for spiritual disciplines like fasting to return, and we get that desire. It’s okay to start small: a quiet morning, a short walk with God, simply letting your soul rest in His care before you pick up the work of intercession again. He sees your zeal and your cost.

Let’s pray:

Lord Jesus, we lift up this brother who is aching for righteousness and for those who are wandering. Heal the places in him that have been worn down by this season. Bring clarity where there is confusion, and let him know deep inside that You are still near, still working, still good. Grant wisdom and steady grace for each day, and raise up the right voices to speak truth where it is so desperately needed, not to shame, but to turn hearts back to You. We ask for mercy over the woman he cares about: hedge her path from harm that would make returning harder, open her eyes gently to Your love, and bring her to sincere repentance and safety. Cover all involved with Your protection, and let truth be spoken in love. Thank You that You never abandon Your own. In Jesus’ name, amen.

True thorns these are, and deep the lacerations they cause. Yet the way of the slothful man is as a hedge of thorns, and when men who are called to be watchmen become slothful, refusing the sharpness of the Word, they themselves become entangled. The sluggard sees every duty as a prickly barrier and thus avoids it. This pastor who blocked you and presents a false image, his way is indeed hedged up, and unless he shakes off his slumber, that hedge will block him from God at the last.

But know this: judgments, even the most terrible, do not in themselves produce a satisfactory repentance. You pray for a hedge of thorns around that wandering soul, and rightly so, yet the thorns alone will only produce a repentance of the flesh, a carnal turning that needs to be repented of. The terrors of the Lord can produce blasphemy as easily as they produce repentance, apart from divine grace. We must pray not merely for painful hedges but for the Holy Spirit to work that heavenly sorrow which makes a rainbow with her tears of grief for sin and her glances of hope at the love of Christ.

What a miserable plight is theirs who are devoid of spiritual feeling! Having the understanding darkened, they see not the danger. Pride puts out the right eye, and men seek not the Light of God because they love the darkness. Why do they not see? Because they love that which is evil. The heart is the fountain and reservoir of manhood, and from within, out of that great storehouse of sin, proceed evil thoughts, adulteries, and all foul streams. The failure of the affections to work accurately leads to these terrible deeds, for an evil nature sits by the fireside and murders men in thought. This is the cause of the blindness you observe.

The best of men are but men at the best, and they have been worst spoken of. You feel the burden of slander, the sting of being blocked while evil prances about unrebuked. Cast that burden on the Lord. He will sustain you. Do not flee from the trial in despair, nor talk of dying before your time. He will bring you again from Bashan and from the depths of the sea. Trace that burden back to God, who orders all things, even the treachery of Ahithophel.

Yet see how Christ views His church, even in this tangled mess. “As the lily among thorns, so is my love among the daughters.” Nothing can be in higher contrast than the luxuriant, velvety softness of that lily and the withered, tangled hedge of thorns about it. The Lord Jesus has a loving heart that must have an object for His affection, and His people are that lily. All the kingdoms of the earth are but thorns to Him compared with His Church. This is her security and her beauty, even when surrounded by choking cares.

Those thorns of worldly pleasure, the deceitfulness of riches, and the lusts of other things, these are the murderers of thought, and this age of excessive amusement feeds them. The thorns suck away all nutriment from the wheat. When you see that sensual dance, you see the thorns choking the life out of any profession of godliness. But make good use of thorns. Let the sorrows of this present time be a hedge to keep the goats of worldly pleasure from eating the young shoots of your graces.

The crown of sin was thorns, springing from the curse, but Christ has taken that crown and put it on His own head. He wore the thorns that He might sanctify our thorny trials. Let the glitter of this world’s gold lose its luster as you behold His crown. And pray for grace to have your own life hedged with thorns, that sin may not approach you. Continue then in prayer, and let not your faith be a repentance that keeps you from Christ, but a repentance that ejects sin and a faith that admits Christ as the sole Master of the heart.

May we meet in heaven, where thorns will never grow.

What you ask is heavy, and your zeal burns like fire. Yet take care that the fire you desire for the thorns of another does not scorch your own soul. You long to see a hedge of affliction encircle her, that she might be blocked from her sinful path and so repent. I understand this cry, for the prophets too wept over wayward daughters. But recall: the thorns that choke the word are not merely removed by cutting; they must be purged by a fire that draws out the poison from the root. God often permits tribulation, not as vengeance, but as a fierce mercy to restore a sinner. Pray fervently for that hedge, yes, but do not dictate to the Almighty how He must pull back this soul from the snare. He knows the way, for He is the Good Shepherd who leaves the ninety-nine.

You point to the fearful pastor who blocked you, whose compromises grieve you. The sin of Eli is indeed terrible, and the fear of man is a snare that has ruined many shepherds. Yet remember, even a man who has fallen into cowardice and license may yet be restored. If he is deaf to your rebuke, then leave him to the Judge who sees in secret. Your task is not to force his hand but to pray that the fear of God will drive out the fear of man. And if you must speak, let it be with tears, not sharpness alone. Your own letter reveals a spirit wounded and wearied. Take heed: prolonged exposure to another's sin, without the guard of humility, can breed a harshness that makes you less fit to be a messenger of grace. Heal first from your own deep bruises, for a physician cannot set bones with trembling hands.

You plead for swift action and messengers with the sword of the Spirit. Yet often God delays so that the sinner, seeing no escape, might at last cry out from the depths. The delay you feel is not His sloth but His patience, giving space for repentance. Do not interpret every quiet day as negligence. Your prayer must be mingled with trust that the Word, once sent, will not return void. That Word is a two-edged sword, piercing deeply, but it does its work in the hidden places. Continue to ask, continue to knock, but let your asking be without anxiety. Did not Paul say, “I could no longer forbear,” and yet he sent Timothy not in panic but in love? Let your concern be tempered with the confident hope that Christ is able to make her stand.

Beware of making her repentance a condition for your own peace. You have laid out many scriptures, and that is good, but the pharisees too could recite the law while missing the weightier matters. I hear in your words a dread that she will use grace as a license, and that is a real danger. Yet Jude, whom you quote, also says, “Have mercy on some, hating even the garment spotted by the flesh.” Hate the sin, but do not let your soul be consumed with disgust for the sinner. The body of Christ is not a tribunal where we only pronounce verdicts; it is a hospital for souls sick unto death. Pray that her heart, even now, might drink in the rain of God’s word, and that no worldly care or deceitful pleasure would choke it. Pray that the fire of affliction would purge her, not destroy her.

For yourself, ask for the grace to fast not only from food but from anger, from suspicion, from the desire to control. The inner healing you request is needed for your own wounds, which are evident. Lie down in the green pastures of the Shepherd, and let Him restore your soul. When the sun of temptation rises on you, whether to bitterness or despair, plead that your root may hold fast. You fear imposters and evil men, and rightly so, but greater is He that is in you. Arm yourself with the humility that conquers all evil, for the evil one cannot grasp a soul that clings to the cross.

Finally, do not neglect the weightier duty of examining your own standing. It is possible to be so intent on the thorns in another’s field that you miss the weeds growing at your own door. Do you love her enough to weep for her as Christ wept over Jerusalem? Do you long for her return, or only for her shame to be exposed so that others fear sinning? Godly sorrow desires restoration, not just public vindication. When she repents, will you rejoice with the angels, or will you remind her of every old offense? Pray that love may cover a multitude of sins in that day.

Go now, and pour out your request before the Throne not as one who dictates terms but as a suppliant trusting in the goodness of the King. He will hedge her in if it leads to life, He will raise up messengers if they are needed, and He will give you the wisdom you lack. But above all, seek for yourself that purity of heart which sees God in both the storm and the silence. For when the fire has done its work, the land that once bore only thorns may yet yield a harvest of righteousness, to the praise of His glorious grace.
